Pulled in. Only vehicle waiting. Waited about 6 minutes. A nice man came and invited me to go in the waiting room. I stayed in the vehicle. In all my clock let me know I waited 20 minutes. While waiting, I was the only one in front of the 3 doors. 10 minutes into my wait, a van pulled into the center door. After the 20 minute wait, a small red pickup pulled into the front of the far left door. An employee came to my door and said I had to back out to let the red pickup be before me because the red pickup had come ahead of me. I said, I am going to leave. He said I understand, to paraphrase. I should have told him more, but I left.

So after a day or two of arguing back and forth stating that I was right because being trained in the military as well as elsewhere as a mechanic I know what my vehicle especially my vehicle would need. I was told that two catalytic converters were needed and thought it wasn't out and out. Why? Because that is a minimum standard aftermarket upgrade for California standards. I live in Utah that does not apply and they sent me photos of them pointing at such in the emissions guide and it states California doesn't state anything about Utah. I even have the Weber Morgan county health emissions department verifying as such that they were looking at bad information and now because of that I do not trust them to even touch my vehicle and I want a refund because they fall asleep stated that I was missing one. Aside from the minor issues that I could have easily have fixed within a day, they were telling me that I needed to add a secondary catalytic converter which would require two more O2 sensors, which in total would have cost me about $200 for parts, I want a refund

Stopped in at 9:30 a.m. because there was only one other car there with two empty Bays, sat for an hour to get a simple oil change while people who checked in three or four cars after me we're getting done before I was. Tiny waiting room full of coughing sick people. Will never go back again despite the guy who helped me being very nice. Also they never put the sticker on my windshield so to remind me of when it needs to be changed again and after charging me $100 for an oil change they asked if I wanted them to top off my coolant and charged me extra for that

Edit 3 star to 1 starI drove down to pay the remainder of my bill they FORGOT to charge me apparently the first time, and the guy working the desk, Viktor, didn't know how to access my account, didn't know where the paperwork about my bill was, didn't know where his calculator was, kept saying he didn't know.how to charge me, so I left. I don't blame Viktor, why is management not training their employees? Or why aren't they providing a cashier for the mechanics so the mechanics can focus on the work? Either way at this point I've spent $30 in gas in my jeep to come down to see them, I'm over it. Or it's a SCAMORIGINAL reviewThey did a fine job doing my oil change, but apparently they under charged me for services, and called a week later to ask me to bring them money. Just low rent. I'll stop by and pay them, but I don't be returning for services, their poor financial planning isn't a first time customers problem

Have been there twice now to get my emissions done... each time they just pick my vehicle apart and have yet to even put it on the machine.... very unprofessional and they couldn't find my info from the last time I was in there so got charged again and not any close to having my emissions complete.. I would not recommend going there ....

These guys have a great knowledge base! Quick service and friendly folks! They're even great with my diesel. They keep a large stock of filters for a variety of vehicles. Even if they don't have the filter for it, they will have it in their hands within 15 minutes. Best lube spot in town!

The staff at Kwik Lube have gone above and beyond! I came in for an oil change and when I looked into the shop I noticed that they are also checking my tire pressure and vacuuming out my car Really impressed with this service.

To be honest, I am having a terrible year. Yet, my interaction with the guys at this shop literally made my day. They helped me get a quick emissions test on the last day I could get my registration secured. They really uplifted me when I'm at my lowest point. I will hold everyone who works here close to my heart. They also confirmed that my car is spectacular. That being said, they were under manned and still kept a great attitude. Thank you!

