Shawn and Jess are amazing! They helped me so much with my complicated situation.My car got sideswiped back in November 2023, and after filing my claim with my insurance and getting a quote at Beckstrom body shop, I was just waiting for my insurance agent to tell me when I was in the clear to take my car in to get fixed. My insurance agent said she was working on negotiating some prices with the team at Beckstrom. I would text her every three weeks asking about any progress, unfortunately, she kept telling me that there is no progress being made. I ended up calling my insurance broker and told him about the situation, he told me that he was going to call Shawn Beckstrom to get everything sorted out. Within minutes I got a call from Shawn who informed me that my insurance agent had never even reached out to them about my claim. I told him that I was on a time crunch for my car being fixed, and that I was really anxious about my car getting fixed in time, so he got my car in to get worked on the very next morning!Jess guided me through this entire complicated situation. I m so thankful for her because without her, I would be completely lost. She texted me multiple times a week to update me about my car and what repairs were being made at the time. She even stayed in contact with me after my car was all fixed just to make sure that I was on the right track with my insurance.My car looks beautiful now, and you would never even guess that anything ever happened to it. The team of Beckstrom really went above and beyond to make this situation better for me, even though it wasn t their fault at all.If I m ever in a situation where I need to get body work done on my car again, I will be coming back!

I ve waited AWHILE to post this review as they had my car for a over a month Have you ever gotten your car back from a shop , got in an immediately felt violated and unsafe ?Look no further for a shop to not only accommodate that ! But more !Ironically enough when I walked in one of the woman at the front was on a call with, what seemed to be with yet another unsatisfied customer, once that wrapped up and the phone rang again the head roll matched the attitude she clearly had , which would explain the overall terrible experience I had !I was told repeatedly how it s a big job and they are working on it but in a month got zero progress updates / pictures / actual results , constant justification as its a big job which i would believe if their other shop (which isnt affiliated regardless of having the same name and collaborating on vehicles due ,this is due to the Lincoln locations sketchy / poor behavior from my understand?) had my car for less time to do more extensive work .I initially asked to opt out of services and was told I couldn t because process had started a month later still didn t have my car back , truly DO NOT recommendOnce I got my car back I was charged and additional $20 fee (they disclose they charge a fee not the percent or amount or what your charged prior to ), which I didn t agree to the amount prior to my card being ran. I was told they warranty their parts but immediately started having issues with my key fob and seat belt in my car, and was told well the batteries in them die (Not only did I / my insurance specifically ask if they would be able to get started on my car immediately vs sitting and they confirmed yes which was not accurate , when I was told documents would be provided as authorization, I explained I was unable to sign them , received no response ,a day and a half later got an email stating they sent it incorrectly but now it should work once I downloaded an app required to sign it ,got zero confirmation it was received)

I'm extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism that Beckstrom provided me. I hit a deer one night on my way back home and needed a lot of parts replaced and body work done on my front end. My insurance recommended that I contact Beckstrom. I called them the next day, and was surprised at how quickly they had me come by and with how flexible they were. When I arrived, they were extremely professional. The staff was extremely nice, cooperative, and helped me answer any questions that I had. I was given a time window of when the truck would be done, and they got it finished before that estimated time. My truck had never looked better! I've always been a little skeptical of mechanic and other automotive shops, but throughout the whole process they gave me peace of mind, and after seeing the results and the incredible quality of work they did, I won't ever be taking my truck to any other place, and I'll be HIGHLY recommending Beckstrom to all of my friends!Service: Body & Trim

BECKSTROM'S! WOW! I just cant say enough about what this shop has done for me. I was rear ended by a not sober driver in my dream truck. You know, the one that replaces every other vehicle in your mind when you think of all the nice ones you have owned over a lifetime. I thought she was gone from me, stolen in a 2 second mishap. Jake at Beckstrom's Body Shop, changed all that for me. He accomplished the impossible when it came to filing an insurance claim. I knew she was totaled in my heart, but he NEVER gave up or gave in. I am so grateful for what he did for me, bringing my Dominatrix back into my life looking EXQUISIT (see before and after photos)!!! I am so happy to have her back looking better than ever. Customer service was amazing all the way to the day I picked her up. They are top notch, above and beyond care for your dream vehicle, or any vehicle you want the best for! When I Googled auto body shops near me, I didn't know the incredible service I would be getting when I decided to get a quote from Beckstrom Body Shop! I was helped by Mason Randall who was kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable. My Toyota Corolla had a long scratch on the passenger side door and Mason was kind enough to come check it out in the parking lot, write me up a quote for the parts of the scratch that were down to the metal, but the most impressive service he provided was buffing out the parts of the scratch that were more minor. He even temporarily fixed a piece of the plastic at the front of my car so it wouldn't drag and cause more issues while I was in the process of having my car repaired after it as scratched on accident by a friend. Even though his leg was in a brace, Mason got down on the ground and check out my car for me. I have never experienced this kind of service before and I will absolutely be using Beckstrom Body Shop for all of my car needs in the future. Thank you again Mason!

