They were very friendly and kept us informed with every step. We were originally told it would take 2 or more weeks before it would be done. They had it done way faster, since they didn't have to order parts. We turned it in on Thursday and we got a call it was done the following Tuesday. 5 days it was done. They didn't just sit on it forever wasting time, they got it done and it looks amazing.

Caliber went to great lengths to correct the problem we had on pickup. They took great care of us and followed up with a rental car and a quick turn around on the re-repair. My wife and I are very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that caliber provided once the issue was brought to their attention. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the way that they took care of us. We will be using caliber for all future repair needs.

My husband pulled out from under our carport and destroyed my passenger mirror on accident. Caliber Collision made it look like nothing happened! And they detailed my entire car. It hasn t looked this good since we bought it!Great customer service too. All around a perfect experience. Thank you!

Fixed our Dodge Laramie at this location. Customer service: from phone calls, to text messages & in person contact, excellent! They walked us through the damages & steps that were going to take place. They did a great job & would update us by text at least every other day. Upon picking up, they answered our questions & they cleaned the truck. Everyone was pleasant/wonderful to work with. Thank you!

I had gotten rear ended and told them I was more worried about the mechanical side of things rather than the cosmetic. They called me and told me there was nothing wrong with my alignment and I asked them to check they told me to take it to jeep if I was so worried about it. Long story short I did and the alignment, camber and toe was off and my camber is damaged. All my concerns were ignored. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car after getting hit at 30 mph and refused to check. Only getting one star because they did detail the inside which was very nice and only replaced my bumper and spare tire holder.

Our mechanic Lindsay was very informative both pre and post repair. The repair is well done. The receptionist (I didn't get her name) at the Wall Ave. in Ogden, was kind and helpful and respectful. I was pleasantly surprised at the helpfulness and efficiency they were for us during our vehicles repair.

They just fix my Subaru, excellent service! Dillya and Tyler where extremely helpful, friendly and professionals. Tyler provided me with updates, he took every single phone call I made. They did such a beautiful job on my car! Process was easy, they kept us up to date through the whole process. I was shocked that my car was cleaned inside and it when I picked it up! It felt like a new car! I would 100% use Caliber collision again!

We had to get our car fixed from a small fender bender. The team went above and beyond, even cleaning our car fully which was a super big blessing with kiddos and such! Thank you for the Grade A service!

My vehicle was rear ended in an accident and o was sent to Caliber Collision by the other parties insurance. The vehicle was in complete driving condition other than the tire Lou t had been cracked and there was some scratches on the bumper. It took over a month for the repairs to be completed. When I went to pick up the vehicle there was a problem with the back up camera which is mounted on the tire mount. When I explained the problems and took the vehicle back they did not take any responsibility for the damage and wanted to charge me to have a diagnostic test done and keep my vehicle for additional days. Since I did not feel like they were taking responsibility for the issue and they just wanted to try to charge the other parties insurance for more items unjustfully, I took my vehicle to another location to have it repaired. It was worth it to pay out of pocket for the other place to fix the installation problem in a few minutes. I would have been okay with the long process if I would have felt like they took ownership for the problems and agreed to fix them without trying to charge someone unfairly for a mistake they made.

Worst work I've seen my entire life and were Military and have been all over, never experienced such mistakes and damages to vehicle. Alan and Lindsay are awfulI wouldn't recommend risking your car with this place!Dishonest.Still never finished damages they caused. Have to tale elsewhere

We were so frustrated when we got into and accident and wasn't looking forward to needing to get it repaired. We took our car over to Caliber in Ogden hoping that the repairs could be done ASAP. They assured us they could get the repairs done on time so that we could keep our family vacation plans. Lindsay, Alan, and the crew kept their promise, our car was fixed and done on time. I was in an accident and this is where my car was repaired. This place was awesome at communicating with me. I would receive regular updates and pictures. When my car went in we found out that the vehicle had been in a previous accident that had not been disclosed or reported. This company was very honest with me and laid out the options and what each decision would entail. I made the decision that I was going to go back to the dealership and have them correctly repair what they had not done correctly the first time.When I went to pick my car up, I was informed that they chose to repair the area that had previously been poorly repaired. This fix was free of charge because they did nott want to send a car out that had such poor work done before.I was very pleased with the work they performed.
