Very pleased with everything from the the asstment to the service. They went the extra mile to insure my truck got the care it need. Very professional I'll definitely be taking my truck for all it care needed. I now know from my experiences with them I'm in excellent hands, which give me peace of mind knowing they have my best interests making sure I get what is needed.Thank you! To the people in the shop and the office. I couldn't be more happy with the services you have and will continue to provide me.

Took my car here, explained my symptoms and told them the code it was throwing as well. I also said that to properly diagnose, the tank would need to be dropped. They had my car from 8:30-4 pm and all they did was a 15 minute diagnosis, telling me the problem that I told them Nice guy at the front, friendly. But there was clearly miscommunication or something. Earlier in the week, I was told I did not need to make an appointment, but then the day of they told me I needed an appointment to drop my tank. The real kicker was being told I had contaminated brake fluid little did they know I had a FULL brake service 3 months prior. Checked my fluid. Not contaminated. Got this checked at another shop as well. Not contaminated. Would have rather them spend the time checking the real issue that I went in with.

My card battery died among many other issues with my car. As a female presenting individual, I always have mechanics try to rip me off with pricing and not only did I feel the pricing was very fair but every employee I spoke to was incredibly straight forward, helpful and kind. I will always be going here in the future and am very grateful for the help I received.

This is the service shop to go to in South Ogden. Bryce and his team and knowledgeable and professional and have helped me with maintenance, tires , emissions and more for over a year. On top of addressing any concerns they also provide a military discount! Thank you for all your work guys!

I will start off by saying that Bryce is the best. He is so professional and knows what he is talking about. He is really good at dumbing down what exactly is going on with your car. Doesn t throw a lot of car jargon and you and his customer service is top tier. I also like all of the mechanics here. They do a great job and in a timely manner. I won t ever take my car anywhere else.

Bryce and his team are top-notch. Getting car repairs done as always a little bit stressful, but with these guys, at least you know you are getting someone who is efficient, fair and shooting straight with you and trying to help you out the very best they can. A+

They got bad brake parts from the manufacturer, and handled the situation very professionally and patiently. Their main concern was that my car was fixed and that I had it back when I needed it. Even though the situation was frustrating for them and not at all their fault, they made sure I wasn t inconvenienced in any way. They fixed it, and told me to come back if I had any problems and they would fix it again. I trust these guys with my car, they don t try to upsell or get you to fix things that aren t broken or that you don t want fixed. A lot of car repair places will take advantage of women, they do not do that.

Made an appointment for 2pm to have exhaust pipes fitted on my truck. I supplied my own mufflers and was told that it would take a couple of hours. After waiting for 2.5 hours I inquired about the progress. Was told that technician had to leave bc of a family issue. Looked by at my truck and saw a single pipe w/2 bends leaning underneath. Realizing I d be leaving it overnight, I arranged a ride home. 1:43pm the next day I called to get an update. Was told the technician had a funeral to attend, but had resumed work at 1pm. Received a call @ 4:31pm telling me my truck was finished, but they were closed and would stay for 10 minutes to allow me time to get there. I live 20 minutes away. Paid thru text to pay app.I m satisfied with the overall job, but found the price to be excessive ($1k). For having made an appointment and supplying my own mufflers, not to mention the time I wasted waiting without being updated.I understand family comes first, but the lack of communication is what earned you the 2 stars. Will not recommend to others.

Being a female it can be scary taking your car to a mechanic, but not with these guys! This is the only place I will take my vehicles to. The service is truly the best and they are honest. I know that they won t do something to my car that it doesn t need and they give me all the recommendations and let me decide what I want to have done. Good prices, great customer service, and Great mechanics! Thanks for being a place I can trust!

Scammers. Once they have your car they claim to do an overall inspection of your vehicle. Turns out my truck had thousands of dollars worth of needed maintenance repairs to include an oil change on oil with less than 2 months wear on it. Avoid this place at all costs or you ll pay all costs.

I love this place! They treat me very nice and like I was an actual person. They explained things in detail to me which I appreciated. Their also just nice people in general and really try hard to give you great customer service. Their crazy busy all the time too, which just shows how awesome they are

Wonderful staff. Great atmosphere.I'm old school, so manners, Politeness and common courtesy are a big plus to me. Great communication on my timeline to get my car back. Very well kept shop and waiting area nice and clean.This is where I'll be going for my emissions every year. It's farther from my house than the place i'm currently going, but it's worth the trip.Excellent customer service.Service: Auto emissions testing

Had a coolant leak that needed immediate attention. These guys got me in next day and finished the job fairly quickly. Plan to take my vehicles to them in the future. Price was fair

It was a pleasant experience. They let me know what was wrong and let me pick what I wanted them to do. I had a great feeling leaving and when the time comes I'll take automotive tasks that are over my head back to them.

Came in to have my brakes and rotors repaired, the man they had on the front counter was AMAZING! Extremely helpful, tentative, friendly, and honest about pricing. Only mechanic I ve been to where I feel like they aren t trying to overcharge their customers. They had a sign saying they were very understaffed, but they still had me serviced and on my way in less than 3 hours! Last mechanic took 6 to finish repairing the exact same thing. Only mechanic I ll be taking my cars to from now on, highly recommend.

They re fast, friendly, honest, and loyal to their customers. The power steering stopped working and the engine was overheating so I towed our 2013 Grand Caravan to Master Auto Tech for diagnostic and repair. It turns out the water pump failed. I had just replaced it in January and they did the repair work under warranty with no hassle. They provided great service and I am very pleased with their service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

Took my car for diagnostics and an oil change. My car only has 62,000 miles on it. They put full synthetic oil in it and charged me $90.00! The cost said 53.95. +3.00 for filter.They charged me $23.00 additional dollars to change the oil! Do NOT take your car here!Then the diagnostics was $80.00. The repair my car needed was timing chain tensioner. The dealership told me 1500.00. Then Tunex said anywhere from $1800.00- $2800.00. Once I called them out on the cost difference they said they would price match.Since when does an oil change on a sedan cost $90.00 and repairs cost $1000 more than the dealership??The Kia dealership fixed my car and then showed me how bad my oil was. I said that's not possible because I just paid tunex to do it. He showed me the oil and said there is absolutely no way your oil was just changed two weeks ago. He saved or to show me the build up. Reporting this to the better business bureau!

Vehicle needed to be readied for winter and the state required an emissions test besides re-register it. The team at Master Muffler has been my go to mechanics since 2015. Never been disappointed and felt all will be done well and the costs are reasonable. I highly recommend them.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I own two trucks. A chevy 1500 and a ford f150. I took the Ford to the dealer for a warranty repair for a shimmy when driving. I told them the hubs were bad and they said nothing was wrong with it. So, I took it to master muffler and they replaced the hubs and bearings. It now drives like glass. I took my chey in and they did a replacement of my whole rear brake system. It now drives like glass. These guys get busy, but they care and have always done a great job for me for many years. Thank you very much guys, keep up the great work .

Very pleased working with Bryce & Alex on my 2007 Hummer H2 show car.Bryce explains to me on layman terms of whats happened, how the problem was corrected, and options with any further issues... just the information I need. Alex keeps me abreast of repairs and time-frame.Kudos to the maintenance crew...backbone to the operation.
