I had always seen some unique trailers in passing on my way to and from Vernal and finally decided to stop in yesterday. Shane noticed me immediately as I drove in and proceeded to spend 45 minutes with me showing us through different trailers. It felt more like a good buddy showing you a cool new toy than a salesman trying to pry your wallet open. So refreshing! I loved their lineup and they have earned my business. Fantastic experience.

My dad and I picked up an overlanding utility trailer from Mountainland Auto Sales, and their staff went above and beyond, providing a truly remarkable level of customer service; even accepting an Amazon package for us. I seriously, can t recommend Mountainland Auto Sales highly enough.

Shane and his team have made this a truly fantastic example of a small business that's growing the right way. They have been a staple in the community for a number of years now, and I know that expanding to the bigger space really help them unlock the next level of scale and value. My family has purchased several vehicles there in the past, and the team is absolutely amazing to work with. On top of that, the owner is always willing to give advice on growing a small business in this town, which is just the type of give back attitude that we need here!

A year ago I was looking everywhere to buy a Tundra cement gray. I found it here. Friendly service, price was great compared to other places and truck was in really good condition. I had it for a year a no issues. Will highly recommend them. I did a few upgrades after. Here is the before and after.

I was looking to sell my truck, I walked in, they appraised it at the value I had wanted, they were friendly and efficient. Within minutes of the appraisal they had bought it, offered me a water and I walked away very pleased. Will definitely do more business with Mountain land auto in the future! 10/10 would recommend.

We have both 3 vehicles from Austin and the guys at Mountainland. We will always go to them for are future purchases. It s so easy with Mountainland. We had a few minor scratches on the interior of our Tundra. They resolved the issue no time at all. Their goal was to make sure we were 100% satisfied, and we definitely were. I asked Austin to find my dream car and he fit the mail on the head.AMAZING!!!Straight forward pricing, amazing service, the follow up service is beyond amazing and they are pretty fun to work with.

Revised 8/2/2023I had an air-conditioning issue with the Tahoe I purchased and posted a negative review in the wee hours (I probably should have exercised some patience and waited to call them in the morning). The team contacted me first thing the next morning to address the issue. We talked though all the options and they really went out of their way to ensure the air conditioning was working properly.Additionally, they really made it easy for me to purchase the car. I travel a lot and buying a car can be annoyingly time consuming. I just let them know my situation and they went into action. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother.I really appreciate the Mountainland Auto Sales team and their willingness to provide a quality customer experience.

I purchased a *beautiful* vehicle from Mountainland Auto Sales today, but traveled from out of state to pick it up. Austin answered all of my questions timely and politely. I never felt pressured. He arranged all the details prior to my arrival. They even put new tires on my ride before I arrived, per my request. Mickey finalized the paperwork seamlessly. Highly recommend Mountainland Auto Sales!

BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Mickey and the team at Mountainland were great to work with. Honest about everything and didn't try to hide a single thing on the vehicle we were interested in.Incredibly fare with our trade, and worked with us on getting a couple issues addressed on the new(used) vehicle we purchased at their expense. Excellent communication and follow-up. Super easy buying process and hassle free. Highly recommend Mountainland Auto for any of your auto, boat or equipment purchase needs.

I was amazed at how incredible these guys were to work with! Was helping my Mom get a new truck and my Mom hates car salesman! When we left my Mom said that was the best vehicle buying experience she s ever had! I will be giving them a lot more of my business in the future!

I purchased a 1999 Ford truck from mountainland exactly 1 year ago. And to this day I have no regrets! I initially went up there to look at the truck and see if it was a good buy. They told me from the get go it probably needed new batteries soon and that they recommended I get new tires, and that was considered on the price. They were still flexible on the price too. They also knew the full history of the truck. I wanted to look at other vehicles before committing. I told them that and they held it for me without a deposit.I checked out other trucks and decided to go with Mountainland. I called them back and they told me to bring a check and they would have everything ready when I got there. I got there and paperwork took 5 minutes, temp tag was already on the truck and it had a full tank of fuel.I have put 20,000 miles on the truck in the last year and have only had 2 issues due to normal wear and tear. By far best purchase I have ever made! And Mountainland made it so easy! I m in the market for a second vehicle, so I ll be heading up there tomorrow to see what they have. Probably won t buy a vehicle anywhere else.

Such a great experience!! I will only buy my cars from them for as long as I can. Super friendly, honest, down to earth staff that will help you in every way. Didn t get a dealership vibe and made me feel very comfortable. We interacted with Austin Wood and he was funny, helpful, honest and made the process easy. I would recommend Mountainland to everyone.

We were in desperate need of a third vehicle as the 2 we had already were giving us hell. One basically a blown engine the other in the transmission shop. We were worried we would have to see what we could get as trade in value for the one with blown engine but thwy were able to get us into a great new 2020 tuscan with only just over 24k miles on it with zero down payment with really saved us. Only bad thing is we have another car payment lol. Not their fault either it was on us. These guys were super great and micky was who helped us and i couldnt have had a better experience buying a car and this would be my 4th car to buy.

