First I watched them do a great job installing a windshield for my neighbor, & I've used Glasshopper twice now; they're fantastic. They had windshields in stock for a 13 year old car & a 21 year old car, installed them quickly & cleaned up after themselves in my driveway. Plus spending my money locally makes me feel good.

Do not go to glasshopper. The employees there have a temper and are extremely passive aggressive. First off The older installer lost my second key in the driveway and claimed no key was on the key chain but I found it next to my car when he brought it back.Second and Most importantly they cannot get my windshield weather stripping to stay on. This is the 4th time my weather stripping has come off of the windshield In 6 months since I had my wind shield repaired. I'm going to be forced to go to another glass company because it is blatantly obvious they are not capable. They didn't even have the courtesy to remove the sticker off of the new weather stripping.Third and finally their management team is extremely unorganized on the 3rd time I needed my weather stripping replaced because they failed to adhere it to the mounts I called and spoke with someone who would schedule me and call me back when they got the weather stripping in. They never ordered it nor did they call me back, I had to call them request to speak to manager.Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I have milked this cracked windshield for months but eventually was pulled over and given a fix a ticket which forced me to replace it, which also reminded me it isn't safe. I called around to find the least expensive option, but I wanted quality too. Three of the four quotes I received were between $345 and $350. Glasshopper installed my windshield in less than an hour, with precision and quality for $262.76 out the door!Excellent service up front! Thanks girls!

My rear windshield shattered on my car about a year ago, and they came to my house. Cleaned up the glass in my car and put on a nice new windshield on my car the guy that did it was awesome he did a good job but but there was some glass inside my car trunk that would rattle around when i open and close my trunk. So i took my car to there shop they removed the glass pieces from my car for no charge i am really happy for the service they gave me.

Just look at the photos of my windshield AFTER the repair... They had me show them which chips I wanted filled. I should have gone elsewhere when they pointed at one of the new chips and said "looks like that one's already been filled."Called them back and they kept pushing back, insisting that no one could possibly do better, even after I repeatedly told them that we've had chip repairs in the past that left it looking almost like new.Never going back. Disappointed that they didn't even offer to take another look, let alone provide a refund.

Grasshopper has replaced two windshields for me. The last time they came to my home they came back twice because we miscommunicated some information. They were back the very next day. They were prompt and their price was much less than Safelite. The technician was efficient and skilled. I hope not to need them again very soon but I would go back to them in a heartbeat. I was very pleased with their work and their service.

I put off replacing windshield for months because price quote from company I ve used for years was sky high. I called grasshopper after a review of theirs stated they had great prices. These guys have been awesome. We have a large vehicle and so it gets lots of rock chips. Typically takes me about 30-45 minutes to get it done and it's about 54$ without insurance. The best part is that I can't even tell that there was a rock chip. I've had them do this twice in the last month. Friendly and intuitive staff!

OUTSTANDING WORK AND PRICES!!! I got the windshield replaced in my old 88 Chevy truck I use for work so its nothing too pretty but the technician that performed the work noticed I had some rust under the molding and he took it upon himself to clean the rust and spray a little primer over it so it doesn't spread, he treated my truck like it was his own and that's a big deal to me, plus their prices are unbeatable. Great service and great staff, They are the only company I will go to for any type of glass replacement or repair and I will refer them to anyone needing that type of work done, I want to say Thank You again to the technician that went the extra mile, that's customer serviceService: Auto windshield replacement

Got a rock chip in my $1200 windshield I just had replaced. I was worried it was going to spread. Went to safelight and they could not get me in for an hour and wanted $100. Staff was experienced, competent, knowledgeable, and friendly! They orderedmy window and booked me an appointment for service within 2 days, and completed the job in half the time they estimated. Their service costs less than competitors in the area. Worth every dollar. Needed a small rock chip repaired before the crack spread. I arrived on a Friday morning since they don t take appointments but they got my car right back and started working. I had my kids with me so I was worried about keeping them occupied but they worked so quickly we were out in under 30 minutes. It was not even half the cost that satellite quoted and the spot looks great now. I ll be back there for any windshield needs.Service: Auto windshield repair

Their rock chip repair is a good price at Glass Auto Glass at 49 in house or about 65 to have them come and fix it. You can drop by any time. I looked at safellite repair and it was about 169 for just a rock chip repair. So a great price.

