Just bought our 2nd vehicle from Big K and once again, Kalen was amazing. I appreciate having peace of mind when buying a used vehicle, and he was very upfront and transparent about any possible problems the Jeep might have. He also had the patience of a saint as my husband looked over every square inch of it. The paperwork went smoothly and we drove away with everything taken care of. We have loved the truck we bought from him several years ago and no doubt we will love this Jeep too! I highly recommend Big K and Kalen because he has integrity and truly does care about his customers.

Kalen helped squeeze us in including staying over an hour late since we were passing through town and had no other chance to look at the car he had to offer. He was extremely straightforward and honest and thorough about everything that he could observe about the car's history and current condition as well as the buying process. He got us a great deal and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. We got through the paperwork very efficiently which is always appreciated in car sales and I loved the cute environment and styling of his shop interior. I'm glad to say that this place lived up to the good reviews!

Big K Auto Sales was such a great truck buying experience for us. Kalen was very friendly and accommodating. He met us by appointment after hours and was willing to work with us an hold the truck we were interested in since the bank was closed for a holiday. We have purchased our last few vehicles from bigger dealerships and this was such a breath of fresh air. The price was the price which was fair, no pressure, didn't have to deal with multiple people and very responsive! we would definitely recommend going through Big K Auto sales for your next purchase.

I found a great deal on used car at Big K after searching for months. I texted about the car and received a quick reply. I knew the car would go fast so the owner agreed to a non-refundable deposit to hold it until I could get to the dealership after work. I found the vehicle to be as advertised. Owner stayed late in a Friday night to get the deal done. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was looking for a decent cheap car to get me around town, I looked on Facebook marketplace and found a car that looked like it was in good shape so we went to check it out. Kalen was quick to respond and willing to comply with our schedule. He was really nice and let us go for a test drive. When we first got there he was up front and honest about the little problems the car had. He made the whole process really easy and simple. I ended up buying the car, and it s been a great reliable car, no problems. I would definitely recommend Big K Auto Sales for a good car at an even better price.

Big K will treat you well. Got our first truck off of him today and he made the process smooth. He did everything he could to make it of utmost convenience for me and I felt that he was not sleazy like many other car salesmen that I have dealt with. He messages you directly on messenger and I feel confident that he will be one to take care of his customers at any time. I feel that he was honest and it takes a lot for me to say that of a car salesman.

Had a great experience. Kalen went the extra mile to take care of us. We got a great truck for a great price. Our niece has bought a car from him as well. It was a great car for them. I have recommended him to several of my family members. Overall it was great!

We purchased a mini van from Kalen. He was courteous and professional. He told us before hand all of the mechanical issues he was aware of based on his experience. We drove 4 hours to see and purchase the van based on pictures. The van has been exceptional and fits our needs. Will definitely do business with him again.

Attempted to purchase a four wheeler from Kalen, agreed on a price and was told we would be picking it up first thing that Monday as he was selling through his dealership. Monday morning we were told we would not be able to purchase it until that evening and would have to go to his house, although it would still be run as a dealership transaction. Shortly after agreeing to that sketchy situation, we were told never mind he decided he would not be selling it. To top off the unprofessionalism of this "businessman", he went into the work of a friend of ours and threatened to leave a bad review of his business if we were to leave a bad review of his. All I can say is STAY AWAY, there are much more legitimate businesses in the valley.

Our experience buying a car from Big K (Kalen) was the easiest thing we ve ever done. We drove to Ogden and Salt Lake thinking we could find a better deal but Kalen s price couldn t be beat - plus we didn t get the typical sales pitch from Kalen. He s a honest man who we will do business with in the future.Thanks Kalen for being one of the good car dealerships - there aren t very many of those left.See you next time!

I was looking at two trucks that were almost identical. one at Big K auto and other on classifieds. The one at Big K was significantly less expensive than the other which made me concerned that it had problems. I looked over the truck and mentioned my concern to Kalen, and his answer was exactly what i was hoping to hear. He said used vehicles, Especially under $10,000 are difficult to catch all the problems. but he said he personally test drives every vehicle he has, and has his mechanic look them over. he showed me the list of the few things he had fixed on it.he also said he would rather move inventory fast for great deals than sit on them longer to make more money.. he said when someone buys a car from him he wants them to feel comfortable enough with the experience that they will refer a friend. so if your looking for a great car at a great deal, i recommend taking to Kalen at Big K.

We bought a Jeep Wrangler here a couple months ago. Everything was as advertised. The price was fair, honestly expected it to cost more than it did. Kalen was easy to deal with and the whole process to far less time than the larger dealerships. If I am in the market for another vehicle, I would check out what he has in stock.

Would recommend 100%. Not only was Kaylen very up front and honest. He knows what he s taking about when it comes to cars and trucks. Comparing him to other dealerships. They may have more options and nicer vehicles. But you won t get the amazing Customer service that Kaylen provided anywhere else. If I could rate this 10 stars I would.

Told Kalen I was planning on coming up at noon to hopefully take home a car he had. Drove 3 hours to show up and him tell me it sold first thing that morning, and it didn t cross his mind to let me know, wasting a whole lotta gas and time.

I bought a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country from Kalin in March of 2020. He was great to work with and fair, but the car I bought had more immediate issues than I was lead to believe. When test driving the car it had a burning oil smell. I mentioned it to Kalin and he said he had just put some oil in it and spilled some on the exhaust manifold. I asked him if it leaked oil and he said it didn t. After purchasing it and bringing it home (driving less than 15 miles), I again noticed an oil smell. The next morning there was oil on the ground in my garage. I took it to the shop two days later and learned that both the valve cover and oil pan gaskets were leaking, repairs that were more than $500 total. When one buys a used car of that age, you buy them as is but I took the owners word that the car didn t leak oil (I think it would have been noticeable if you had the car for even a day). I m just writing the facts of my experience here. I wish I would have taken the car to a mechanic before purchasing. I think a larger used car dealer would likely investigate issues on cars like these before selling so they could either fix the issue or disclose it.
