We had a wonderful time at the Chalet! The occasion was a weekend ski trip for my son & I and the room with the loft proved to be the perfect accommodations! Wes, Keri and the dogs were very welcoming and we had a great time visiting with the other guests! Breakfast was delicious and satisfying and prepped us for a great day on the slopes! Wes served up delicious French toast the first day, scrambled eggs the second and breakfast sandwiches the third. Always self service was yogurt, granola, various toasts, oatmeal, coffee, juice and hot tea. Lunch was at the mountain and we brought dinner back to the chalet and ate in the common area. I highly recommend doing this as you can meet other guests and enjoy the pool table after dinner! The town of Huntsville is very small yet quaint! There are lovely restaurants and the downtown area as well. We also grabbed drinks at the nearby grocery store. Powder mountain was just a 20 min drive up the mountain and Wes gave us great tips on where to park, etc. I highly recommend checking out the chalet for your next ski basin or powder mountain ski trip!Rooms: Rooms had lots of natural lighting and a lively lodge feel! Great beds! We slept great!Nearby activities: We were there for skiing! About an hour north of salt lake airport.Safety: Each room has its own key and lock. We felt safe staying here!Food & drinks: Delicious breakfast each morning including self serve and freshly made.Noteworthy details: Great hosts! Friendly, clean location. Hot tub outside! We saw deer walking in the yard on the last day :)

Staying at this Bed and Breakfast was a delightful experience! The house is beautiful and clean, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Wes does a great job taking care of every little thing. There is a big yard where guests can hang out as well as a nice, large eating area and family room. The location is beautiful, and Huntsville is a charming place with good restaurants. There is an arts vibe as well.Rooms: The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Each room has an attached bathroom as well. The whole place has an alpine charm.Nearby activities: Huntsville is very charming, and there is a wonderful art studio there. We were there in the summer, so we didn t go skiing, but we rented kayaks and a paddle board to use in the nearby reservoir. There is good hiking nearby, and we rode the Gondola at Snowbasin. There is also a planetarium nearby, which was a great experience. Really great restaurants are nearby and the food was fantastic.

I recently stayed at The Atomic Chalet with my sisters and mother for a weekend in Huntsville. We loved staying at The Atomic Chalet! Wes is a great host, and he keeps both the inside and outside very clean and in pristine condition. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. We also loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

A lovely b&b with wonderful hosts! I stayed here to do the Spartan Race, and now definitely want to come back in the winter to do some skiing. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, the kitchen and living room are huge, breakfast was amazing, Wess is so nice and full of knowledge about the area, and Huntsville is just adorable. I m so happy I chose this place!

We loved our stay at the Atomic Chalet! It was clean and updated. The hosts were friendly and kind. It was a comfortable and welcoming experience. The chalet has unique character that ties into the Huntsville ski town feel. We enjoyed relaxing in the yard for dinner. We had an amazing breakfast with french toast and fresh fruit. We travel a ton and this is definitely a place that we will recommend now.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Wes, the owner is a really nice guy and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The amenities are awesome too; a drying rack for your wet gear, hot tub, pool table, cozy fireplace - it's got all you need for your stay. Plus Wes makes a great breakfast sandwich! The chalet is close to both Powder Mountain and Snow Basin, so you'll get your pick of two great places to hit the slopes. If we're ever back up this way again, we'll definitely be back!

We lucked into staying here for a quick ski vacation. Super place! Wes is excellent and runs one of the nicest places we ve ever stayed. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great! Everything is super clean and well thought out. The hot tub was awesome. The breakfast was perfect. We woke up to the smell of bread baking. Wes was very helpful with suggestions about where to go and what to do. We loved all of the old ski memorabilia too. Oh and there s a pool table. I m running out of superlative adjectives. We will definitely come back. Thanks Wes! We had a super fun day skiing too.

The Atomic Chalet is so cozy and perfect! We stayed the night after attending a summer wedding at Snowbasin. The host is so friendly and accommodating and has thought of every detail. We had everything we needed. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the hot tub and having coffee outside after breakfast. Thanks Wes! We ll definitely return.

Wes has been my neighbor for years and then one of my good friends from After High School brought his family up and stayed with Wes. He had a really great time and enjoyed the hospitality. I can tell you Wes is a friendly dude with a good attitude. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

I was looking for a last minute place on a Saturday to surprise my significant other and was lucky to stumble upon this website! The Atomic Chalet was unique, clean and cozy but what really made the difference is Wes and his hospitality! His yard is beautiful and he provided a relaxing atmosphere with delicious granola and fresh baked bread in the morning. We are looking forward to returning next time we are in Northern Utah!