100% satisfaction I can't say enough about the service received. Honest and loyal, if there is a question, speak directly to the mechanics/people doi g the work, you can't expect the people in the middle answering the phones to know about ALL the things going g o , there plate is full and probably shouldn't need to being that they have a different job title, so if your frustrated they will have someone give you a move detailed response, they are there to facilitate and give general info. Don't get mad, just ask for more info from. Whoever is working the project

If I could give negative stars I would. I don t know how they are GEICO certified. Stopped communicating when they said they would. Didn t notify us of that they needed insurance to come out an additional two times after the original estimate. Let the insurance walk away without approving anything the second time and sat on this information for two weeks. Went to collect our belongings from it, (after it being there for months) and the dash they told us that was at a dealership was in the vehicle. How can they not keep track of car parts that belong to them?! We made a deadline due to a military pcs very clear and they had no regard for it. Now we re moving our entire lives across country with one vehicle. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

Had a rear end collision on 10/9. Took it to Beckstrom. They had the vehicle for about 8 weeks. Was told that it will be repaired. Recieved weekly text messages saying that the car is being repaired. The last text about two weeks ago said they where rapping up the repairs. Text messages stopped. Finally, received a call from the other insurance company saying the car will be totalled. Never received notification from Beckstrom. My wife had too contact Beckstrom to go and get items out of the vehicle. The car was still in a disassembled state. I completely understand the insurance problems but based on their text messages from Beckstron, we had no idea they where still waiting for insurance disposition. Don't trust their weekly text messages and recommend talking to them weekly.

Beckstrom Body Shop is always busy. There are many reasons why. They go way beyond excellent Customer Service to complete your vehicle s body work. I was so pleased with the work done on my Subaru. They have been there for us for numerous years and always make our automobiles look fantastic.

My daughter was recently in a car accident and the management and staff of beckstrom Auto body did whatever needed to be done to make sure that the repairs to my daughter's car were done properly and that we were happy with the service..

Super fast and quality work. Called another body shop to repair the front bumper of my Focus RS and to get an estimate I had to wait a week. Here they got me an estimate the same day. Pre-ordered parts and had my car ready in 4 days. Absolutely recommend.

Would not go here. Had a family member get their car fixed however the car came back with a broken part that was initially not there. The operation was fast BUT that could have cause an oversight which prevented NOTICING the broken part. They went there for a service due to an incident and came back with more issues.

Two thumbs WAY WAY UP!! Getting in a car wreck is NEVER FUN!!But Beckstrom Body Shop was SO GREAT to work with and made things so simple, smooth and effortless!I called them on a Friday, and was able to get my car in by the THE NEXT TUESDAY!!When I dropped it off they had my rental car there and ready to pick me up. During the whole repair process they kept me up to date as to what was going on along with my insurance company and the rental car company. This made things SO MUCH EASIER ON ME!!! As I suffer from super high anxiety and several mental disorders. I was able to not have a breakdown because of this car accident.But most of all!!!My car looks FANTASTIC!!They did a fabulous job with the repairs!! I am so super impressed!!!They also guarantee their work for the time that you own your car!!!Which is super bonus!!!I really loved their great customer service, friendliness, knowledge, and ability!!I would recommend Beckstrom Body Shop to anyone and everyone!!!I know I will use them again if I ever need to but hoping that I don t!!

