I was so pleased with the treatment I got from smitty s. I had been dealing with car troubles for a while now and I finally decided to take my car in to get the clutch looked at. I had gotten crazy quotes from other shops and thought that this would be the same. I called ahead and they picked up very quickly(even during a busy time) and I set up an appointment for the next day. When I got there early in the morning there had been something wrong on the computer and it deleted my appointment. They handled it fantastic and got me in that same day anyway. The service was fantastic and they kept me informed the whole time it was there. The very next day I got my car back like it was brand new, the clutch felt fantastic. The car was clean and worked great. On top of that, it seemed like they fixed a couple of my other issues. My car had going on at no additional charge. This by miles has been the best mechanic related experience I have had. Thank you!

Everything went great purchasing new tires and wheels. From the right price to explaining everything to me that was asked all the way through to installation. Great prices, great service all around!I was so excited for my new setup and impressed with the quality that I jumped up and down like I got a new pony outside of the store.5/5 buy a new pony!

I ve been going to Smitty s for years and have never had any issue with them. Super friendly crew every time I ve walked into their front doors.Whether I ve needed new tires, oil change, emissions done etc it s been hassle free.I love just being able to drop my car off and getting a phone when it s done. Super convenient.

I dropped off two tires and separate wheels, they were mounted and balanced and the price was quite reasonable, especially with the military discount. I'll definitely use Smitty's again!

After going to multiple places, we now only take our vehicles to Smitty's. They are honest and reasonably priced. We recently had our vehicle towed there and couldn't be happier. And, they do military discounts!

I love the service Smitty s - Burt Brothers give! You are always welcomed with a friendly smile and excellent knowledge and service. They go out of their way to help you and make sure all your needs are met. As a woman they always make me feel comfortable and are patient with my lack of knowledge or understanding when it comes to vehicle issues. They have made a happy lifetime customer out of me. I recommend them to everyone!

Smitty s is awesome! We ve taken our cars to them for years! I m sad they took the big Smitty s sign down with the merger with Burt Brother s, but so far so good. I am grateful the merger has been a smooth one & we still work with the great guys we always have and a few new ones now. They always take great care of our vehicles! They are kind, consistent, and great to communicate clearly with us.

I ordered tires online and had Smittys install them. They installed my new tires and it took less than an hour. Adam assisted me which is awesome he has my exact first and last name. Highly recommend.

The BEST tire experience we ve ever had! They were SO kind and incredibly fast. My three kiddos didn t even have time to get bored. They were extremely honest and upfront, double checking to make sure our tires truly needed to be replaced before selling us anything. On top of it all, they took us in and replaced all four tires 30 minutes before closing the day before Thanksgiving just because one of our tires had gone flat. Truly remarkable service, quality care and great pricing. Will be doing our tires here from now on.

I have used Smittysauto auto for many years. They have been fast, friendly and honest.now they hey have merged with Burt brothers. I just took my truck in to have some repair work. Same people, same fast friendly and honest service. My vehicle was done when they told me it would be done and for less money than the estimate I was given. Thanks Smitty keep up the good work.

My vehicle started acting up and I was able to pull into this now But bros location, formerly Smitty's. First time at this Burt Bros location, I've been to four, and this was by far the best experience. The two gentlemen at the counter were some of the most down to earth people I've met. It was 45 min from closing, they pulled my vehicle in promptly and got it diagnosed within minutes, alternator gone. Throw the tech in four 5 stars as well, what a gentleman. Since it was closing time and I was an hour from home, I found a local friend and got it taken care of since I had a warranty on the alternator, I explained this to the employees there that this was my best option considering my circumstances, But I just wanted to put out a review that the employees there felt like family, and the diagnosis was quick and spot on.

Smitty's totally saved my day todayI love love love businesses that treat ladies like we know some things abour cars and are sincerely appreciative of your business and want you to keep coming back. They were fast and friendly and like I said made my day. Smitty introduced himself and his son to me. Listened to my frustrating experience at another Burt brothers and just took care of me. Smitty s has always been honest and fair. There have been multiple occasions where I thought I needed something fixed, and I was wrong. They are never going to charge you for something that you don t need. I recommend them to everyone.

Took my car in to get tires swapped, they let me know the condition of the replacement tires (horrible) and explained why. They had in Stock bew tires with 60k miles at a reasonable price. They also gave for free some very valuable information about my car, a recall, and potential huge expense if not dealt with. I verified the info and it was the truth! Had it not been for the guys at smittys, I likely would have never known until it was too late.Thank you for your excellent customer service..And for the free fancy coffee!

I usually do most work on my cars myself, so when my husband's brakes started grinding, I realized I just didn't have the time. I called Smitty's and asked for an estimate. It was very reasonable and they scheduled me for their next availability, 2 days later. 4 hours after dropping my husband's car off, it was finished, and under the estimate they gave me. Friendly and helpful people that feel honest and care about the work they do. I'd recommend Smitty's to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic family owned business! The most honest mechanics I ve ever worked with! Originally got a quote for $1000 for repairs and I agreed to the price. They called me back just a few minutes later and said that for some reason The computer double charged for labor, so it was actually $800. Even though they had an opportunity to still charge me the $1000 that I had agreed to, they called me back to save me $200!I ll never go anywhere else!

We love Smitty s. With All the cars and drivers in our house they have handled everything from a simple oil change to breaks and more complex issues. We ve always been treated like family and at a fair price.

Called them up after work to see if they had an opening for an emissions test, they fit me in quickly, accomplished the on-site registration, and I was back on the road in good time.Honest, polite and professional staff; with a comfortable waiting area (complementary water/cocoa/coffee) and a clean restroom.I highly recommend their services!!!

Adam was super helpful and got both of our cars in for new winter tires. This was nice because we got a quote for the tires on line from them and he was able to have the tires picked up and installed on both cars within a couple of hours! I will be coming here from now on when I need service or tires. Excellent work to Adam and all of the team at Smitty s!!!

Came in during the afternoon expecting to make an appointment for an emissions check. They got it done for me that day within an hour, and even had time to replace my brake lights for me. Exemplary service!!!!

I'd like to start by saying when it comes to shops, I'm a very picky customer. I do as much work as i can on my own vehicles and only throw in the towel when I lack large/specialty tooling required for a task. Throughout the many times I've taken my car or truck to this shop these guys have gone above and beyond. All things considered they are fairly affordable. I've stopped in numerous times just to pick there ear and get a professional opinion whenever I'm out of my depth. They always take time out of there day to give it to me. A special shoutout to one of the mechanics named Tyler. Tyler customer service has been second to none in my experience with car shops. He's jumped in my rig with me to go around the block and give his two sense on strange noises, walked me down stairs while my truck was on the lift and took time to point out leaks and other things that were out of the ordinary. Any problem I've brought there way, the team here has been just as invested as myself when it comes to solving it, weather I've intended on having them fix it or not. I highly recommend there services for any car troubles that come your way. Its very difficult to find mechanics you can trust now days. if you find them, look no further.

The team at Smitty's is phenomenal! Not only is their work top-quality, but so is their customer service. Anytime I walk in, whether it's with an issue or just regular maintenance, I know they're going to shoot straight with me. Whenever I've asked for clarification or explanations, they're able to explain things in a way I can actually comprehend, and they do it without making me feel stupid.
