Liars and cheats. We have a 1 month old optima battery, cranks great at -15. We we're told by Firestone that it's bad and needs replacing. We had previously purchased a "lifetime" alignment. They said they can't align it because of a broke sway bar. They wouldn't show it to me. I took it to les swab, they said there's absolutely nothing wrong with the sway bar, and let me look while it's on the lift.THEY LIE!!! Avoid them. They WILL cheat you.

I should have definitely read other reviews before coming here. The first time was for my tires, because I had my tires done at another Firestone and I haven't haven't even gotten half way through my warranty before they needed replacement.. to replace all my tires it was going to cost approximately $50, not bad at all. But they were going to charge me a $180 total to put them on. That was ridiculous, and I wasn't going to pay it. It takes 10 minutes to put tires on, so I didn't end up paying that much. But still quite a bit for theirservice. The second time I had a free oil change from another Firestone because of some work not being done and being paid for , so I decided to use it at this Firestone cuz they are close to my house. They didn't put any paper or plastik Mats down and got grease stains on the carpet of my car right after I told them I cleaned it :(

My girlfriend took her car into this place to get her emissions and inspections done. She also wanted her brake break lights to be checked because one wasn't working. They said "labor" is 100 per hour but they would only run the "diagnostics" for 30 minutes. What is that? 100 per hour to hook it up to a computer and let the computer run? They also didn't pass her car because her tint was "too dark." She has had this car for 5 years now and no one has ever said anything about it. If you want to be screwed out of your money and have them upcharge, and tell you you need things for your car which you don't, this is the place to go. Terrible service, terrible quality and terrible price. We will not be coming back here and no one we know will ever go here again.

Would be great to actually try out their service, but nobody answers the phone. Tried 5 times all throughout the day and all it says is "nobody is available to answer the call" and then hangs up. Great service... not!

No one answers the phone. I went to this location only to find out that it's not there anymore SMFH!!
