I shouldn't pick a favorite but if I did it would be this store. Every employee is knowledgeable fast and friendly. They make the process painless. Good job folks and thank you.

Huge shout out to these guys. Dane was there to help me out and swap out my battery that was in need of being replaced. I had tried Autozone in Riverdale and they couldn't have been more put out to help me so I didnt give them my business.Huge shout out for having a grest service and taking care of a customer 60 miles from home get a new battery

Hello everyone I just wanted to say that in so many years I have never never experience a visit to O Reilly s like I did yesterday I walked in and the person that grid me as I walk in right away he said hello welcome how can I help you today WOW!! He was amazing he s name is Nicholas I was very impressed on the way he help me I went in for some wipers and wiper fluid he went beyond he s customers service and that ment a lot to me! They have quite a few things in stock. The employees were not especially nice, but I bet they are short staffed and frustrated like most places.They offer curbside pick up which is super nice when you're in a hurry working on your car. They also provide free electrical testing.

Went in to buy pigtail for fog light assembly and had old part in hand. I had already looked it up online and money in hand to purchase. It was approximately 8:30, no other customers in store and an associate was already mopping the sales floor. Upon giving year, make, model, engine size and VIN, was told by clerk that it was only available from the Dealership, which was a lie. I was also told that I would have to purchase the entire foglight assembly, another lie. My intelligence was further insulted when I told the clerk that the wiring assembly was available for sale on the company website and he responded that it was not bc it wasn't pulling up on his computer. I purchased a few other items and asked him to look again. I was told they'd be closing down in a few minutes but that if I found it online, I should probably buy it. I paid and left the store. Next day I went to Tear A Part and had a number of cars to choose from, got my part and paid a fraction of the cost. Never underestimate a mechanic's DAUGHTER.

I love this location & Dustin has been going above and beyond to assist us for many many years; making sure we get the parts we need as fast as he can get them to us! He s so kind and friendly and just a great guy all around. If you are looking for a trustworthy parts store, I d definitely go to this one. It s by far the best!

Very disappointed in O'Reilly's needed a radiator and they said that it's hard to find the radiator I needed and the one I got was the same one they had in the store which was not the right one. So I ended up at AutoZone.

The staff is good about helping you with things you need and questions you have. The only complaint I have is there are never enough employees working, so you usually have a 10-15 wait even to check out without needing any assistance. If they hired a couple more competent workers, this location would be great. I always prefer O'Reilly over Autzone. Better prices and staff are simply better quality.

Worst service ever! I was in line for more than 5 minutes, someone was on there computer he never called me up. Someone came in and he help them and I was just standing there, so I just walked out. Never going in there.

South Ogden one said my battery was bad, but it was really my starter... maybe it was that I came in 3 minutes after they closed, but it shouldn't matter. I returned the battery. The starter was bought at the Ogden one and installed it..., works fine. Might never go to the South Ogden one again.

As usual, the item marked on sale doesn't ring up for the right price and I had to again take the clerk to the location to verify. He was nice enough about it but it gets frustrating when it seems to be the normal.

Today our oil change light came on and we stopped at O Reilly in Ogden. Shawn was super helpful!!! He helped us get the right oil for our car and even went as far as too make sure we didn t put too much in, checked the oil level, and filled up our oil when he accessed that it was low! Just left this location with a desperately needed new battery installed. Celeste was amazing! She was so patient while explaining things to me, and showed me that my old battery wasn't secured in properly. Less than $4 in parts later, and she had it fixed. It wasn't very easy to take out the old one either due to some corrosion and old parts, but again, she was so patient and kept working at it until it was done. I really appreciate service like Celeste provided. It is hard to find that these days. Thank you!

Steven is the consummate professional. He is both friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what our problem was and then helped us solve it. Then he got us some tools and came out and helped us fix the issue. His customer service is impeccable. We were about to put the wrong headlight in and he went in and exchanged it for the correct one. Exceptional store with exceptional employees.

This is probably one of your worst locations with regards to customer service. O'Reilly has been very helpful to me in the past but this is the last time I will ever visit the Washington Blvd location. Never have I been treated with such disrespect on multiple occasions.

I went in this morning looking for a spark plug. I'd looked at two other stores in the valley and they'd searched their computers and couldn't find any more. The app showed that they had ONE. I went in and the lady that helped me spent 10 or 15 minutes searching from place to place, and never found it. She did however find one that would work, and let me know that if it did not, I could come back and return it. She also ordered the one that I needed and let me know that it would be in in a day or two. Great service!

The assistant manager was very helpful in checking my battery to see if that was my car issue & it was. She helped me get a new battery purchased & installed it very quickly.

I went here in a recent Sunday morning to purchase a few items for a project. I really did not receive help from the employees as they were too busy conversing about being pulled over by the police and being unfairly ticketed. I found everything I was looking for quickly. Once arriving at the checkout counter, the employees were friendly.

The employees are awesome, pleasent and very helpful. One example: I needed windshield wipers for my van they helped me find them, made sure they were the right ones for my van. This employee went the extra mile, after they were paid for this employee went out and changed them for me. BLESS HIS HEART!!!

I wish I could give an even lower review thee worst customer service I have ever experienced! A young lady with a shorter hair cut literally is so rude and no work ethic the older man with glasses also super rude. I do not understand why people are like that at there jobs that they chose to go to and have. Like be nicer.

I really like this place. on two seperate occasions the man came out to my car and put my part in. I'm not sure if it is at a pity or what because I am no mechanic but because I am no mechanic but they sure save me that night is raining and I need some wiper bubble no I need some wiper blades and they take care of me and the other time they and the other time they put a headlight in for me I had no tools in it I had no tools or anything so I really like these guys they're no good I really like these guys they're gonna go they extra mile which we all need now which we all need now I know so yeah I recommend this place for sure so yeah I'd recommend this place for sure
