Maybe your experience here will be better than mine.Sadly, I came here with such high expectations. It s my first time getting a windshield replaced.I came here because of these good reviews and 4.9 stars. They do have a nice waiting area. They are able to get you schedule fast.Nothing else was wrong with my vehicle other than the windshield needed to be replaced.This is a vehicle I drive all the time with my son.First visit - 8:15-9:15 they didn t finish till 9:45 my fault for not checking and making sure everything was good.(Reason for my second visit).Second visit - Came back due to some concerns about the rubber (not a seal from what I was told) around the windshield that was not installed properly. The guy tried to pushed it back in with the pokers but it didn t work. He said it should be fine because it s just cosmetics. But I was still having concerns with it. He offered to redo the installing to fix it the rubber popping out. Which means they have to take the windshield out and fix it and I said Yes. I got my appointment schedule the next day. After that interaction with the guy it made me feel such an inconvenience.Third visit - appointment was schedule 2:45-430Got my vehicle back in 3:45. Noticed a dot scratched on the windshield and was told that it is a surface scratched and there s nothing they can do about it.(that wasn t there before this second visit)My car is not perfect but I know there was no paint scratched above the left windshield before it was replaced. Also, the inside on my driver side door had some paint scratched and the seal for my door.I haven t taking it to the carwash yet. I just hope there will be anymore problems.Is that normally what happens after the windshield replacement or is because I was such an inconvenience for them to re-install the windshield to fix that cosmetics rubber .

Great service! First they were half the cost of techniglass and other big chains. Nice waiting room if you are waiting for your new glass and not dropping off. They completed the replacement under the time quoted and did an amazing job with the install! My new go to for auto glass

I'm beyond grateful for this glass company! Brady who did my install in Ogden was so very helpful! Brooke, a receptionist at the Layton location who helped coordinate things along with Kailie, and Jordan at their Ogden were all so helpful. I had a windshield that needed replacing, and originally had another company install one. The other company had issues and their windshield broke during install. When I called the wonderful people at Precision Auto the next day, they were able to fit me in that same day. Brooke went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Wonderful customer care and service!

Awesome company!!! They were easy to work with and made sure that my truck was taken care of. I was worried about my clearance lights leaking and Precisions Technician Brandon preformed several tests and confirmed only one of my lights could leaking. However found a gap in the previous install windshield. I was shown the findings in person. They replaced the windshield promptly and made sure my truck was clean. Best company I will use them in the future for all my auto glass needs!!!

I've used Precision Auto Glass (Layton) for 2 rock chip repairs and a full windshield replacement. All visits have been quick and without issue. Got a follow up from Ciarra a day or two after my windshield replacement to make sure everything was still good. Will keep coming back in the future.

Great customer care and a quality installation! In setting up the install, Olivia was a pleasure to talk to and Nate really takes pride in doing quality workmanship. I've used Precision Auto Glass several times in the past and they have always provided great service and price.

Great experience! They were able to replace the windshield on my Honda Odyssey and recalibrate the computer. Efficient service! Sam was so great! She helped work with my insurance on the fly. She was really knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated her willingness to help me out last minute!

Precision Auto Glass did great work for me. I was able to text with Kailie about trying to find the right windshield and setting up an appointment that would fit my schedule. She was great in helping me with the whole process. If I have windshield problems again I ll go back to Precision.

I needed my car windshield replaced and I was shopping around with different services. PAG popped up and I sent in an email for a free quote. They got back to me in less than 24 hours with a quote and time for service. Almost $200 less than other "big name" glass businesses. I was in and out in just over an hour. No issues. If I need the service again, I will be using them.

I filled out an online request for quote. This was quickly followed up with a friendly phone call. On the day of the appointment they were ready for me and quickly installed the new windshield. They also were very helpful in working with my insurance. The technician did a thorough inspection of the new windshield before installing it and noticed a very small flaw. They offered to wave a portion of my deductible. Very happy with the results.

Good Follow-Up (Ciarra), gave a fair price compared to two other glass companies that I got quotes from (lowest bid), and I elected for the mobile service (extra $25). Looks great. Thanks.

Such a great experience, not only did we get the best deal we could find with precision, they also did a fantastic job! They cleaned after themselves, leaving no trace that they had even been in the car, and also topped off the air in the tires! I will be using precision for all of my auto glass needs, thanks!!

I had a couple rock chips on my windshield and these guys got me in and out in less than a hour. I can barely see where the rock chips use to be! They also quoted me noticeably less than another professional windshield repair place in the area. I'd recommend anyone to at least stop in and get a quote.

I had been driving around with a super cracked up windshield for an embarrassingly long time. They made it so easy to schedule, charged a more than fair price, and did it so quickly I just had a trip to Sam's Club for some shopping before it was ready for me to pick up. I've had four windshields replaced so far in 2023 on four different cars in case you're wondering. I've only had one done at precision Glass and it has turned out to be the best one I've had. What I really enjoy is the fact that they fix rock chips for free if it's their windshield. Plus they're a lot more personable than the other places I've gone to and I highly recommend them for their service for their friendliness and their quality as experienced by myself.

Amazing customer service! They care about their customers and make sure that they have everything that they need. This company does their best to make the experience convenient and uncomplicated. I would recommend this company to any friend. They also offered refreshments and movies in their waiting area which was a nice surprise. Again, wonderful experience.

I when through a national competitor whom I have used most of my life. They quoted me 249 dollars for a chip repair. I cancelled my appointment, and called precision glass. They charged me 45 good bye safelite, hello precision.

Had a great experience at this location to have my windshield replaced. Cost me several hundred less than what my insurance wanted to charge. Their customer service is friendly and professional, and my vehicle was taken care of quickly. An added bonus, their waiting room is clean and comfortable and allowed me to get some work done while I waited.

Precision Auto Glass provided a really great experience from the receptionist to Nate who came out and replaced my drivers side window and fixed a few rock chips in my front window. The fact they came to me to the best price in town fixed s few chips other places were not even willing to try working with Precision Auto Glass was a wonderful experience.Fast, reasonable price, super wonderful employees and an overall great experience. Give them a try ask for Nate you will not regret it .Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto power window repair, Installation, Auto side window replacement

Got my passenger window replaced in Aug 2023, paid in cash, a month later I started getting calls/texts saying they never received payment. Showed them my receipt then they suddenly said they just needed to verify what I paid with, when clearly my receipt stated Cash customer . Felt very unprofessional and scammy to me.

Love this place! They have replaced 2 of my windshields. Fairly quick service. Nice people and loyalty rewards and discounts for returning customers. I m told they are opening a new place in Ogden soon.

Well, they did break my antenna and my plastic liner. But they paid to repair what they damaged during my 90-minute front wind shield replacement. So, they had the honor to do the right thing. But also, I didn't like having to come back twice to repair what they did. So I'll go a 3/5
