I had a car accident and brought my truck to Caliber Collision.I had a specific front bumper for which they actually had the main part in the shop. Those front bumpers are usually 8-12 weeks lead time, so I decided to go with this Company because of them having this part in stock. Sadly the other parts of that bumper were not in stock. They promised me to be in communication to let me know what they are going to do if they can't get the part. Well I never heard back from them until the day before my truck was done. I told them not to worry about the other parts of the bumper and to just reduce my bill, so they did. The next day I go and pick up my truck and the bumper is cut to fit those parts, which at first I thought was very nice of them. But then I found out that those cuts were about 1-2 inches off where they should be. I went there to talk to them, they told me they would order another bumper and get it fixed for free, which I thought was amazing customer service. I left with the promise that they would call me when the new bumper would come in. Now over a month later, I still have not heard from them. Sadly they have poor communication skills.I am more than open to resolve this with the company if they desire to do so and will update this review in case they do.

I recently got rear ended on the freeway. Never a fun experience working with the insurance company. The first company they sent me to, wasn t even available and no signs were hung up saying they were closed. They reached out the following Monday disappointing to me. not available. So Talk to my sister Who did her bodywork on her car? She recommended Caliber Collision. I am so grateful to her. My experience with Caliber Collision was a fantastic! The staff was nice and knowledgeable set up my appointment for drop off and answered all the questions I had. The technician that worked on my car, his name was Russ!! Russ was absolutely amazing!! Kept me updated on the progress of my car via text which was fantastic! I work ( as most of us do) lol. It was so much easier to click to see what was going on then to answer a phone call. He was there if I had any questions as well. I am telling you the work done on my car is fantastic! Then, my car was ready three weeks before the day it was supposed to be ready, which was an even better surprise! Russ called and talked to me personally that day. He is super nice, super knowledgeable and I felt like we were, if you could say this, family. I need my car for work, I drive 110 miles daily, so having it done early was a blessing! Then, this is the best part for me, I had planned on cleaning my car the Saturday of the week we got rear ended. So I knew after my car was done I had to go straight to the car wash and vacuum and wipe her down. You know what? I got in my car and they had already cleaned it!!!! I swear it looked like they detailed it. I usually keep a really pretty clean car anyway, but know that I didn t have to go vacuum after the two weeks of not having my car that was so fantastic !!! I am sorry this is a long review but if you would like someone that you could trust and do a fantastic job and not have to stress about your vehicle and get updates without even being asked, or having to have to call, and have an amazing job done on your vehicle.,..,.I would ask for Russ at Caliber Collision in Ogden. My sister used the Caliber Collision in Salt Lake and had an amazing experience as well! Her car also looks amazing! I strongly suggest if you need bodywork done reach out to Russ at Caliber Collision! I promise you he will take care of you and you will be so dang happy !

Edit: my windshield was fixed free of charge. It looks great!Got into a fender bender and needed a new bumper. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday, got it back Friday with a cracked windshield. Wasn t even told beforehand. Went to inspect my car and saw it. Refused to fix it. My insurance said I d have to file another claim and pay another deductible to fix it. Just absolutely ridiculous.

We had our Nissan Sentra in to be fixed at your store. We are beyond happy with the results!!! Not only was the car fixed to look like nothing had ever happened on the outside. The inside had been cleaned and looked amazing as well. We are more than satisfied with the job that was done. Thanks Jeff and Russ. You are amazing and we appreciate your fine work!

Absolutely stellar experience with Caliber Collision on my 2023 Toyota RAV4 repair! From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and transparent about the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. They were lazy and didn t set my window right when replacing the door so now it doesn t roll all the way up, they installed my door latch poorly and it has a hard time staying closed/closing. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude when I went in to fill out paperwork. The paint job was good but everything else was poorly done, my door that they replaced squeaks every time it swings now, they do not take their time to do it right, I would not recommend this collision repair shop to anybody.

Kyle my estimator was awesome.His personality and humor was great!Not only did he make sure everything was perfect, he even went out of his way to buff out a couple of scratches that wasn t in the damaged area.I would give Caliber Collision 10 stars if it was possible.Definitely worth checking them out.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job of repairing the damage to the rear quarter of my Lincoln, including the replacement of the left rear wheel and tire. They kept me informed of their progress every step of the way and had the job completed as promised. Kudos to Kyle and the staff at Caliber Collision for getting me back on the road.

Bumper is out in one corner and it's been only 3 weeks. Bad paint match. Bad fender and hood line up. Was not going to give a bad review as I had already made a review on the txt msg system they have. Very pleased with the level of service and care I received. Miles above the competition, as far as I m concerned. I felt confident in their abilities as soon as I dropped of my car, and was not disappointed. I appreciated the frequent updates, and the work done on the vehicle turned out great! I highly recommend Caliber Collision, and if I ever need accident repairs in the future, there is nowhere else I would rather go.

We were in an accident and the other insurance recommended Caliber. Russell H was exceptional right from the estimate to finishing up. He called and updated us every day. No surprises. My car looks great.We definitely recommend!

Caliber Collision was so easy to work with. They did such an incredible job fixing my car and making it look like no one ever crashed into my parked car in the first place.Incredibly nice employees. You can tell they are really there for you.10/10 recommend.

After the estimated due date got no update until after that date past. Called to get the update to find would be additional week. The time frame didn't bother me all that much as time is usually needed for quality of work. However two weeks past had to call once again for an update as updates from them were lacking. They didn't fix all the dmg done from a rear end collision. Plus they forgot to properly secure the truck bed so had to make additional trip back. The dmg that was fixed is amazing,just kinda disappointed all of it didn't get fixed The staff seemed in a hurry and very dismissive.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
