Nate is the sole reason I go out of my way to this location. Since day 1 he s always been soo positive, upbeat, and willing to to above and beyond service expectations! Man definitely deserves a raise!

Great service but the part was faulty I recommend always checking parts before u purchase. I also recommend to verify the parts or kits have everything. Autozone is my preferred auto parts store

Had bought a battery from a AutoZone in nampa Idaho about a a year and a half ago my car wouldn t start one day. Good thing I didn t have to go to work took it out took my other vehicle there within five minutes. They were able to tell me that the battery was bad. I had to use my dad s account with in 20 minute of me walking in they had my battery diagnosed as bad and had me out the door with a new one I lv this parts store

Nate Montoya went above and beyond when helping me. He pulled my part and had it waiting for me before I got there. He also helped me find everything else I needed by actually showing me or grabbing it for me. I've never been in and out so fast! It's rare to receive such exceptional service anywhere.

Usually they have the parts I need to work on my vehicles for a decent price. Plus their online app can also give you hints to find where a part is on your car or truck.

Super friendly staff. Helped me through a small troubleshooting process with my check engine light. Cleaned my mass air flow sensor and haven't had any problems for a month now. Right ON! Ty

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The employees are always pleasant, store looks good, easily accessible, and the employees all seem to be in sync.

I had coolant leaking from a cracked hose. No idea why or what to do, Nate found a hose an clamp that would fit and fixed the leak. Not only does coolant not leak my a/c works far better then it did. Thanks Nate for thinking out of box to help fix my 05 suburban. Great customer service

I don't know if I think this is the best autozone that we got in town. Everybody's nice You can go in there for difficult things with simple things. And they're not gonna really drag you around. Super friendly

These guys were fantastic. My check engine light was on. I am NO mechanic. They told me what was wrong, gave me the best price for the part, AND recommended a awesome mechanic who got me in that day. Awesome guys!

Great Service! My windshield wiper broke during the snow storm. I was hoping that luckily it could snap back in place, so I decided to go in and ask. Unfortunately, it was broken, I was out of cash. Easton the employee purchased one for me from his own pocket not only that he put it on for me. I will be back to repay and I need the amount of cost. Thank you Easton!

I just wanted to say that the manager in training dog was the best customer experience I ve had in my life. Little guy came and greeted me when I walked in, and waited by the exit to say goodbye on my way out. The actual employee was great too, but I would give this store 20 stars alone just for the dog. Thanks for making my day!

The surrounding area is a little older and looks more like the blue collar and lower working class live & work in these homes & businesses which appear to be in fair to good condition. The store was clean & staff was friendly & attentive. My husband was inside looking around for a bit while i talked with the cashier. During the short time he looked around he said one of the guys stocking the floor kept coming up to him asking him if he needed help, even though he'd explained that he was just looking while waiting for me. Still this guy kept asking my hubby if he needed help. Either he has no short term memory or he's a poor judge of character and thought my hubby was going to steal?!?! Anyway, we had our battery tested & needed a replacement. We were still under warranty so we received our replacement battery at no cost! I did question if this guy knew how to switch out the battery. Aside from wondering if it is fully secured and tightened back in place (I'm checking/fixing it when I get home to be sure ) all went smoothly, especially dealing with the heat too!

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received this weekend. The parts manager (I think his name was Scott) was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a check engine light pop up this morning and was able to get it tested and was able to get the part and some piece of mind. All in about 5 minutes.

They're understaffed, that or constantly busy-- either way the end result is the same-- long waits. I have mixed results with the staff-- a few are just a tad on the patronizing side and some are just very business-only. Either way, the customer service is very average-bordering-on-meh.There's a decent amount of blue lives matter merch hanging out throughout the store though, and for me *that* is the straw that breaks the camel's back. I'll go somewhere else. O'Reilley is literally next door, has comparable pricing and nicer staff.

I have been working with Andy the Store Manager to restore a 79 Chevy 4x4 and He has been nothing but Amazing. As a Veteran I have Never been treated so Respectfully. I stopped by this location today to get a license plate light and was hoping they could show me how to change it. They happened to be short staffed and still took the time to do that for me. Very good customer service.

Went in on thanksgiving, so happy they were open only to get the wrong part! Went back the next day. Just happened to be in line with two other people returning the wrong part from previous day. The store didn't carry any of our 4wd parts we needed. We all were over at O'Reilly autoparts just on the other side of the parking lot soon, and all three of us found the right parts for our vehicles. This is not the first time this has happened here at this store. I won't be coming back to this location. Too many other stores in the area respect my time and money!

I bought a part from this store, I got it all installed but didn't have the socket I needed to torque it down. Instead of just letting me use the set they rent out anyway, they wanted to charge me to use the darn thing. I literally needed it for 5 minutes tops, in their parking lot, and they still would not let me use it. I won't buy parts from here any more.

First they seem to be a little slow when they're helping people just trying to make sure that they get everybody's Parts correct. They've always seem to be able to have the parts that I needed or are able to get them the next day. They've always price match to everybody. So I don't feel that you can get any better service then what they provide.

We went in looking for seat covers & found lots more! Lots of phone accessories & many more things a girl & her car cant live without. Sales people were very helpful & it was a very pleasant experience!

I was impressed with AutoZone I've shopped there more than checker but I went to check her a few days earlier and I asked him after it was wrong up I'm $37 with an antifreeze and cuz my van was having some problems and I said Diego veterans discount they said yes I didn't know they did sending order and they could have rerang it you know we rang the ticket or saved me dollars and some cents they didn't even try so I was a little bit upset about that it really inside it would have been that top they just could avoided that sale and just rerang it and put the discount in there this next time anyway but Checker is always I know I can go there and I I know I can feel comfortable and that's a big thing when you feel comfortable with the employees is that you they really do care I don't want to say they want to check or don't but overall I think AutoZone has a over them you know anyway great place it doesn't matter which AutoZone I've ever been to there there just just good help
