Showed up for emissions and registration. They got me in and out within 1 hour or maybe even less. Which is great without having an appointment! The staff were all respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable young men. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on.

They did a good job getting me in and out for my state registration. I was surprised the cost had gone up for emissions. I would have liked to be informed ahead of service being completed. Overall, very good

Every time I come to this Jiffy Lube I am treated extremely well. Everyone is courteous and friendly. I'm very happy with the work performed and their prices - plus they offer discounts to veterans.

Mark who I already know, who is My Friend did a Great Job and Nicholas was Nice & Friendly just like Mark in doing a Great Job as well!! from beginning to End!! with My Oil Change & with My Inspection & Emissions & The Renewal Registration too. Both of them did a Great Job which means The Staff is Great at their Job while providing Great Customer Service!!. Keep up with The Great Job Guys!! The only Minor thing was that I didn't get a Receipt for Me to keep but Mark should Me the exact Breakdown of what I was paying which was $127.19 for The Oil Change and with The Inspection and Emissions Test along with The Renewal Registration came out to a Total of $217.19. Thanks for explaining that Mark!! For a 1 Hour Job is Great!!, that felt like 30 Minutes instead!!

I wish I paid better attention to their name tags (I want to say Alex was the mechanic and Kyle was the guy in front in charge - don t quote me) because this location has extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff!I ve come to this location previously for registration check up things but today I pulled in because my car started making a really loud knocking sound when I accelerated past 45mph. I explained my situation and they came out to take a look at my car. After opening the hood and revving the engine a few times, the problem wasn t what they originally thought so they pulled it into the garage to take a better look.Within 10 min and a test drive later the mechanic figured out what the issue was. Despite my anxiety, the guy at the front desk explained everything to me, was patient and answered thoughtfully when I had questions. He worked with me on a couple of quotes based on my concerns while the mechanic ran a few more tests to make sure he was properly diagnosing my car and for preemptive care I assume. The mechanic later found another more important issue with the bearing. I didn t understand so they politely took me back to the garage where my car was lifted, walked through and explained everything which led to a new quote.They offered advice for a plan of action and when I made up my mind they got to work right away. It was about a 3/4 hour fix because of my questions and the parts that needed to be replaced but I m so thankful for their patience. My car is in prime condition! Thank you so much!

Tech informed me as I was paying that Jiffy-Lube is now paperless. Great to go paperless, but if you don't email a receipt, then you are being deceptive.I received this survey email, but have yet to receive my receipt for a $140.00 oil change. No idea what I paid for, other than what the tech told me.A full synthetic oil change should not cost $130.00, plus ten dollars to "top-off" coolant level.Won't be coming back.

I only came in for an admissions but I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Nicholas has a way of connecting with people I haven't seen quite some time. Grateful for his service and as honesty and kindness. I will come back and I will recommend this specific jiffy lube to everyone I know!

Stopped in late because I had a flat tire. Technicians were helpful and empathetic to my situation. Didn t have a spare so I needed to buy 2 new tires. Had to leave my car overnight because the tires they quoted me weren t in stock until the next day. Tech Jacob was all around professional and empathetic. Solid service. Very much appreciated the help!

Took my car in to replace my tires and get my alignment done. The men were very helpful! Got my car in and out at a very good time. Overall took an hour and 30. Will be going back, definitely recommend. Thanks for your help Preston.

10/10 would recommend Nicolas communicated effectively. He set a time line, and cost expectations and then delivered. Cant ask for more than that. Would still be 9/10 if things had been delayed as they can happen with parts etc.

Overtime, I had forgotten about the Jiffy Lube on Harrison in South Ogden. I've been taking my vehicles to the Honda dealership. Since I had a quick need for a new headlight, I decided to give them a call on President's Day. They were excellent! It may be time for me to reconsider what I've been doing.

They greeted us right away. The asked what we were there for and took the car in and got started with the emissions test. We were only there for maybe 30 minutes. Very pleased!!

Great Customer Service. Went in for emissions testing, and they even let me stay in the car while the testing was performed. Was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

Service was above and beyond. I was struggling to get my emmissions paid for online. Not only was I given exceptional service I was aided in getting my sticker through them when, I was unable to go online or to the DMV. I believe the staff was professional and helpful beyond any expectation. I am usually treated as a foolish woman instead I was provided with genuine help and kindness. They deserve praise for the job well done and a raise for the best customer service I have ever been afforded by any agency.

