I had a scheduled appointment, when I arrived the owner was upset because I wasn t leaving my car with him (I was only getting 2 front windows tinted) it was going to take 40 minutes. His dog was at the business, I told him I was a dog person. He yelled for his son Carlos to take the dog home then apparently changed his mind . When I realized he was mad I told him I could get a ride but it would be a few minutes. He freaked out, told me he didn t need my money and asked me to leave. I was very confused with the interaction. I asked him if he wanted me to reschedule he said no I want you to leave. What a waste of time, very unprofessional, & rude!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Came here for the very first time & my window tint came out amazing!!! It s been 4 days now & only 1 window has very little bubbles & those bubbles at that are no huge deal at all. They will easy go away within the next 5-7 days. The price was good & the customer service was excellent. I ll definitely be bringing my other car here as well. Sunset definitely made me a forever customer. Highly recommend you people to try it out also, you will not be disappointed.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I have been to Sunset Window Tinting twice now with my previous vehicles and I am about to make my third appointment for my new car. The first time I was there was just a 2 window tint job. Luis let me stick around to chit chat while he worked and explained the whole process to me.He has always been quick to get me scheduled and to get me the vehicle back within a few hours OR by the end of the day depending on what time I dropped my car off. He is professional, courteous, and fair on price. He has also always assured me that if any of the micro bubbles (common when tint is first applied) lasted longer than 1-2 weeks to bring the car back and he would re-apply the tint.I would recommend Luis and his business to my family and friends! I rate him a 5 on customer service but a 1 on quality of work. He's a really nice guy but the quality of the work isn't up to par for the price he charged me. I brought a new vehicle for window tinting with premium window tint and the results were disappointing. Micro-bubbles (caused by dirt or flaws in tint or something else) were in some spots on each tinted window. I took it back after one week and talked to him about it and he basically implied that I was too picky and that no tint job will be perfect and I should just be content. I told him that that hasn't been my experience with all of the vehicles (12+) I've had tinted in the past 20 years. Rather than re-tint my windows, he just removed the tint and refunded my money because he said I would never be happy with his work. He didn't want to re-tint the windows to prove his work is quality. Based on reviews here, it seems like he has done quality work for many others though, so I don't know what happened to mine. He's really nice guy though and gave me no trouble.

He was helpful, answer all my questions.But then he said that "it's just a civic, not a Ferrari or Mercedes Benz."I just traded my 18 Mercedes to this 22 civic.He might be good but didn't get his service cause of that comment.All cars must be treated equally if/when they avail his service.but I guess not cause its just a civic.

Great job on my new WRX, he did a tint and full clear bra package and I am extremely happy with the results. I initially scheduled my appointment and dropped the vehicle off but shortly after I received a call from Luis stating that he preferred I waited until the fresh paint on my car cure for 3 weeks before he applied the clear bra. Now this was an inconvenience for me but if you think about it, he wanted to make sure enough time had passed for my paint to cure completely before he did his job. I respect that integrity in the job. That says something when someone sacrifices his money up front to make sure his customer was happy in the long run. His attention to details in the job was incredible too. He advised me on tints and different percentage tints to enable me to make the decision that I'd be happy with. He went over every detail of the job he did and I was very satisfied with the work done. I've had bad tints done in the past and I'd 100% recommend this business to anybody who wants quality work done right.

Luis, the owner was professional and did a great job on my Tesla Model 3 window tinting last year. I hightly recommend Sunset Window Tinting to anyone wanting their windows tinted. It's been 6 months now and everything still looks GREAT!!! Planning to get my Model Y tinted here too. Thanks Luis!

These guys have done such a great job. These guys tinted my Buick and my Chevrolet, They were very good about the pricing for the holidays, but even more importantly their quality and attention to detail will continue to bring me back for more cars to come.

Luis does an excellent job on paint protection film installation. Even though he does not prefer doing installations on bicycles, he agreed to install the Invisiframe kit I had ordered for my mountain bike. The kit has an extensive amount of small and larger pieces and Luis did an outstanding job installing the majority of the pieces on the most damage prone areas of my bike. To keep the cost reasonable, we both agreed to eliminate installation of some of the smaller pieces. I highly recommend this shop for any film application requirements.

Very unhelpful on the phone and just hung up on me. If their work is anything like their customer service, probably better to stay away. Surprising the way they answer incoming phone calls, but then again customer experience has seemed to go out the window these last couple of years.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called around to many different shops, save yourself the time and just go here. I had window tinting and a clear bra installed and both look amazing. VERY professional, courteous, clear pricing and expectations, and reasonable; like a business should be run!

I walked in and he was so nice and helpful I ended up going to wrong place and went to him but it was a good choice ! I ll definitely go back to him and recommend him to people. His prices were reasonable and they were really quick (:

Do not recommend. His rude and says no and shuts the door. I Called ahead and he said he was open and hangs up without another word. I get there and he comes out and says his closed and says his to busy and wouldn t do anything for me.

Friendly staff. Answered all questions I had. Great knowledge of the product they were working with. Did not buy at this time and I did not feel pressured to buy. Good job. If I was pressured I would not come back. I will be back in the near future.

Luis here at sunset did an awesome job tinting my windows. Looks like my truck case stock with tinted windows. Recommend this place for sure!!