This Kwik Lube in Ogden is an amazing organization. Josh and his team are very knowledgeable, quick and efficient in their services. I don t leave reviews very often but I couldn t help but leave a positive review for this team. Thanks for your honest, hard work and your efforts in making my truck run better. I've been taking my cars to Kwik Lube for emissions testing for at least three years now, and they always do a great job. I had a minor problem when I paid for my emissions test today, but Josh got everything straightened out and was very courteous and helpful. All of the other employees I dealt with were also very courteous and helpful. I'm physically disabled and have a lot of difficulty walking because of my mobility impairment, and the guys who work here made sure to hold the business's door open for me to make it easy to get in and out with ease. Most people dread emissions.. and I m one of them. But Kwik Lube completely changed that for me! They are incredibly efficient, extremely nice, and answer questions in the most understandable way. While I was there, someone else came in with a muffler that would ve scraped had they taken it into the bay. The technician not only explained this to them, but took his own phone out and called neighboring shops to get them sorted. I didn t catch his name, but he was working with Rose, who was also incredibly sweet. You guys are awesome, Kwik Lube!Service: Emissions testing

Been here twice, once for emissions and one for an oil change. Both times the employees were top notch. There's a sign in the waiting room asking for people to treat their employees kindly, which means a lot to me.As long as I live in the area, I will take my vehicles here and recommend it anyone needing their vehicle serviced.

I had a fine time but I was watching the emissions tech fail people for after market catalytic converters. If you have one avoid this place.

No one even asked me what service I wanted, they just pulled my car into the lane, and I had to tell them what service I wanted after. This place is so great! I'm used to being treated "less-than" at other shops. I had my 8 year old with me when I came in to get my emissions done. We were instantly greeted before even getting out of the vehicle. Although they got busy pretty quickly, they were still very fast. The manager is fantastic!! He made conversation with not only me but my child as well. Everyone was super friendly and were constantly making sure everyone in the store had been helped already. Services were explained in ways I could understand and prices were also mentioned before doing anything to my vehicle. I will continue to bring my car in for any needs I may have. Highly highly recommended!

I went for an emissions test on my lunch break around 12pm and while there were a few cars in front of me, it wasn't too busy. Staff were very engaging and friendly- they asked right away how they could help, and many others checked later to make sure I had been helped. The emissions test went quickly and they were efficient in getting my registration renewed and sending me on my way, I was there for about 30 minutes. I am surprised and impressed with the attitudes and integrity of those that work here. This summer has been a very hot one and today was no different. These kind people had been working all day in the heat with hot cars and were all still very friendly, helpful and upbeat.Josh helped me today and deserves special mention. Being in charge of a shift is a big responsibility, not just for running the business, but also for setting the tone and mood of the shift. Josh embodies the friendly, caring, and enthusiastic attitude every customer service position should strive for and fosters these values with his shift; it's clear that he cares about those he works with.Beyond the amazing attitudes of everyone there, the quality of service is fantastic. These people clearly care about what they do and want to do things right. Don't be fooled by the location, this shop is stellar. They've won my patronage and I encourage you to give them a try too.

Excellent customer service from Ryan as soon as I arrived. I really appreciated his knowledge and polite demeanor. The entire staff was professional. Courtney and all the Gages are terrific. They have a great waiting area also. Ty was friendly at check out. I'll be taking my truck in here next. This is a good place for a woman to go and not feel the staff would be rude or try to upsell me.

I had my emissions testing and on the spot renewal done here today. They took less than 30 minutes and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The waiting room was packed and I still made it on and out of there faster than any other business. I will definitely be returning!

After calling 4 or 5 other emissions testing shops and getting no answer or no return call, I was happy to find Kwik Lube. The testing was prompt and the staff was professional and friendly. This shop has been drastically understaffed for months now and the guys who do work there, work their butts off and go out of their way to provide service as efficiently and smooth as possible. They are kind, professional, and courteous of customers, their cars, and their time. They go non-stop every day and still do an amazing job. These guys were great. Quick to do my emissions and on the spot registration. They were friendly and personable which is nice. Definitely nice that they explain things to everyone and are not condescending when doing so like other auto shops have been. After stopping at 2 different Jiffy Lube's, I headed over to Kwik Lube for an emissions test. These guys were super busy but for a good reason, because they are truly fast! I was in and out for an emissions test in about 30 minutes and they were way busy. I was beyond impressed. Jiffy Lube told me it would be 1.5 hours and they had an open bay with no cars in front of me. Thanks for the great service!

Brought my car in for emissions and inspection, I did the on the Spot renewal and everything was done and over with in less than 30 minutes. I should also add that it was the day before my tags expired and I was still in and out super quick. These guys are great!
