I was very impressed with Take 5. From speaking to the manager on the phone until my first visit. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They explained every step of what they were doing, what was low, what needed to be changed or what could wait until next time. I particular love their policy of being able to come in and having my fluids topped off. This place is great and the staff is absolutely phenomenal!! Thank you guys for a fantastic job!

If I could give them 0 starts I would! I paid for the top notch oil change ($135) and about 30 minutes after I left, my check engine light came on and my car was overheating. We called and told Take 5 what was going on and they said it wasn t their issue. I never had a problem with my car before taking it here. It has been overheating to the point I couldn t drive it anymore and today we figured out why this wasn t connected! Thanks take 5!

Very best service around! Damien and his crew were so detailed he explained everything to me he went step by step to ensure his team didn t miss anything! This was my first time working with them. I definitely recommend them and will be a continued customer. They also give you free water while you wait in your car! Love love this !!!

Incredible service! I previously got the oil changed in my van here and was visiting again to get the emissions test done. During the testing the technician checked the fluids (a courtesy for repeat customers) and weirdly enough, the oil dipstick handle broke as the technician was trying to pull it out.I'd never seen that happen before! It's an older van and the handle was plastic so... these things can happen.The technician immediately told me what happened and the manager immediately ordered a new dipstick and replaced it for FREE!The team worked diligently to remove the old broken dipstick.I'm so happy that they were so upfront and real about it. "Hey. So here's what happened... we're going to take care of you..."They handled it so well. Very professional. Very courteous.I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on!

I had a great experience working with these guys over the weekend. Overall, it was more expensive then some of their competitors; however, we were in and out of there and they were extremely friendly. They offer coupons and with those I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Went in to claim my top off option. Got right in to a service bay. The tech input my mileage and informed me that I should just have a top off and once over and I agreed. Explained that I had a kind of dirty filter at oil change time, but they were out of stock of my size at the time; so I would like to change the filter. This conversation was going on as the service tech was bringing me the dirty old filter. They changed it out. Checked my tire air pressure and I was off. Wasn't pressed to buy unneeded services. I really like Take 5. They are great folks.

Great experience getting an emissions and registration renewal. Staff was professional and service was quick and well communicated. They aired up my tires and filled my washer fluid for free which saved me a little time before a road trip. I change my own oil, but if I was ever in a pinch, I would bring my car here. The staff was young but it was clear they have been trained well. Much more professional than other quick service places I've been to.

Best lube shop in Davis County. Quick ten min oil change tops. Staff was response and helpful too, highly recommend to anyone needing oil change. Very reasonably priced

I decided to take my wife's Durango in to have the oil changed and to my surprise there was no waiting to get in. I entered the bay and they immediately went to work getting the information and then I saw the prices. No wonder there was no waiting. The prices are so high I could have changed it twice on my own for the amount they are asking. Needless to say that will be my one and only trip there. Service was good but they need to adjust their prices a little bit in my opinion

All the service technicians here are super friendly and attentive. They are very thorough about their process. They keep me informed on everything they do and the overall service is very fast. It s very convenient to not have to make an appointment to have my oil change done. By far the best place to get your oil change.

Outstanding customer service!!! Everyone is very personable, kind, and very funny. They kept me involved with every step of the process. Manager was out working along side of his crew and I felt that was commendable. I would recommend Take 5 to anyone and everyone!

Went in for an Antifreeze Top Off. Fast Friendly Employees checked all fluids and tire air pressure. Noticed I was 2 quarts of oil low and filled up the oil at no charge. I take all my vehicles in for oil changes and haven't had any negative issues. Always professional friendly and knowledgeable.

Great Service when I went in to get my oil change and also change my windshield wipers. The staff was very friendly and attentive during my visit which is one of the reasons why I comeback here. Also they gave me a free oil change on one of my visit which I thought was pretty dope.

