I had some minor work done to my rear bumper after I got rear ended. This is the second time I ve used this body shop. The first time I had more major work done on the front end due to a deer. I was 100% satisfied last time so I used them again. They did another beautiful job on my SUV. The last picture is the finished job. They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and were easy to deal with. I m very picky and I take very good care of my vehicle and they once again did a great job on it! 100% satisfied once again.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience! Front desk was welcoming & friendly. They have drinks for people waiting. They did all the talking with insurance, and communicated when needed. Also gave me two free rags to wipe the inside of my car down!

Excellent service by front staff and shop employees. I was kept informed. Process was easy. The repair was finished in under a week and looked great when it was done. Front staff helped arrange a rental car and accommodated me early in the morning. Definitely recommend.

We were sent to cascade by our insurance company and we weren t disappointed. They were quick and efficient and their customer service was great! After we received our vehicle back there was another problem and they got us in quickly and got the work sent out and we had our vehicle within a day! Thanks cascade for you helpfulness!

I took my truck here before it was cascade collisions, when it was Chevrolet it was better in my opinion. I wi say the customer service was great they texted and communicated with me very well. I got my truck back 5 days before it was scheduled after getting fixed from hitting a deer. They said they couldn t get my grill the same exact color or even the same material as it was before they replaced it with the black plastic grills you can order off Amazon so that was surprising to me. It also had a gap between the grill and the bumper that is did NOT have before , when I asked about it they said it was because my truck was lifted and had cups that they just couldn t do it, how can a body shop not fix that??? Anyways I just felt like they were rushing it and I wasn t fully satisfied.

The first time i went to cascade collision, i brought my 2018 colorado in for rear quarter panel repairs. The work was decent, But the rubber grommet for the fuel filler door was installed incorrectly. So i installed it correctly myself... Not much of a big deal at the time. I assume that maybe some employees 3 year old installed it.But...Recently, I took my wife's brand new subaru ascent there for a 2x2'' scratch on the plastic rear quarter/Bumper "drivers side".This time it was a different story.I went to pick it up, on a snowy day. To find out when i get to my car, that the driver side pillar was ripped out and hanging on by a single clip. I proceed to go back into the shop to figure out what was up. because it appears that no pre check had happened before i got there. They just handed me the keys and said take it easy. It was snowy so maybe that deterred them from doing so.They claimed that "Calibration" was needed to complete the repair. After that, someone from the office came out and just rammed the panel back in without checking if airbag clips needed to be secure before reinstall. Which needed to be done for airbag safety purposes... But wasn't....Later that night my wife discovers that her passenger side "overhead" handle was installed UPSIDE DOWN. a simple look to the drivers side handle verified that.... along with all of the the weather stripping was installed incorrectly on the passenger side.They also ordered me a brand new window for the rear quarter. and a bunch of other "ROOF" stuff. I DONT KNOW WHY, But they did.... And why were they even in the roof?With the inability to reinstall simple parts. coming out of a pretty decently sized company.. This is ridiculous at best.My wife doesn't even feel comfortable driving her car. Because she doesn't know what else they messed up on install. Like the window we didn't need when the car went in? will that fall out now?If it was done correct, but took 2x longer. This review wouldn't be here. "SPEED" isn't the name of the game boys.But with all that being said. You'll never be getting my business from me or anyone I know.EDIT, Missing a tripod from our trunk as well...

My car was hit in a parking lot and both doors were damaged. Ashley and Mike were very helpful during the process, keeping us updated so we knew what was happening. My car looks great now, and you cannot tell that the doors have been replaced. The new paint matches perfectly. I was very happy with their service.2 months later I hit a forklift and again, the folks at Cascade Collision Repair were very kind and competent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

HONEST, Friendly people. They did great work. They are very good at what they do. They took the time to show me pictures of the whole process and explain it all to me without a fuss. Excellent communication. If I didn t get a message everyday it was every other. They made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. I was working through someone else s insurance and they made it completely painless. I never imagined it would be so easy. I ve heard of people struggling with the process with other shops and waiting months to get their vehicle. Not here. They were ahead of schedule and did great work. Very highly recommended.

I dropped my Ford off to get the rear bumper repaired, and they not only had it done very well, they had it done 5 days early! Very satisfied with Cascade Collision. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the front desk staff as well.

This is THE BEST body shop ever! My mom took my car in to get an estimate on fixing a front bumper that got smashed. Mike, helped her and went ABOVE and BEYOND. He fixed it quickly and my mom was just so over the moon and thankful. He didn t even charge her, said it was no problem and just seeing how thrilled she was, was enough. His integrity and honesty and willingness to help have made me and my family a forever client. We will for sure be back to cascade and will recommend them to everyone we know, and the car looks as good as new!

Didn't end up using the service. The estimate was 1,000 above the other two estimates that I had. I was told that they were going to estimate high in case there were some unexpected repairs they could not see and that it could even be higher.I thought, estimate high, and could be higher. Hmm

This location should be ashamed of themselves for treating a poor girl like this. Making her cry and calling her horrible names all because of their mistake and they don t want to admit. Mike, you should treat women better than to yell at them making them cry in front of customers. Do not bring in your repairs here, they ll damage your cars if you decide not to do business with them and then lie to you about the damages.

DONT GO HERE FOR AN ESTIMATE. You won't just get an estimate like I wanted. You will be forced into them repairing your vehicle especially if insurance is paying for it. Insurance fraud.
