Ibrahim was the most amazing car salesman I have even experienced! He listened to what I wanted/needed and only showed me what fit those needs. I recently visited the dealership for a test drive, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I met Dea to test drive the Audi Q4 and explore the option of trading in my current car, the experience was exceptional. Upon returning to the office, the team diligently discussed prices, presenting me with every possible option to help achieve my goals. What truly stood out was the absence of any pressure; instead, they treated me with genuine kindness and respect throughout. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this dealership is I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stop by, even if just for a test drive.

We are from Idaho, and brought our Audi Q8 the dealership for some repairs. They had to order parts from Germany and our car was there for an extended period of time. Every step of the way the person working with us kept us informed, and was respectful and knowledgeable. He also set us up with a loaner car when we found out how long the repairs were going to take. We have never had a better experience with a car dealership. They were fantastic!

Best experience with a dealership ever! My son was about to make a cross country drive to report for military duty. His car needed many unexpected repairs and no time to order parts. I asked for a salesperson to consider buying a new or used car. Everyone in the dealership was so kind and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Dan Fosmark (sales) was so patient and showed us cars for 2 days before we chose one. Very good people. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy there again.

ive been a long customer of the young group. my experience buying this used q7 has been a nightmare. they dont seem to care after you buy. they promised me my finance doc's would be emailed. took my down payment and didnt apply it to the loan. still haven't seen them 2 months later. wont help me with getting a second key. not even a discount. told me to pound sand. will not buy from the yound group again. note: i was planning on buying a couple fleet vehicles for my business. guess not now.

Garth in the Audi Service department was amazing yet again. This time we had a headlight caution notice. Turns out there was a headlight fan issue. Garth determined it was from the repair work from a body shop after we had struck a deer. Garth took it upon himself to contact the body shop who fixed the issue at no cost to me. Garth s proactiveness saved me over $1000. We love our Audi and Audi service! Thank you Garth

Horrible in store visit experience. Super short staffed and have to ring a bell and wait 5-10 minutes to be seen (I m the only one there). No complimentary food and drink, it s $3.50 for some instant drip coffee!! Insane, but I finally get helped. There only have one of the two parts I need and would not give me a part number for the one out of stock. I will avoid doing business here at all costs.

Best Audi Dealership in Utah! I'll skip right past the Lehi Dealership because of the insane scheduling and rediculous pricing and drive the extra hour to Layton to get treated right, everytime. They are always so accommodating here and easy to get scheduled for service, they go the extra mile for you and I love that

I had to finance my repairs and they told me they could only finance me for 3,000 without checking my credit then after I financed that they said I had to pay an additional 5k to get my car.

Scheduled a lube and oil service online. Dropped car off and asked them to look at the brake sensors. Let them know that the rotors and brakes were new. They confirmed it was the brake sensor, and I told them to proceed to fix. 6 hours later I was told they couldn't get the part. I picked up my car and realized the oil service wasn't done. I did get a free inspection and it didn't say my wrench was on dash or that I was due for an oil change. 190.00 later I'm still where I was before I took it in.

Recently went to this dealership to see how much I could potentially get for my very used Audi Q5. I purchased it when everything was very inflated and it wasn t the best time to buy, and not a great purchase on my part. None the less, me and my bad credit wanted to get into something else. I explained my situation, bad credit, bad purchase, very articulately said I really think I ll just need to come back with a co-signer. Despite this logic shared, they still pressured me into running my credit. If you re in a position like myself, this isn t the place for you. They only want their sales and won t have your personal long term interest at heart despite saying they do. I m sure they re a great fit for others. Just weren t for me

Bought a used car from another location. The service shop here was willing to look under the hood and make sure everything was running smooth. They also got me in at the last minute and helped me to change the oil and replace the spark plugs (even though it was an hour after closing time). Great team. Excited to come back for regular maintenance.

Jason was patient and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. While I didnt find the service to be as expected for a luxury car dealer, it's important to recognize this is a VW dealership that happens to sell Audi, and not a dedicated luxury car dealer. Altogether a good experience.

It s so nice to have an experience that isn t the headache of having to beg for updates, getting various answers and just doubting what has actually been done. Garth is the best! Super helpful, keeps me posted on when my services are completed, and answers all my questions, consistent and knowledgeable in what he says. I will deal with Garth every time!!

Never coming back here again. I have gotten attitude from both of your service reps who seem untrained. I brought it in to tighten down 2 bolts for the windshield wiper to work and they said they were leaving 45m early but there were two technicians still working. Charged me for something I didn't want them to do. As I walked out I said something to my wife and the service representative had a snarky come back. I thought you buy into a brand where customer service is exceptional. I now believe I bought into a brand that doesn't treat their customers with any respect. "Exceptional customer service" is the exact opposite of what this dealership stands for.

Technology is amazing and it cool how Audi has integrated it into the experience. Including texting about service and sending a review video of the work done. Only problem would be solved if the called to discuss it when you are unable to respond over text.
