I bought a brand new trailer out of state that had a wiring problem. I took it down to State Trailer to see if they could figure out what was wrong. Justin came out and diagnosed the problem, then had me scheduled an appointment. I brought the trailer back for the appointment and my trailer was fixed within an hour. The team at State Trailer has been solving my trailer problems for years.

I recently bought a 17 year-old motorhome that is very cool but needed some work. I went to State Trailer RV for parts, and the store has everything. But I got more than parts. The staff there is wonderfully helpful, knowledgable, and creative with suggestions. Yolanda on the floor and registers, Jason at the service counter, and the expert in the aisles whose name I missed went beyond the call of duty to enable this inexperienced newbie to understand what to do, what I needed, and helped me to come up with alternatives for difficult fixes. I don't remember better service anywhere. So thank you! State Trailer gets my Highest Recommendation.

I want to share a 2nd review about how impressed I am with this place. I've been going to motorsportsland and other places for years and came across state trailer this last year. I think I'm on my 5th or so repair with these guys. The first few major wheel well damage from blowouts and a few diagnosing electrical issued and heater issues. The repair work was done awsome and affordable l! The experience has been some of the best I've had anywhere. Ken, Josh and Jim are straight shooters, treat you well and most of all our fair and know there stuff very well.The last situation I had a heater not firing on a newer unit and decided I'd drag it down in a Saturday and hope to get it back the next week. I pulled up to there lot and they told me they'd most likely have me out of there on an hour!! They pulled it in the bay on the spot and not only fixed the issue they timed up the fritzy fridge and tuned everything up and made sure everything else was working good without me asking. Price was very fair. I guess the only bad part about sharing the review is I have to compete with more customers coming to them these guys have helped me out immensely.Matt

This is a pretty amazing store. They have abouteverything you need for your trailer. I find it difficult being able to get my questions answered when I'm there though.Pricing seems to be mixed from much better than amazing to surprisingly expensive. Overall better than I see anywhereI ended up buying most of my parts from amazing because it took to long to figure out what I needed, and I couldn't get help.I think they could have helped me better at the store and I would have made my purchases there, which I would have preferred

At first glance these guys seem really legit. They made me feel like i'd be taken care of and that they could be trusted with their work ethic. Unfortunately this was not the case.-first issue: I had a trailer hitch put on my f550 utility truck. They were very accommodating to make the needed modifications to make the hitch fit. Thank you for that guys. However.. he left bolts hanging loose that he "forgot about" and he had very below par welds underneath where at first glance you couldn't see. (i'll try to attach some pictures) WORST part was the rear of the hitch wasn't even mounted. .... that's right NOT mounted!-resolution: i took it back in and they personally apologized and fixed the problem.-second issue: i discovered this today. they mounted the trailer power hook up with self taps. 1 of the 3 self taps broke and the others were close to breaking. They broke today on me.... its been less than a month. Self tap screws guys? Really!!! Also the power plug was attached loosely, the screws were hand tightened. They have lock rings so i know that they didn't back off. "he must have forgotten that as well"-solution: i fixed this myself. Bolted the mount properly to the bumper. Tightened screws. :(Conclusion: if you want work you can trust you have 2 options.One: Stand over this guy and watch him work and check everything because while he has skill where you can see his work openly, he either "forgets" or doesn't care about the work you have to really get down and look at. Lack of integrity in my opinion. Skilled yes... but not enough to be thorough.Option two: go somewhere else, i don't know where but NOT this place!!!

Had a great experience here. Jason left his work behind the parts counter to figure out and solve the problem with my trailer lights that was frustrating me. Highly recommend these guys, who are not only very knowledgeable but also give great service.

State Trailer does great work. Took My RV in to repair the awning in the morning and they had it repaired and ready to go before noon. Jason good guy to work with. Will go back there for repar and parts for my Rv. Good people. Good work.