Just bought a truck from MountainLand last night and I wouldn t hesitate to say that it s the best dealership and people I ve ever had the experience of working with. Shane was nice enough to stay after business hours, work out my trade, handle financing, and present me with every option and get this all done in less than an hour and a half including test drive. No gimmicks, no games or any of the other nonsense you get used to at other dealers. These guys are great and I hope they continue to have success because everyone should be able to buy a car without all the drama you find with the other guys.

Let me just preface this by saying that I purchased a used vehicle, so I was assuming there would be some issues but not this bad, especially from a dealer with such good reviews I purchased a used 2006 chevy from these guys a few days ago. I live in Nevada, and they were kind enough to hold the vehicle for me for a day after a small deposit. I drove up early the next morning and checked out the truck.The truck had a pretty tall lift on it, which I was not a huge fan of so I asked the dealer how difficult it would be to remove the lift and he assured me that it would be very easy. The truck drove OK with slight shaking, but I figured after I lowered it and got an alignment done it would be as good as new.When I got the truck back home, I took it to my mechanic and he told me that it would be very expensive to get the truck lowered because the previous owner had modified the frame. After I paid for an alignment and a tire balance (which the dealer should have done before I bought it), the truck is still shaking and will likely need some expensive front end work to get it back to smooth driving.On top of that, when I am driving 80 mph down the freeway the speedometer is off by nearly 10 mph, which means the odometer is going to read lower than what the actual miles are. Assuming the previous owner put the lift and larger 35 tires on it soon after he bought it new, The odometer on the truck (which reads 126K miles), it s probably closer to 150K miles.All in all, a lot of issues that I feel like a good dealer should have fixed. I would expect these issues when buying from a private party, but not from a reputable dealer like this one. The only bright side is the trucks engine seems to be running great. Don t be dumb like me and do your homework before you buy a truck

Mickey was fantastic to work with. Very friendly and kind, especially to my wife and two young kids wondering around during the paperwork process. We knew what we wanted, and Mickey helped us put a deposit down on the car until we could come up and buy it. While we do love our new (to us) Suburban, the wonderful people at Mountainland is what made this experience so positive.

We recently bought a van from mountain land that would fit our sons wheelchair and everyone else. They didn t have one when we came the first time, because not everyone is looking for a 13 seater van....but Austin searched high and low and found us a perfect fit. He was fantastic to work with and made the whole process smooth and fun. We will definitely be coming back for our next car. Thanks Austin!

My husband and I were super impressed with this place. Really great people to work with. They took care of setting up financing for us through a credit union with a good interest rate while we were there, took care of registration, offered us more than CarMax did to trade-in our other vehicle to them, knew the former owners of the car and its history, and were just overall really friendly helpful, honest, not pushy people. I would definitely buy a vehicle from this dealership again and highly recommend it to others.

Great staff and great car! No pressure while browsing their selection, and didn't try to persuade me to get a car that wasn't right for me. The car I bought (2014 Ford Focus) has been wonderful! Thanks, Mountainland Auto!Edit: Half a year after buying a car here, the owner of Mountainland (Shane) helped me immensely when someone backed into the car I bought. He recommended a great auto shop and made sure everything was taken care of. Mountainland Auto goes above and beyond in customer service.Edit 2: A year after buying my car, Mountainland helped my wife-to-be buy her first car-- a RAV4. The guys were very patient, helpful, and did not pressure her at all. With their help, she bought an amazing car at an amazing price. Thanks again!Edit 3: Two years later, my brother came in to buy his first car. It ended up being a multi-day process that was quite involved. Nonetheless, Mountainland once again showed their amazing customer service working with him for days to find the perfect vehicle for his intermountain needs at a killer rate. He's been driving the car for half a year and it continues to be fantastic. You guys rock!

Very disappointed with a car we purchased here. The car was advertised as having "AC". Didn't think to test this, as we test drove in February, but sure enough, as soon as we tried to fire it up last month, it didn't work. Took it to a shop and it needs a $1,200 repair. The compressor is completely spent. Frankly, this is false advertising on Mountainland's part, as they advertised the vehicle as having a functioning AC. This means they either lack any form of quality control, or they lied to me. Neither of these are a great sign from a car dealership.Buyer beware, and test EVERYTHING when you test drive here. I tried calling to see if they'd offer to help with this repair. All they said if you're out of luck if you didn't pay extra for the warranty they tried to upsell me.

Love the honest, no-pressure style. Great inventory of cars to choose from, and if they don't have it, they can find it! We are always treated like family. We love Mountainland Auto and the guys that work there! Highly recommend. We are customers for life!!

I got my first car from them 4-5 years ago and they were just awesome!! I just got another new car from here and it truly is the best place to go! The customer service is spectacular and i would recommend anyone to go here. Thank you Shane & Austin for helping me with my new car and finding the right fit for me! I have bought two vehicles (Chrysler Pacifica and Chevy Work truck) from Mountainland Auto within the last year and a half. They care about their customers, and I'll recommend them to anyone. They will listen to your needs, add their opinion based off their knowledge, and then get you in a vehicle that you're more than satisfied with. I'd give more stars if that was an option.

Honest. Locally Owned. Hassle Free. Shane and Austin found me exactly what I was looking for, offered me a great price for my trade in, and displayed excellent customer service throughout my whole experience. There is never any pressure to buy like you experience at other dealerships. I will purchase all of my future vehicles here.
