They want $139.00 to repair a simple rock chip. I believe in being fair but I'm not paying a brain surgeon to come out and fix the chip. I can find local glass companies that will do it for half that price.

Called to get a quote for a very small rock repair. Wanted $139 for the repair, and rudely hung up on me. I can see why their reviews are terrible. Should have looked closer before I called.

I throughly enjoyed my experience with Glass America. I worked with Chris to get the best pricing and was installed by Cody who was super nice and respectful of my property. When calling the office I was greeted with cheerful attitudes and great service. My new windshield is great, I forgot how nice it is to have one without a giant crack!

I scheduled the work to be done on a Friday. They said that they can get it done same day two hours later they called back and said that they couldn't get out today and that we can do it tomorrow. They called me the next day and canceled the appointment because of other issues I would not call this company again because they are not reliable.

Fantastic company to work with. Staff reaches out quickly and gets appointments scheduled at your time and location. They also do a great job navigating you through the process with your insurance company. Field techs are friendly and do great work. Highly impressed with this company and highly recommend them. Fantastic experience.

Submitted my insurance claim this morning and got a call back with a quick appointment a few hours later! I tried using safelite previously and was never contacted by them! Beware of the "Warranty", as it's only for the workmanship, not the windshield itself.Customer Service was challenging to access & not very helpful on the call back. Apparently they can't repair a chip/crack because it's near the edge of windshield.I will use a local company next time.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They are incompetent in scheduling, cancelled one appointment and then never showed for the follow up at the window indicated and then lied telling my wife I requested after 1:00. I spoke on the phone and specifically indicated I would not be available after 1:00. They kept moving up the window and eventually said I requested after 1:00. Do not use.

Had an appointment for today. Did not receive any response from the company as to what was going on. So I called they had a situation with my glass order. Apparently I have been rescheduled. Guess no one notified me about any problems. I was told the dispatcher would call me. And again NO PHONE CALL was made. Very very poor customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I will do everything that I can to get people to go elsewhere.

Responded quickly with a competitively priced quote. Easy to speak with someone over phone and/or email. Friendly and helpful staff. Came to us for free.