These guys are awesome! They do what they can to make sure you are taken care of! Great prices on all items, it s hard to compete considering all the overhead they deal with yet they still are very competitive on all their prices! Support these guys! Very worth your time and money! Thanks guys!

Found this rv store a few years ago. Large inventory. Free rv dump. GREAT SERVICE when in need! Jason is a Top Notch rv repairman!! Don't go anywhere else.

I would like to give a big thanks to Shawn and Richard at State Trailer. Uhaul recommended and installed a 4in drop trailer tongue for their auto transport trailer rental. After purchasing and loading a non running 3000 lbs car, the kickstand sat about 2-3in above the ground. Uhaul said they could flip the tongue but could not help with unloading and reloading the car so I was on my own. Being 1300 miles from home, I had no resources. Luckily State Trailer was just a few miles from where the non running car was picked up. They were able to detach the loaded trailer and flip the tongue. Without their help I would've been stuck in town and possibly stuck with an expensive hookup free from a towing service.

Even though it took several days to get scheduled in for service, it was worth the wait. The service manager was great to send me pictures of the problems and let me decide what needed to be done. All the staff was very friendly and the parts and tires are great. I feel really good about their competent service staff as well. A very good experience.

So friendly. I been at others but will always use state trailer for all my needs. If you need help they will work with you. Prices are fair. Glad I went with them. Jason is outstanding. Thank Jason.

I recommend the service department hands down over dealerships and even alot of mobile techs. I've used them for various things and they do really great work and they are trustworthy. There's a pretty nice size waiting room upstairs too which I used all day once and it was quiet. I also give thanks to Kendall. He helped me figure out a propane line problem and offered to hook the new one up to my regulator. I have never had bad customer experience here.

Great work .If you have a appointment set up .Is the way to go. They won't leave you hanging out like the dealerships.When you drop it off maybe a couple days tops and you got it back..Highly recommended...Al Call..

They always have what I need!! I put a Curt 5th wheel hitch in my truck and needed a few extra parts, I had to find it myself on the shelves because they were so busy, but wasn t a big deal. I found it, and now I m ready to hook up to my fifth wheel and get out of town!!!

This is the place to go if you have a trailer. Even better, the propane is cheaper by over a dollar than anyplace else I've found. Such a good bunch of people working here that I donated my favorite non slip adjustable wrench to the propane station when they didn't have one outside to use.

We came to the store with many (MANY) questions. Inverter, baseboard, air pump, etc. Austin helped us with everything, he was super knowledgeable and truly deserves recognition for his work! You're a Rockstar!

If you're reading this you know how tuff it is to find good RV service. Rest assured this crew is the real deal. Jason is great as a service advisor / writer and proactively keeps you informed on status of your project. He never pushed me toward something I didn't need or wasn't ready to do. Their techs I've dealt with are competent and respectful and do a really great job. All-in-all, it's night and day compared to what's waiting for you at the dealer.

Had the plumbing I needed for my dump station, and a few other odds I needed. The cashier was Awesome, I wasn't in thier system so she put me in and it saved me $50.... $50!!! Nice surprise!Will definitely recommend and when I need parts and supplies will go back, worth the drive from Layton.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the people that work at the Ogden location. I just purchased a 2009 motor home and I have been fixing issue after issue. I am in there quite often asking questions on how to fix something. The service department is always able to walk me through scenarios of my issues and how to fix them. Even on the busiest days they never made me feel like I was putting them out. They always helped me and took their time with me. I never felt like they were telling me something just to get rid of me. Everything they told me how to fix, it worked like a charm. The service department even suggests to test your equipment (you can bring inside) before they try to sell you anything. They even cut cables from my old converter and placed on my new converter for me because I didn t have the tools. Camping world is just the opposite. Thank you State Trailer Store and all the associates that work there. I will always bring my business to you as you make me feel like you care about me and my home. Prices are even way cheaper than camping world and they have everything you need. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I truly appreciate you all!!