They nearly melted down our engine block.We took our Dodge Ram in because the engine light came on. They identified that it was a water pump issue and it would need to be replaced. They initially did a quick and great job, until we got the truck home. When my wife got the truck home, it smelled like radiator fluid. We thought it might be some residual fluid burning off, but when she was driving the kids to soccer practice the engine started over heating and the lights all came on. Come to find out a technician there hadn't clamped the radiator hose on and the hose blew off while my wife was driving it, causing all the radiator fluid to blow all over the engine compartment and cause the engine to over heat. She had to pull off at a rest stop and called them. They told her to drive it in and they would reconnect the hose.Terrible advice, if she had driven the truck in with no radiator fluid the engine block would have melted down. So to fix their issue I had to take off work, drive a couple hours to meet my wife and kids at the rest stop, buy a new hose clamp and 3 gallons of radiator fluid, and fix it myself at the rest stop.When I called to ask what they would do to remedy the issue, initially the technician wanted to make things right but when they talked to the supervisor, the supervisor tried to initially blame it on me and my wife because we asked for the water pump to be replaced quickly. Just because we asked to have it done quickly doesn't mean you can leave the job undone. They then said they should have been allowed to come and fix the issue themselves at the rest stop, but they never offered to come and fix it when we called. Rather, they told us to drive it back to them which would have melted the engine block and cost thousands of dollars.What did they offer as compensation to remedy the issue? 1 free oil change. The typical cost of an oil change (with an online coupon) is $55 which means it costs them $25-$30. The compensation doesn't even cover the cost of the antifreeze and new clamp to fix their issue, let alone the inconvenience of my wife and kids stranded at a rest stop for an hour and me having to take off 2 hours of work, buying the parts, and fixing it myself.Used to like taking the truck there as they did good work, but now knowing that if there is an issue with their work they do they don't care, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

the man helping me out was such a nice guy, I came in for a simple oil change and i m only 20, but he let me know that my registration was due and my filters were bad but he was very thorough about it in a way that was informing me and not just trying to sell me more things because I don t know anything about car maintenance. They were very fast and even vacuumed out my car. I was shown my filters before and what they should look like so I know what was going on.

Excellent customer service!! I honestly wish I remembered his name, but a HUGE HUGE shout out to the Austrailian gentleman who assisted me today-- think it was Nicholas?. He didn't try to upsell me for any parts or services that were absolutely optional and he took the time to explain what needed that absolutely needed to be done and why. My wife said that it was people like him that "gives hope to humanity".

These guys are actually awesome. We had that plastic under our car that was coming off after we backed up over a snowdrift. I went and bought some of those new plastic pin things to hold it back up but we could not reach the ones in the middle without jacking the car up.When we went in for an oil change they offered to help me put those clips in for free. It only took a minute to do it and they were so cool about it.It's just that type of personal service a friend would do for you and they've been like that with us many times.They know we're good customers and treat us like friends.

Stopped by to get an emission certificate and On The Spot Registration. Seemed to be taking a while. Finally they bring the car back and they have also done an oil change. WE DID NOT ASK FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND DID NOT WANT AN OIL CHANGE.Received one receipt for car registration and were going to email one for emissions and oil change. Never received called 3 times finally got it. Requested for a discount on oil change we did not want, they said come in and we will give you 50% refund. Stopped by and they changed it to 50 % off your next oil change.Needless to say we will not be back.

I m definitely satisfied. These guys were terrific! I have stayed away from this location for more than a year due to some bad experiences. The team in place now understands customer service. They will even let you stay in your vehicle while they take care of the work. The waiting area needs a major overhaul. Would providing chairs with padding break the bottom line.

Nicolas at the South Ogden location was fantastic! As a woman, going into any car shop can be anxiety inducing, but he was so sweet and he made me laugh, didn t try to oversell me, and was just overall great. Give him a raise!!!

I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube, they are fast, friendly, and it s very convenient to get my emissions and registration done at the same time. Just $12 more and we left with the sticker for the car. I ll definitely be going back every time.

Super fast and efficient! Once my car is in the system, each visit is simple and quick. Other Jiffy Lubes seem chaotic but this location runs smoothly. Staff is kind and helpful.
