Wasatch County counts on and trusts these guys. Their vehicles are constantly there being serviced. I am also of the same opinion after having our F350 Powerstroke serviced there. No nonsense and to the point as to what's going on under the hood - currently and looking into the future. Pricing seems to be in line also. I've been looking for a place that I can trust in Heber and I believe I've found it. Going to bring my 4Runner in next. Thanks so much Eric - be seeing you soon.

Other places I ve been to have been pushy, unprofessional, snappy, and over priced. These guys were none of those things. They got the job done with overall professionalism and good communication. As a teenage girl it feels good to be not treated like a menace to society for trying to get my car fixed! Thanks guys, I m definitely coming back! The Shop is your local service and repair location for all of your automotive needs. The staff is friendly and good natured. When my car was being serviced the mechanics work was timely and skillful. They called me when they were finished and had the bill waiting when I arrived. I would recommend The Shop to anyone!

Outstanding Service and consistency... They just need a bigger lot! I love that I know I get quality service and there has never ever been any "up sales" when I pick up my car... Recommended to me by a friend and all the reviews were positive. Eric and the others were great with servicing and fixing my car. So nice to have an honest shop here in Heber. I would give 10 Stars if I could.

At best these guys are just plain dumb and can't diagnose or fix a simple problem. At worst they are crooks and knew what they were doing and are purposefully ripping people off. I think it's the latter. They recommended over $10,000 in repairs for a humming noise that they were unable to diagnose correctly or repair. They had the car for days. I had it diagnosed & repaired in two hours, for $250 elsewhere. Unfortunately I had already given them $2000 for un needed repairs that did nothing to fix the noise. The car is only worth about $7k, BTW. I was very upfront about my expectations and they said it was no issue and routine work for them. Furthermore, they were unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. I was not treated like a paying customer. They lied right to my face about conversations we had previously and refused to work with me when I brought up the parts they had forgotten to install on the car. I can promise you they will be difficult and dishonest. Any replies to this review should not be trusted. Consider yourself warned.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had almost every light on in my dashboard and I had no idea why. I took my car to multiple mechanics and received outrageous quotes, and none of these places could actually find the main problem - they just wanted to try and fix random things to see if that would solve it. I was so discouraged, until I brought my car to The Shop in Heber! They diagnosed my car and found the actual problem, and charged me significantly less than I was being quoted by other shops. I m so grateful that they fixed my car and did it so quickly! I will come back for all maintenance for each of my cars in the future.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

My husband took my car here for possible brake issues. He received an invoice for almost 700$ for new front brake pads, 2 rotors, and labor. I had him get a second opinion and was told there was nothing wrong with my car/ brakes. Good thing we got a second opinion!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They have taken care of my car this whole time I e been here in utah. They are pretty good. Only problem I have is I have squealing through my speakers when I'm charging my phone in my car after I had the wiring done that goes to my battery. And my alignment is still kinda off and now my cruise control, horn, and volume control doesn't work now after getting a rack and pinion put in on my car a couple of weeks ago. But they gave been very helpful for me regardless

Thanks! Service completed on time, and at a great price.Update 04/12/21: We have The Shop regularly services our cars, and today I brought in my Corvette to have some new aftermarket wheels put on today after recently purchasing new tires. The OEM wheels had apparently been bent by the previous owner, and I was informed of this when I purchased new tires.I got a call to please stop by The Shop - apparently my new wheels had a problem. One was bent, and another had been assembled improperly and was out of round. The suggestion was to not install the new wheels, and contact the seller for replacements. The Shop unmounted the tires and wheels that had been completed, and returned the original wheels and tires to proper balance, and reinstalled them. When I returned later in the day to pick up the car - no charge!I'm grateful for the attention to detail, and the willingness to help me make an informed decision on the installation of a defective product, and then not charge me for the time and labor... So, If you're uncertain about trading with The Shop and having them work on your vehicle - take a lesson. I was told - "You've had a bad day, and it isn't your fault - we're not gonna charge you for not completing the work."You've earned my business again, and I would solidly recommend trusting your vehicle repairs to The Shop.

More like 4.5 stars. The service is great! I feel like they are honest and timely. My only complaint is they can be very busy (good thing for them), maybe they need more techs, but I often have to go somewhere else because they re booked. Will definitely keep returning for my auto repair and tire needs!

I really trust the guys at The Shop in Heber. I have been taking my cars there for years now and they have never lead us astray. I have taken my cars to other places for second opinions or estimates and the Shop always comes in the same price or better so I know they are charging fair prices. I have come to know the people there and consider them friends.Service: Oil change

Always the best. Crazy smart dudes. For new people to Heber Absolutely not a rip you off or bare minimum to get by shop. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. I was VERY disappointed with the service I received. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. I walked out almost $900 later & having to take my car to other shops to be repaired properly. They did a tune up which another shop said we were double charged for the spark plugs. They replaced the brakes & rotors which were never right. I called &/or took it back 3 times. They said the brakes have a break in period, which I've NEVER heard of. I had them both replaced 8 months later, hmmm. They ran a catalytic converter treatment through it which I had to replace a month later. It really makes me wonder if they really did anything other then rip me off. I would highly recommend avoiding The Shop at all costs!!!

Top Notch! We had a breakdown while on a road trip. Despite being severely backed up with work, Eric and Tim squeezed us in and had us back up and running in just over a day. Pricing was also very fair. Honest and friendly businesses can be hard to find but The Shop has is nailed!

These guys used to be known as Tunex and I recently noticed their new premises and decided to take my car to them for a service.They did a great job and their pricing seems very fair. I had forgotten to ask them to check something during the service and took it back to them afterwards. Eric spent an hour on the car and didn't charge me a penny.I am so impressed I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else, they seem like a bunch of honest, hardworking guys who have earned my trust.Even the waiting room is clean, stocked with magazines and a big screen TV, plus free wi-fi.I highly recommend The Shop and am happy to give them 5 stars !
