I haven't had service here but I called and the owner of manager was polite as all get out. I found someone not so busy & closer to my home to do my emissions testing but 100% I'll be using them next time. My husband recommended them for a reason, they're great!

This is a great place I waited till the last day of registration and was in a hurry, these guys had me done in 10 minutes.

Nice guy works quickly. And you can process your registration at the same time. that's a big bonus you won't be disappointed you stopped. But be aware that the open sign is broken, and the roll-up doors are always shut, so it always looks closed. Just stop in he's there working hard.

The waiting room has a strange, pungent smell. Waited 5 minutes, and no one came to the front desk. Maybe if the smell was not so terrible, I would ve waited longer. Ended up going across the street.

I went there looking for an emissions test on a Friday during prime time. They were not opened. There was not a single person in the shop. I was expecting more.

Never open when they state they will be.Update: 1 year later, went in again to try to give them another shot but they were closed during their stated open hours. Still unreliable

Quick ,fast, and easy emissions done here.It's a first-come, first-serve basis usually that can be made. The guy who runs that I think his name is Chris good guy. He's done my emissions for five years straight.

Bad experience at Dekra in Ogden Utah when speaking with the employe he said 3 cars coming what is this appointment only I didn't know I needed to make a appointment guy turned me down for oil change on my truck and drove another car into the bay if I could give 0 star I would give it that

I recently had them perform an emissions test on my truck. This was the third year I'd taken it there and I'm always very impressed by the their excellent service! I got there about 15 minutes before closing time and even though they were working on another car when I arrived, they still fit me in. Jacob showed that he really cares about the customers. I left not only feeling happy about the fast service but the friendliness and honesty that Jacob showed!Service: Emissions testing

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went in for an oil change but the employee turned me down saying they no longer do oil changes! Horrible Business.

I have been coming here for years but never again. This is the 2nd time this has happened where it shows they are open online, I drive all the way over there and its closed. Don't listen to any of the excuses the owner puts in response to this or any other review. Don't waste your time. I don't care if you have staff shortages or anything else pay your employees more then.

I was going to use this business. I stopped in and got a windshield wiper replacement, but I was too tired yesterday to wait on having emissions done for renewal. I asked if they were going to be open today, and was told yes.They weren't. I just went by there, same time as yesterday, and the open sign was lit, but no one was home, and the door was locked.I guess they have all the business they need, and feel they don't need mine.

They were really fast, I got my car emissions and got the oil changed in about a half hour.The two gentleman were very nice too.My only problem was the condition of the lobby. It was absolutely disgusting. Nothing in that room appears to have been at least swept, no way mopped or sanitized. There was a tissue in the floor that appeared to have blood, or some red substance on it. And don't get me started on the bathroom, which I did NOT use, but looked.

Went to get an oil change & nobody was there. Sign on door said open 8-6. I believe & all doors locked, no sign indicating they would be back or anything. I was going to use a coupon from groupon & was not able to. I called their number & no answer or was I able to leave a message & they had no message about hours or closure. I should have known since I had gone back in June & was there by 8:30 & the person was late & arrived as I was leaving. Very frustrating that my coupon was already paid for. I will never go back.

I've used this place for the last three years and it was always great, friendly and quick. This year with new staff the experience is much different I've been there on 3 separate occasions during business hours and the sign says open but the door is locked and no one is inside. Once there were also 3 other customers waiting for someone to get there. The one time someone was there the printer was down so they couldn't do emissions. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. Not sure if there is a new owner or just new employees but not a very professional way of conducting business. Going elsewhere so i don't waste anymore time