I desperately needed an oil change without waiting 3 hours. This place was great. Young man greeted me with a smile and a water bottle. They have 3 ports for your specific needs. They were thorough and honest about what I needed. Gave me information about the perks of being a customer(checking tires, checking all liquid levels, etc). Didn t try to cheat me out of something I didn t need which was great and a huge deal for me. Damien was awesome! Pricing is decent. Altogether I was in and out of there about 26 mins.

Service was okay. They got you in fast. I had a coupon for 25 % off and come to check out they did not added the air filter to the bill with the coupon. so I have to run the card 2 times and got told they can't used the coupon again. So I ended up paying almost the full bill even with the coupon. Got half way down the road and my oil light was on stop to look and they did not put the oil cap on tight. Because of this I Had to take my car to the car wash to remove the oil all over the engine .

This place was amazing. I needed an oil change and just didn't have a lot of time. I decided to try out the new Take 5 shop in Layton, and I am definitely going to be a regular customer. I was greeted the minute I pulled in the parking lot. Pulled right in and was greeted with friendly employees who explained the whole process. They were knowledgeable and explained everything. And just when I didn't think my experience couldn't get any better, they offered to do my emissions and on the spot registration! I got everything I needed done in one stop. Every employee working that evening made sure to greet me with a smile and said hello. This place is great! I can't recommend it enough!

I pulled up and they got me right in without a wait or appointment. They even gave me a bottle of water and I just stayed in my car while they quickly got my car done. The pricing was fair and they even checked out a problem I was having with my car that I've been worried about. I would recommend these young men to any and everyone.

I had no issue at all. Pulled in, and they told me I wasn t due for an oil change yet, but they would top me off and make sure I was good to go. Great service. And friendly as anything! I am going back!

Very professional service. They explained all the steps, showed me my filters, the dipstick, and treated me with hospitality. The bottle of water was very thoughtful. After my service, the manager asked how my experience was.

Great place, friendly staff and excellent service. They obviously upsold me on things like wipers and cabin air filter but they both needed to be replaced anyway and it wasnt an outrageous price increase for either basically being just the cost of the part. Did a small inspection of stuff they saw and got me a clearer picture of my car s condition. They may not be as fast as how the ads say but it was nothing compared to other shops like 30 minutes max being there. Gave me free complimentary water and made sure I was ok with everything they were doing. Would definitely come again for my next oil change!

I've always had a good experience with these guys, took two vehicles in for emissions and was in and out in a timely manner. Personnel is respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I used to go to the South Weber location but when I heard the Layton one is open, it was even better and closer to home. Highly recommend them for emissions.

Everyone was super nice! The location was very busy and I was told they were short staffed and that my wait would be longer than expected. I hope they can get some more rockstar employees soon and be able to have a quicker turn around. Great job everyone and keep up the positive environment.

I went in for an oil change and it turns out I had a corroded part for a coolant hose. The young lady that was taking my oil filter off hit the part and it sprayed coolant on her face. I felt horrible. I wish I would have done more routine maintenance on my car and I could have prevented it from happening. They reassured me that it wasn t my fault. They communicated with me the entire time I was there they replaced the part out of pocket, and they gave me the oil change for free. This location went above and beyond for me and I don t even feel like I deserved it. Thank you guys so much!

Quick oil change! Great service as I drove from out of town and desperately needed to get my oil changed before driving 900 miles back home. They happy got me taken care of on a Saturday at 4pm.

This location is AMAZING!So you drive up and they immediately hand you a cold water bottle while directly you through driving into the garage. Then they talk with you and really listen to what you need. Then they give it to you!I needed an emissions test and on-the-spot renewal. They did both of those perfectly. They also topped off my windshield wiper fluid, and checked my engine air filter. Mine was super clean which they told me (Id replaced it a week before). They double checked I needed need any thing, offered me another water to go and off I went!Also, shout out to Damien for being super awesome!

Had my oil changed the other day at Take 5 in Layton! It was super fast, shortest amount of time I ve ever spent getting my oil changed. The crew was super help and efficient! Meriah and Damien were very friendly, explained everything, and knew what they were doing. Definitely will return again for my next oil change!
