These guys have been so much better to work with than their greedy competitor. Fair prices and kind people. I just signed up for a corporate account and they are helping me at both locations with zero issues. Highly recommend. Celandrea in Ogden is amazing!

Horrible experience, wish I could give zero stars! Did they do anything right? You tell me...I have a warranty claim open with my insurance. They are assigning me to another shop to correct the issues and DAMAGE caused by Auto Glass Now. First off, my appointment was on Wednesday, so I dropped off my car and would return later to pick up. They said they closed at 6p. They called me later in the day and said the glass broke and they needed to keep my car overnight and will replace in the morning when the new glass arrives. Not a big deal, but I told them I had a box I needed to get out of my car. I arrived back around 450p and the shop was closed!! The next day I got a call to pick up my car, so I got the keys and left. When I got home is when I realized there were a few pieces of glass in my car and on the seat. Then I noticed they did not install the rubber seal on the outside sides of the windshield. On the inside, they cut the fabric in several places, on the pillars and the roof. There is a chip on the bottom of the new glass they just installed, which will eventually spider crack if I don't get it fixed. They also got the urethane sealant on the fabric in the corner. I will never go back to this place and I would recommend you don't either. I hope this new place can correct this damage and back charge Auto Glass Now.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Don't waste your money going any where but here. My window costed me $150 less then anywhere else I called for a quote. They brought an issue to my attention that when the window was replace prior , that the place that did it didn't do it right. They were up front saying they might not be able to do it , with out damaging the side rails, but said there techs were the best and should get it. They were able to get it. The manager of the store was awesome, she interacted with me the whole time. They got me In and out in less then an hour. Wish they had more advertisement, cause people need to know about this place. I hope I don't need to replace a windshield anytime soon, but if i do , there getting my business.

I had the best experience with replacing my car window at auto glass now.Such a friendly efficient office manager who went above and beyond to help me in so many ways. The technician was amazing and so efficient too and ended even fixing my door window motor where glass had got stuck in it. Saved me a lot of money.I couldn t be happier with my experience and will highly recommend this company to others.Service: Auto side window replacement

They were great. I called on Saturday morning after another place had issues that prevented them from replacing my windshield for the second time. I was able to get in Monday morning before I went out of town for a week. Then, when they had the wrong windshield shipped, they installed the one that came in and scheduled me to get the correct one installed after I got back in town. Both times they were done in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

They were able to get me in and taken care of quicker than any other company and about $200 less! The staff greeted me upon arrival. At my initial appointment, they did have an issue with a piece of equipment, but the staff was very apologetic, and my rescheduled appointment was still faster than other companies.I would recommend them to others.Service: Installation

Amazing experience with the whole team here.It took me 4 minutes on the phone with them to have a window shipped and ready to be installed and an appointment set.They did an awesome job and answered my questions without making me feel a little stupid.My appointment took no time at all.I will be using them for rock chips or anything else that comes up in the future.

I made an appointment to replace my glass and I talked to my boss and asked for permission for that day just to replace my glass, but he called me only 30 minutes before the appointment and told me that they couldn't do it right now and told me to come tomorrow, then I called my boss and got permission for tomorrow. The worst part is coming now. They sent me a message and said that you should come 4 days later, so in the end, I took 2 days off and wasted my time, these people do business according to their pleasure, far from professionalism.

I would not recommend Auto Glass Now in ogden. They do not appear to be well organized. I brought my car in to have a windshield replaced. I scheduled a day and time. After arriving 30 min prior to my appointment, they informed me they had ordered the incorrect windshield. My appointment was at 9 am the car was completed the following day at 3:00 pm. As you might imagine this was a huge inconvenience. They gave me a 50 dollar discount and made sure to tell me if they had damaged my camera system, I would have to go to the dealer to have it fixed and this was outside of their warranty. Luckily the tech had just bumped the button and my adaptive cruse still works. I hope it doesn t leak as I would never bring my vehicle back to this location. Also, they do not accept AMEX ..The manager also mentioned these things happen often . They have never happened to me prior and since I will never be returning I think they will never happen again. Do not use them if 2 days of your time is worth more then 50 dollars.

This team delivered awesome service at a great price. While shopping online for a windshield chip repair, I was stunned by the prices that were coming up. Inflation can't explain these quotes; it's just old fashioned gouging. My husband remembered this shop and I called them. They were able to get me in right away at a very reasonable price. Auto Glass Now is my new go-to for windshield chips.

I called these guys a over a week ago made an appointment for Monday. Then I forgot about it. My bad. No reminder call or call to reschedule. I called Monday left a message saying I missed it call me back. No call back. I go in Tuesday to reshedule. For Thursday they call me Wednesday to say they won't have the windshield until next week. Keep in mind they ordered it the week before. Even when I went in they said they were checking to make sure they had it in before setting my next appoinment. So should they have called me before my Monday appointment because they must not have had it even then . I went somewhere else.

Way more reasonable price than a lot of places in the area. The employees are very kind and informative, said it would be an hour but they got me out in 45 minutes. Great place!

Came in to get a windshield replaced. The price was ok considering. However, when I drove across town after getting it replaced, it turns out they put my windshield wipers on wrong, so I could not even use them. This may have been less of a problem but it happened during a huge rainstorm. When I asked if they could fix it they said their guy was already gone for the day and the technician didn't know how to do it?So, I had to drive home in a dangerous rainstorm with no wipers and then fixed the wiper blades myself. You'd think that at least testing the wipers would be a part of their service but it obviously was not. I will not be going back here again.Oh, almost forgot, they also left broken glass and pieces of gasket in my car