Repeat customer. Replacing windshields isn't cheap, but Glasshopper does good work and doesn't jack up the price with extra nonsense.I really appreciate that, and will go back to them as long as they keep being this way.Their work was fast too, I dropped my car off the night before and they had it ready before noon the next day.I have one of those cameras that helps keep you in your lane, and since they didn't disturb it putting the new windshield in, they didn't need to adjust and charge me for that.Great work, I'll be back and recommend you.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was driving northbound through Salt Lake on I-15 going 75 mph (speed limit is 70) in the HOV lane and a Glasshopper van was tailgating me extremely bad. Following so closely I felt unsafe. I had all my kids in the car and wanted out but couldn t cross the double white lines. As soon as he could pass me, he flew by and cut me off. The HOV lane is not then fast lane or meant to be used for passing. Ironically, I have been needing a windshield replacement and I definitely know who not to call. Not sure why you would represent your company so poorly and drive so terribly in a fully marked company vehicle.

I believe as a company tu have to go above and beyond for your customers I run my own business and this is my philosophy and in my most recent experience at this place it didn t happened, you have to prepare for the unexpected and you have to double check your orders and make sure they are right if you customers is choosing you over a number of other places is for a reason you have to respect their time not only that customer is losing time and money but you as a company as well because you don t know how much business this new single customer will bring to your establishment specially being a new location.Customer service was good specially the manager it was some safety issues that she explained to me but still you as a company need to be prepared for the unexpected and I believe she did not have enough support from a higher level on these types os situations my rating is not for the employees of this location is for the company for the lacking of support to their employees and to waste people s time and money.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Employees are not knowledgeable about vehicles. I had to repeat my make, model &trim several times. She kept asking if my "truck was a short bed or long bed". I drive a freaking sedan. Told her multiple times. I got a quote and they were almost $200 more than Safelite. I did not have my windshield fixed here.

10 out of 10 would recommend these guys for your glass repairs! Someone unfortunately broke into our car and they were able to get us in ASAP! Their prices are very fair and they are extremely friendly and have wonderful customer service. Riley (forgive me if the spelling is off) came out to our home and was awesome, quick, and did a fantastic job! Very nice small and local business in Ogden, Utah that also does mobile installation. I thought they had the best price on a windshield replacement when calling around. My only disappointment was that the car came out with a lot of grease smudges and dust and debris on the dash. It would have been nice to see them clean up a little bit after installation. Would definitely use them again, however.

We were advised there is a lifetime warranty on our windshield. It cracked, we took it in and had pictures that it did not have any rock chips. Also heard a loud bang when it was back with them and when my car came out, the crack extended much farther and they claimed it had a rock chip and refused to service it. Their drivers are incredibly dangerous, I would absolutely not use this business. I had the worst encounter with their driver, speeding, recklessness. I would not trust any business to someone who gives so little consideration to others safety.

Great Customer Service! They took extra time to ensure that there was no damage done to my paint when they removed the trim to remove my windshield. He also gave me some great advice on where to go to replace my faded trim pieces. Plus they had a great price!!

Had a side window shatter on me when I was on the freeway. I call my insurance who gave me a quote that was super pricey. So I called around and grasshopper was the only company to have the window and was able to come out the next day to get it fix. I was impressed on how fast it was taken care of and how nice the guy who installed the glass. I will be using this company again in the future!

Replaced my windshield in July in a very timely manner. In November I got a chip and due to their warranty to cover it they had me in and out in 15 minutes or less. Highly recommend and cheapest locally I found

We replaced our windshield with them and the experience was fine at first, until the trim/weather stripping at the top of the windshield started coming off. We were driving on the freeway and 2-3 feet of it came loose and start banging on the car.We had to replace our back window later on and they scratched up our paint all around the window and the sides of the trunk. Should have learned our lesson the first time. Don't be pulled in by their prices, they don't do quality work.

The first time they came to my work to replace my windshield it turned out to be the wrong one. They promptly ordered the correct one and came back to my work the very next morning to install it. Took 30 minutes and they even wiped off my dusty dashboard! Chris was FANTASTIC. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Recommend 100% After trying 6 other companies only 2 of which answered their phone I gave up until these guys were recommended. Excellent service, answered every question I peppered him with! fast, friendly, and no price increases at the end! This is the service I expect! Thank you David!
