Great service and communication getting a set of rock sliders built for my 2023 Nssan Frontier. Travelled out from the PNW and good communications with Glenn and Matt to set it all up. Jordan the designer was great and worked hard and some overtime to get me done a day early. Need to go test the sliders on the trail but look beefy and well attached to the frame. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

Great experience working with this company. I met the owner and some of the mechanics and they were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. They make a great product and I recommend for anyone looking for a solid set of rock sliders. Check out the website and see for yourself the quality materials that go into these products. 2023 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss. Rock Sliders were hard to find that were made of quality material. Found Rocky Road Outfitters. Was pleased with selection, design and specifications. Once ordered I was given a build date and they kept me updated during the process. Very happy with the entire process and they are exactly what I was looking for. Couldn t be happier.

I just converted my old CJ suspension to YJ using the kit from Rocky Road Outfitters.The install was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. I had a question about the orientation of the shackles and their response was great.My wife says my old jeep now rides better than my much newer Silverado! That says it all.Special thanks to Ryan Bailey for helping me through the process. Great job!

I purchased a front bumper, rock sliders, wheel spacers and a lift for my 2022 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. All have been installed and she looks fabulous and drives great. Soon she will sport bigger Wildpeak tires in time for this year's Easter Jeep Safari in Moab. I am very pleased with Rocky Road. Look me up in Moab and I can answer any questions you have. I have purchased a couple of products, and have had a good experience dealing with the company. Anytime I ve reached out for either information, or a particular part, I have been answered promptly. Yes, these products took some time to finally be made, but I was told that in the beginning. I understand material and manpower problems come into play, whenever manufacturing anything in this day and age. The products I have purchased were good quality and fitment, anything else I may want for my Jeep KL will go to Rocky Road Outfitters first.James Black

Took a long time to get my wk2 air to spring conversion kit which wasnt the end of the world but after install i was very disappointed with how it sat. Kit is supposed to be level with a lift but my jeep is sitting way higher in the front end and the rear looks actually the same if not lower than a stock grand cherokee. Something isnt right here for the "top of the line" conversion kit. I've been in touch with customer service for the last 6 months since installing but only ever really hear that ome is the best and it should be good. I'll get a 2nd shop to look over the installation and if it turns out its an installation error i will change my review further. I'm sure things would be easier/different if i could come into rocky road outfitters shop to troubleshoot but as a canadian 1000's of miles away unfortunately thats not an option.Update. After some time they sent me a some spacers free of charge to help level my jeep out. It now sits much closer to level after installing those. Wish i had only had to pay for the one install but im glad they help remedy my concerns in the end.

When I bought my old Trooper, I knew parts would be hard to find. I didn't expect them to be as hard to find as they are.Thankfully, rocky road has basically everything you'll need (and more things you'll want )Every time I've called or emailed for advice or tips or fitment, the staff has been prompt, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Super great operation, and I'm coming back for those rock sliders and the bull bumper I've gotten the lift kit and a roof rack (along with accessories) for my trooper. The transformation has been amazing. The suspension was super soggy when I got the vehicle, and the kit o bought has made it drive better on the road as well as off-road. The roof rack is going to be invaluable for my upcoming vacation (2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs)

Read the rest of newest reviews. Even if this company was at one time legit. It is not any more. Ordered a suspension kit. After waiting 3 months after they charged my card, I request it be canceled. Rather than respond, they shipped an incomplete, unusable order. they refuse to cancel, return, refund anything even after daily back and forth for 3 weeks now. Outright con job, ponzi scheme they are running to prop up there 'business'.

The guys did a outstanding job on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee WL .First company to make off Road accessories for the new Jeep lift kit , Rock sliders, roof rack and hidden winch bumper. Rocky Road products are way more solid then your cheap Amazon eBay Chinese products worth the wait time and worth the money especially that Rocky Road products or manufacturer here in the U.S!!

RRO installed their 2-1/2" - 1" Lift/Level and Tire-toTire Rock Rails for me a couple of years ago on my '19 WK2 and it went great, professional install, OEM-looking sliders. Love what it did for my Jeep!

Ordered full cover kicker rock sliders for my Ram TRX. Rocky Road was very honest up front about how long it would take due to the influx of orders around tax return season. They arrived a few weeks before they promised (and in time for my planned offroad trip). Rocky road was outstanding to do business with and they responded to my barrage of about 35 emails before placing my order, as well as the bi-weekly emails I sent requesting an update!The rails came VERY well-packaged and were very easy to install. They are built like they are ready for Armageddon. For those with kiddos, I highly recommend the full cover kicker option as they are grippy and have a nice kicker flare for my 3 kiddos to climb aboard. Ignore the bogus bad reviews. I highly recommend RRO!

I ordered lift kits for a Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 and Patriot MK.Material is very solid, and welds were clean and professional. I feel the Kits came complete and had good instructions. Accuracy of lift was great. I achieved great results out of the kits and feel confident in the product. Communication from the company has been great and they worked well with me. Delivery was well packaged and reasonable timing. BIG PLUS...MADE IN AMERICA!