Wes is an amazing dude. He cooked us French toast from his fresh bread he baked that morning. He let us take his beach cruisers around the lake. We found a fun VHS movie to watch at night. His hot tub was perfect. The whole experience was top notch. We ll be back for sure!

Beautiful location! The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Wes makes fantastic scrambled eggs! Breakfast included fresh fruit, freshly baked bread, scrambled eggs with cheese and chives, yogurt and granola, coffee and OJ.

These folks really know how to host! Fabulous breakfast. Immaculate rooms. Gorgeous setting. They even had bikes for us to ride around and check out the cute little community of Hunstville. The colorful touches around the house are charming. We'll come back again next year and the year after, for sure!

Had an excellent stay here. Wes was very accommodating and the location was very relaxing. Breakfast in the morning was delicious; consisting of fresh baked bread, french toast, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, and juice. Would definitely recommend!

Went for a weekend snowboarding get away and The Atomic Chalet was amazing. Wes does such a good job. The accomodations were cozy and immaculate. The breakfast provided by Wes was amazing. We will definately be returning.

While planning a last minute get away with my husband and two adult children I stumbled across what appeared to be a classic European Chalet in the beautiful Wasatch Mountians. Upon arrival we were greeted by Wes; he seemed agitated by our very presence during orientation.... the urge to flee this establishment was strong and yet I didn t. Instead I made a cognitive choice to enjoy my family. We woke had breakfast and light conversation with Wes( the proprietor) whose personality and behavior changed and lit up while speaking about himself and his former glory days. It was refreshing and I had a new hope frim this observation. To avoid any thinking errors I may have formed upon arrival I decided this was a good sign and went on with the day. Around five in the evening my visiting Grand Children arrived meeting in the lobby to changed for the activity. Wes came out to see the ruckus we were making, proceeded to tell us that my grand children were not welcome,bent down, looked straight into the eyes of my 5 yr old Grandsonand said Hit the Beach Dude Wes was rude, inconsiderate, apathetic, back to being agitated and ill mannered. We left and will never return! To compare this chalet to a European Chalet is not possible due to the lack of hearth!I do not recommend this establishment

Did a little honeymoon at this B and B and wow! The place is clean, comfortable, a fantastic breakfast, great location, hot tub, and a pool table! Wes is amazing, super friendly, very welcoming and a great host. If you're ever in the area definitely stay here!

Atomic Chalet was amazing. My wife and I stayed for two nights while we rode our RZR around. Wes cooks a mean breakfast and keeps his rooms clean. If we end up staying in the area again, we'll be coming back. Thanks Wes!-George & Michelle

Beautiful and relaxing setting for a unique and lovely home. Your host, Wes, is the renaissance man who built this place with his own hands (he even poured the concrete for his custom counter tops). He'll pump up some bicycle tires for you if you want to take a little ride around the town. You can drive around the reservoir, stop to eat at any of the beautiful little restaurants in the area, or relax with his extensive collection of VHS tapes, board and card games, and books. He also has a pool table (didn't try), a hot tub (did try and loved), and some sweet outdoor kitties who love to cuddle if you're interested. We went just as summer was dying and it was perfect. While you're in Huntsville, don't miss Mark Goodson's studio and gallery. It's next to the Shooting Star Saloon on 200 South.

The best bed and breakfast in the rockies. Warm chocolate chip cookies in the evenings, a scrumptious breakfast, amazingly comfortable beds, quiet location, beautiful views, bikes available to rent, and Wes's big warm smile create the most compelling atmosphere! Well done in every way. (Stunning preformance especially for a one man show!)

Comfortable, cozy and quiet. Hot tub, TV, near water. Host (owner) makes a great breakfast tailored to you and is very pleasant making sure your stay meets your needs.

We really lucked out in finding Wes and his Atomic Chalet last week on a last minute trip to Snowbasin!! Everything was great, highest recommendations all the way around from hospitality to cleanliness to breakfast. It's so close to the mountain which saved us car time.Paul and Mark, Bozeman, MT

We love having girls trips to Huntsville and the atomic chalet is the best place to do it. With bike rentals, a jacuzzi, pool table and delicious breakfast, this place is our favorite bed and breakfast to stay at.

Wes gave us some good history about the Olympic team staying there and left us in the morning with some warm homemade bread. That's very comfortable. All good!

My family and I have gone to stay with Wes for the past servers years. The quality of this place has never changed and if anything has gotten better. It feels like home here and you won't find any other place like it (trust us, we've tried).
