Worst craftsmanship I ve ever seen out of a dealership. So bad I got rid of the vehicle just to cut ties with it. And on top of that they had is for 2 months to complete repairs bid for 55 hrs.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was devastated when my F350 was in an accident. It belonged to my late father and means a lot to me. Not only did they understand it wasn't just a truck to me they ensured my insurance company paid for new parts vs the used parts that my insurance wanted. The work was so good I cried when I saw it. Dan was exceptional to work with. I can't recommend this place enough.

Incredible service and immaculate repairs done to my Audi A4. I had hoped when bringing my car in to them that they were able to perform the job and do the repairs well, and I have to say they absolutely surpassed my expectations. You would think that it would be difficult to get a hold of the shop however every time I called, Ashley was so professional and attentive. Such a pain free experience. I had a small issue with my bumper that required a new pin and they came out and fixed it for me on the spot. So very friendly and helpful. I'll be using them in the future if needed.

I had a truck back up into my new 2020 Camry and had around 4k damage to the rear. Paul was really nice and took care of the car. I picked it up 3 weeks later. I wished I looked at it more carefully when I left. Now every time I wash my car I can see the missing paint around the back door and other scratches that were not there before. They did a good job overall but me being picky just because it was 5 months old. It was also dirty inside and out when I picked it up.

I chose to take my car here after a small accident. Dan and his team made my car look brand new even though it's an 8 year old car. He was with me every step of the way. My car is better than before. 100/10 will come again and absolutely recommend. Thanks Dan!!!

It was a good experience for the most part. The trouble came when I got the call the day I was supposed to pick it up and they told me they needed it for four more days. But couldn't tell me why. So I had to extend my rental car and after doing so, got a call the next morning stating my vehicle is done. I was happy it was done early. However, I still don't understand what happened in the process to go from needing four more days to it being ready the next day. The workmanship was good however. I am happy with the result.

DO NOT BRING YOU RE VEHICLE HERE!They have had my vehicle for 7 weeks now. I took my car in for a bumper replacement on my truck. Initially they told me a week then I was suppose to pick it up on 4/6/23 well here we are it s 4/19/23. I talked to someone on Mon. 4/10/23 and they told me it would be done on Thurs the 14th that everything was done and just waiting on 1 part. Forward to today I called them because they are not giving me updates until I call them. They are saying it s gonna be another 4 weeks I am a single mom with 3 kids and I ve been without my personnel vehicle this whole time. They are now telling me they had to repaint my whole truck and replacing the whole body frame. There was no damage to any of the body of my truck just the bumper. At this point I feel like they are taking advantage of me because I am a female and just trying to make money off me. I took my truck in for a bumper and pretty much am getting an entire new truck and months without my vehicle and no end in sight when I ll be even getting it back. Very bad experience

Don t take your car here unless you don t plan on driving it for a month. Got a dent in my door, brought it in, and they said it would be a four day job. After waiting two weeks for parts I brought my car in. Fast forward a month later, after countless phone calls, waiting more time for parts, and no rental car then I still didn t have my car. Didn t get my car till March brought it in January. While the front desk were courteous, I will never take my car here again.

I took my car in to get some repairs done, with the help of the amazing receptionist Maria!. Her work ethic and integrity to get me the fast solution possible is the best customer service I ve experienced. She answered every question I had and even if she didn t know the answer to one she would call me later through out the day to have the answer I was seeking for. If I could give a 10/10 star review I would! Definitely recommend this place.

Oh man, it s been the worst experience of my life trying to get my car out of here after 3 weeks!! HOW DO YOU LOSE A PART YOU ORDERED TO THE SHOP & provide nothing but your sincerest apologies.. Been in my rental for a full month now for what was supposed to be 2 weeks if that!? Half a star if I could rate this area. Honestly no assistance given if it inconveniences both parties while I m given an excuse about how much I m paying for my car to be fixed. It was just a GRILL MAN. I could be driving my car right now waiting for this part to come in. Ridiculous.