In the past I ve had very good service from this company. But my last online order was horrible. Rocky will advertise online parts and kits in stock but in the order confirmation they told me some parts may take a couple weeks to be received and shipped. After months of waiting they told me the parts are on world wide back order the whole world in the off-road industry is waiting for this one part. So I did an internet search of the part and it turns out Trail Gesr has the part in stock and available to ship. After a phone call they confirmed the part could be shipped out in 2 days. Caught In A Lie Rocky Road! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY! Get a in person or phone call confirmation on any and all parts in your kit before you purchase! It s sad because in the past I ve had very good service from them and am a long time fan of the parts and components they sell, but lies are not customer service. It s shady business practices and are not rewarded by future purchases from me.

Great company. I am really bummed to see poor reviews. I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty. I have been upgrading with RRO parts as time and money allow. The suspension system they have is excellent. It fit great and rides fantastic with a full 3 lift. The tube upper control arms are a huge upgrade as the ball joints are now easily replaceable and the lengthened bump stop is well designed. The over the top spring spacers allow for great spring travel. The spare tire holder extension bracket was a game changer for using the hatch glass with the larger tires. The wait time has always been more than worth it. The quality of parts has been second to none. I will continue to upgrade the liberty with only RRO parts as I can trust that they put the time into researching and developing they re products.

I ordered and installed a set of kicker sliders and their roof rack on my 2018 Cherokee and love them!! Well made, heavy duty, and good looking pieces!! Their responsive customer service was also appreciated, any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly.

I am quite happy with the build quality of the rock rails just had the. Installed and the shop that installed them said it was one of their easiest.Can t wait to see how they hold up out on the trail.These were definitely worth the wait and I m very happy I went with rocky road for my H3T.

They say the parts are not made in China... yet they're obviously China quality. Company will always blame someone else for their problems. Parts are cheap, will rust, will squeak for their entire life. If you follow their installation instructions exactly, you will install it wrong. Support is not supportive. Unprofessional. After one lift kit, I will never do business with again. And, dear Owner - I don't need to hear any of your excuses. Do better.

Everything people say about shipping through them is 100% true. I ordered a simple OME lift kit December first, it is now almost February and the order is still not fulfilled.First, they said there a worldwide backorder on OME equipment, which is not true. They have been clearly telling people this in comments for over a year even though 10+ other distributors have it ready and in stock which doesn't make any sense.Every time I call and check on this it's a different story. Either the shipment is delayed, OME isn't sending it this week but next week instead, etc. All of this is only when you call and call after weeks of them completely ignoring order status emails.Google your kit parts and buy them from any other distributor unless you like no communication and waiting months for parts other places have ready to ship same day.

Bought 2 Lift kit for 2014 Jeep Patriot. Shipping was delayed for a few weeks but on arrival parts fit perfectly for vehicle. Impressed with outcome, slight vibration on acceleration.

Over several years I've done business with Rocky Road Outfitters and have never been disappointed with their products or their customer service. I purchased their rock sliders, rear track bar, upper control arms, hidden winch plate with bumper and the Old Man Emu HD lift from them. Everything I've ordered arrived in a reasonable time frame and exactly as I ordered it. Nothing but good things to say about these folks, if you're looking for quality parts for your WK/XK, I strongly recommend them.

My experience with Rocky Road Outfitters was great, and will take the opportunity to do more business with them when available. My delivery was fast and efficient, and the lift kit I bought for my Jeep Compass is high quality. I would, and have recommended them other people.

GREAT KIT! The Wrangler spring-over-axle conversion for my '83 CJ-7 is FANTASTIC! Easily clears 35's with NO CUTTING! My Jeep never drove so straight or rode this smoothly. I took a while to get but worth the wait!

Regret purchasing rock rails from this company. After a couple months the rock rails started to get surface rust, even on places behind the car door. After less than two years the powder coat is peeling off like paper. I reached out to the company and their reply is generic saying all companies who create rock rails have this issue and only bedliner will prevent rust. Well...why not offer to coat with bedliner? Now I have to remove the rails and get it blasted and repainted. We'll see if a local shop's powdercoat only last months; we'll see if what you say is true.Reply for the owner: As you can see from the pictures, the armor plates provided by factory has MINIMAL surface rust after FIVE years of ownership. They are right next to the rails. Please keep blaming your customers.

Quality parts and knowledge staff. With Rocky Road Outfitters, I have been able to turn my Grand Cherokee into an off-road beast. The only downside at this point is the long wait for parts, but definitely worth it when the product arrives.

Ordered a set of sway bars for a 98 T100. Confirmation email said another email would be sent when item was shipped. Waited 3 weeks - no shipping email. I emailed to ask for an update - no response. I called a week later and was told my order wasn't processed because the pricing on the item was incorrect and that I must have accessed an outdated part of their webpage. I was told the order would be processed and shipped within the week. The next day the very same page I visited previously was updated with the more expensive pricing. Then I received a reply to my earlier email informing me that the item was not available from the manufacturer which contradicted what I was told on the phone the day before. So I called in again and was told the item was available and it would be shipped within the week. Waited another two weeks and got the shipping info. Waited another week and received the product and had to run home to meet the FedEx man to sign for it. Overall mediocre experience. The website is horrible. Looks like it belongs in the early days of the internet. The customer service was good but information was not consistent or reliable. Product was fine, it fit and works. Pricing was decent, but I probably could have ordered something from Iron man and not had my project sitting in my garage for 6 weeks waiting for parts.
