Took my BMW in to get an oil change. Hadn t been able to find a place here locally to take it for a long time and I was tired of driving to Murray anytime my car needed service. I called in I asked about the cost and estimated time as well as next available appointment. The guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. He set very clear expectations on time and cost and helped me set an appointment that worked with my work schedule. Day of I brought my car in, was greeted by the same guy I talked to on the phone. Within less than 5 mins of me getting there the car was in the back getting worked on. He reminded me again about the estimated time as well as offering additional services but was NOT pushy in the slightest. He just very polite and just mentioned it and left the choice to me. I was pressed on time and one of the services I needed they didn t have the part (air filter) he gave me options. I have changed this before and decided to do it myself. While I waited I witnessed several interactions with different customers both on the phone and in person. The man at the counter was polite, friendly, informative and pleasant with every single person he encountered. Honestly really great service. My car finished exactly when he said it would be done and I paid and went on my way. It s been a few weeks now and everything has been good. I will definitely be coming back to premium auto the next time my car is in need of service.

Wonderful experience with very friendly staff. I set up an appointment over the phone and I didn't listen to the date, just the day of the week and ended up bringing my car in a week early. Had to get it towed in as it wouldn't start, but they rolled with it and said it was okay to leave it until the appointment. Said if they got a cancellation they would look at it sooner and they were able to get it fixed 2 days later. They also gave me options on a battery purchase making it more affordable. When I went in for pickup Mario explained what they had fixed, showed me the parts they had replaced and what was wrong with them, and gave me a recommendation on the next steps for getting my vehicle running better. This was a level of transparency and care I had never received at any other shop before. I understand why the person who recommended this mechanic to me said she misses her mechanic.

Mario, Javi, and the Premium Auto crew are the best! We take our vehicles there for anything from periodic maintenance to repair. They always do a great job, right on time. I never worry that they are trying to upsell or complete unnecessary work. They have always been honest and transparent. It is so nice to have someone that we trust in the local area. Thanks for always taking such great care of us! 10/10 recommend!

Mario and the crew at Premium do a great job. We have been going to them for years and I can t recommend them enough. Their work is solid and they stand behind it. You can expect a good explanation of any problems they find and recommendations on the best repair. I appreciate seeing the old parts and how they failed. If anything looks questionable they will discuss it, but not pressure you into unnecessary work.

Mario and his crew have serviced my car a few times and they do a great job. It s nice to know there are trustworthy mechanics out there. Very reasonable pricing and great communication when it comes to updates.

Premium Auto consistently takes Gr8 care of my vehicles. They explain the issue to you, won't make you feel like an idiot, and don't upsell you on items you don't need like the dealerships do! They are courteous, friendly, and honest! I find them very fair and glad to work with you They are amazing and have my business!

I asked for air for my tire that was low on air....NOT FOR FREE.. they want me to buy a tire.. they told me that my tire was bad that they can't put air on it..That's my tire after going to a gas station by the ogden mall where I got FREE AIR.

Mario is an honest mechanic. No malarkey or anxiety. In the years we have gone to them, we have never ever had to return a vehicle for any reason. His staff treats my family s cars like they were theirs.I appreciate you all!

These guys are great. Finally a couple of mechanics that will take the time to show you what s wrong, and the best way to fix your car to keep it in top running shape Mario and Javier are both top-notch in my book.

Mario and Javier are excellent mechanics who will treat you right and give you a fair price. They have worked on my Toyota Sienna several times for oil changes, air pressure repairs, error codes, and other general maintenance. Mario has a lot of integrity, which is difficult to find in a repairman. He has never pushed us for unnecessary services, and always is very honest and upfront about costs. We have been loyal customers for years and won't go anywhere else.

They are very upfront about timing to get to your car and the work that was completed. They are always friendly when you re there and are happy to answer any questions for you. Prior to taking my car in I had done a lot of research on local mechanics, and the team at Premium Auto lived up to the reviews! They were all very knowledgeable and helpful to me. As a single woman I get worried places will take advantage of my lack of knowledge especially when it comes to automotive details. However they took the time to explain, break down and show me everything that needed to be fixed and why it needed to be fixed. They even went above and beyond with sending me videos and emails of what had been improperly fixed at another mechanic location so I can take it back and show them. I appreciate all the hard work and help they gave me! Pricing seemed reasonable and all that needed to be fixed on my car was accomplished shockingly quick! Highly recommend Premium Auto.

Mario and the staff are so kind and helpful. They made time for me in their booked schedule to get my cars emissions and registration taken care of. My husband has been taking his car here for a while now and we re always happy with the service they provide. We highly recommend them!

Mario & his team are the real deal Ole school professionals. He was referred by a friend, as I always have a concern of being taken to the bank with mechanics. Meeting Mario was warm and he is very knowledgeable, as well as his team.I needed a wheel bearing for my Lexus. We all know the sale is made in the follow up, and Mario followed up the next week via text to assure all was well.If you need a honest & quality work done, you may want to visit them.