When my car was dropped off I inquired about a loaner vehicle but was told no such program existed at this shop. Several weeks later the weather got cold and my car still wasn t done, so I called to ask for an update and the Mach told me they could have a loaner available for me the next day. So why was I lied to when I asked about it the first time? The car was returned to me completely filthy inside and out. I had to have a professional detailer come out just to return the car to the condition it was in when I dropped it off. I explained all this in a survey where they said they d contact me about making it right after. A month later and they haven t made any attempt to reach out. Don t take your car here. They took so long fixing my car that my rental car benefits ran out. I kept hearing a noise but they brushed me off. A year later the noise has gotten worse so I take it somewhere else. They installed the brakes wrong which ended up destroying the brake pads and rotors. The other place also mentioned how the tires that they replaced were super worn compared to the rest. The ease of then working directly with my insurance was not worth this hassle.

Used the rental from my insurance while they did nothing to my car for two weeks. Management said my car "fell through the cracks." They claimed they got all the parts in then gave me a free rental while they worked on it then stated they still didn't have all the parts. Will update rating after I get my vehicle back.Update: Finally got my car back. It took them 4 months total to fix it. Car looks fine now but not worth the wait and headache.

Had my Ford Explorer towed in after having an accident and worked with Maria and she was so incredibly helpful, sadly my car ended up heing totaled but working with Maria and the shop made things a lot less stressful!

Great experience. I have been taking my cars here for years and would not take them anywhere else! Mike and Paul are always professional, pay attention to detail (they both will tell you I am not the easiest to satisfy), and always make it right at the end of the day. I always have piece of mind in working with Young knowing that if there is a problem they will stand behind their work and make it right. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! Mike and his crew made my experience extremely quick and painless. My car was in their possession getting fixed for only a day and a half then they delivered to my home. Thank you again Young Chevrolet body shop for making an unfortunate situation a lot easier. 10 star service! Would definitely recommend to others.

Came in to get an estimate done for some damage to my car and the guy was super nice and seemed to go above and beyond checking out the underside of the car and taking all the photos. Said he would get the repoet done and sent out by the next Tuesday. By the following Friday, I called back and he said that the report still wasn't done and took my number and said he would let me know. I know everyone is short handed and wasn't upset about the extra time it was taking but that was 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything. I live out of state and knew it was going to be a good bit of work and time to get it fixed but did not expect to be this far out and still be waiting for an estimate.

My truck was in an auto accident and was taken to them to be repaired. Although it took a little longer than expected when I went to pick it up there was some flaws and issues that needed to be addressed Paul one of the adjusters that worked there come out and let me ramp and rave and I have to say that I was pretty angry at the time he stayed very professional wrote down everything that I had requested and seen and had it taken care of by that following Friday. Thank you Paul for your professionalism and listening to what your customers have to say and addressing those issues.Service: Body & Trim

The perfect body shop! I can't thank these guys enough. The customer service was amazing and their consistent communication made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job and I'm very happy with their work. I asked for Paul and he's one of the nicest guys in Utah and probably the U.S. and of course at Young Chevrolet Body repair. Their prices are very competitive and they offer military discounts.

I've only been here once, and honestly it was because I was taking my aunt to get her car fixed. So I can't really give a review on the service done, but from what I observed the mechanics were really nice and good to work with. We didn't have an appointment but they were happy to work us in for an oil change. They were extremely fast and we didn't have to wait long at all!

I called one day after I had been in an accident, spoke with Sharlene, she was wonderful at answering all my questions and concerns, walked me through the process, helped me get what I needed to get done to get the ball rolling with my vehicle. Super impressed with the customer service, level of professionalism, quality of work, and attention to detail paid to my car after my accident. I got my car back and you can't even tell it was in an accident, thats how good their work is here! I am very happy with this body shop and glad I had my insurance refer them to me, thank you so much Young's body shop you guys are the best!