When our vehicle was damaged by a flying tire on the freeway, Beckstrom was the only repair shop that could get us in that next week. The other shops had at least a six week waiting period. They work 24/7!We were sent bi-weekly texts on the status of the repairs and they always responded quickly if I asked a question. I would definitely use them again. Family owned business. Just as great now as when I first used them years ago. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, informative, and very helpful. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They do great work. I got rear ended. They replaced my bumper with an original manufacturer one and painted it. Looks brand new. I was happy when the other guy's insurance listed Beckstrom as one of the repair shops. I won't take my vehicle(s) anywhere else. Amazing customer service and repair work!

Super customer friendly, always welcoming, kind, and understanding. Coordinated with the insurance for billing and to set up my rental car approval. Day of, they made sure I had a ride - if not they would call one. The popcorn and coffee in their waiting room is delish. They replaced two side doors and painted them, looked super nice. Was a bit dusty when I got my car back, but nothing a carwash vacuum couldn't fix in a jiffy. A few weeks after I got my car back I took it in out of the blue to get the lock fixed on the door they replaced, they immediately fixed it. Super happy with my family friendly customer service. it s a little off how people take cars in this place and it takes 4-6 weeks for cars to even come out for the smallest things. how it should take no longer then a week to fix after parts have been shipped in normally. i wouldn t doubt their joy-riding these people cars. not just that there s other factors too, their very disrespectful to their people

I went to Beckstrom's because they were on farm bureaus list of preferred shops, and they were able to get me in for an estimate way before other places I called. The pricing was fair, staff was friendly, and communication was excellent. They also did a great job. They fixed & painted my front bumper after my car was backed in to. It took a bit longer than I expected, but once I saw the finished product I was very satisfied. I appreciate the regular updates on the service they are performing, and staying on schedule. Beckstrom Body shop will be my go to for any of my vehicles body repair needs from now on. I would recommend to anyone needing bodywork on his or her vehicle to use the BEST shop in the Ogden area BECKSTROM BODY SHOP.I was backing out of my garage early one morning when my garage door opener failed, dropped the garage door on the roof of the truck. It was quite the wake up call at 4:00 am, on a morning when the temperature was below zero and cold did not describe how hot I was at that moment. I had damage to the roof of the cab and down the passenger side of the cab. I had used an auto body repair shop in the area once before. When a deer jumped on the hood of my parked car while at an Ogden area golf course. It was one of the WORST experiences, I have ever had. The clear coat peeled off within months and the paint bubbled. The shop would not honor the work. Leaving me no choice but to pay once again to have the car repainted. I contacted my agent to be told take it to Beckstrom Body Shop. I just held my breath the whole time they had my truck. When I picked up the truck from them. All I can say is WOW . My truck looked PERFECT! I could not tell the truck had any work done. The paint matched PERFECTLY as well which had been a big concern to me. They let me know if I had any problems with their work holding up as long as I owned the truck they would stand behind it. Knowing they had been in business for a number of years. That was a big comfort to me. You need look no further than Beckstrom Body Shop for ALL your vehicles body repairs needs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

UPDATE: I picked my car up from this location not even 5 months ago and my bumper is already coming off. The people that work here are clearly incompetent. Don't bring your car here!I brought my car into the Beckstrom location off of 19th St in Ogden and the experience was a very difficult one. My car was brought in on January 5, 2023 for some paint work and very little body work. A lot of parts needed to be removed and painted so you would expect for it to take some time but I was finally able to pick my car up April 26 after nearly 5 months only because I really pushed the agenda. They did not clean the car when they were finished and they did get some paint on my windows as well. They told me multiple times they were having issues with their vendor sending them faulty parts, so week after week they were being very inconsistent with their communication and it took them several weeks to give detailed information as to what was going on. Overall the people were pretty kind and it seemed professional but I wouldn't recommend only because of how long it took them, the lack of information, the paint being on the window and obvious issues with their current vendor.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Can't recommend this body shop enough. Thw front office was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. I was kept up to date twice a week as promised and any questions I text them were answered promptly. The work itself is great, the car looks brand new , everything is lined up and the paint job was superbly done. Go here to get your car fixed .

Had to get a dent fixed because of car accident, I was worried that they would be able to get the curvature of the door to match up perfectly again because of the location of the dent. Not only did it match up perfectly, everything looks so good I wanna take the car back to get all the scratches and dings fixed.UPDATE:had to get another vehicle repaired, went in for estimates and they were pretty quick, about 30 minutes total and I had an estimate for insurance. Strongly recommend Beckstrom auto body, they are very courteous, helpful and dependable.
