Mike and team surprised me several times with their timely responses, follow-ups, and excellent customer service. Mike was transparent and honest as we discussed my purchase and as he answered questions about the snowmobile. He engaged others there to ensure I got the details and additional products I needed. I was so impressed with their service and human connection with me as a customer. What an amazing dealership!

These guys are awesome. 100% will buy more from them.I've dealt with Mike Kelly over there for years. I've ordered 5+ snowmobiles, General, Rzr and most recently an Xpedition. I'm a little high maintenance with my toys and have heated seats throughout every machine and deck them out with everything. Karl Malone Guys are super easy to work with and really make my machine stand out. They also put custom wraps on my sleds which helps them look good and me find everyone a whole lot easier!When it comes to maintenance, they have been great as well. They've called when I have recalls, fit me in and get me on the road as quickly as possible.Highly recommended. 5 out of 5 stars.

AWESOME!!! We worked with Mike Kelly over the last few days and traded a 2021 Range Crew 1000 for 2024 Xpedition XP. Smooth easy process! Mike was able to get our new machine in the shop for a street legal kit in under two days! We stopped in on Wednesday and loaded the machine on Friday. I have bought both my new side by sides for here and have nothing but praise. Awesome sales team, great select on styles and colors. Special thanks to Mike, Travis, and Marcus. 10 out of 10

Went to school with Travis and saw a post on instagram search feed. Reached out about a trade in to get a new wheeler. He was attentive and gave his best recommendations with my needs and wants. First time buying a brand new machine and I was nervous, but he helped put my concerns away with knowledge/facts and his experiences. I spaced the review and he followed up asking about my wheeler and if I got a chance to take it out. His kind follow up reminded me to ask for the link again. Travis is a great guy to go to. His manager and the warranty/finance director are very helpful and have your best interest in view. Highly recommend this location.

Every person I talked to was kind and helpful. Johnny was my first contact and was very patient with me and my many questions. Marcus was great to deal with too. They even checked the tire pressure on my trailer and filled them up to spec. Would definitely recommend doing business with them.

We want to be out playing with our toys and not have our toys in service. Elijah and the team at Karl Malone Polaris understand this and are always on top of their game. Let's be clear, I drive by 4 Polaris dealers on my way to Karl Malone Polaris because they are the "NO BRAIN DAMAGE" Polaris service option in Utah. That's the bottomline. They also do not over charge you. Great service, great price and no brain damage. Thank you Karl Malone Polaris for keeping going with our toy so we can be building family memories.

Sales guy was nice to work with (Nathaniel). Finance guy (Marcus) made things quick and easy. Paying their full asking price on the machine, I feel they could have helped me out better than $500-$700 on a windshield, which made me go elsewhere for one much cheaper. Was also disappointed when the first time riding the machine it kept cutting power and going into limp mode. That issue turned out to be from poor setup of the machine. Overall a "meh" experience.

The parts department at Karl Malone Polaris in my experience is a huge anomaly in a market, where it is so difficult to find competent parts managers who care. Garret from Karl Malone Polaris is a rockstar. I have had parts issues with my 2017 Polaris Ranger that have been persistent for sometime. When I turned to Garret at Karl Malone Polaris sports everything changed. He is competent knowledgeable and truly cares for his customers. It was such a breath of fresh air. He solved a persistent issue quickly. Karl Malone Polaris, I don t know what you do to train and attract such great employees. Thank you. It is very much recognized and appreciated by your customers.

Coming from a background were customer service is top priority, I can say the near by polaris dealership lost my business years ago to Micha Busk.Micha kept at me trying to get my business and I was the type that stays loyal to who I use, but there service just kept pushing me further away.I finally called Micha and snowchecked a sled and the price he gave me was lower than the dealership that said they are giving me the very best deal they could witch was list price plus shipping and set up!But most important to me when I got went to see Micha months later the price he gave me over the phone was to the penny, not one sent more! Further more it was near closing time xmas eve he didn't have the paperwork ready so he said Dave just take it ill call you later for a check! Two weeks later I called him and said hey buddy want me to pay for this sled? He said ya if you like it!That is customer service!!!! Not only a man of integrity! But a guy who cares about happy customers! He did the same thing a year later when I called looking for a small snowmobile for my little girl xmas. And has not let me down in the 10 years he has had my business, since then he has moved onto Regional manager, well deserved! And I now deal with Skyler who is honest and very good at communicating with me!As a customer that's as a customer that's all I ask for, be honest, give me the best price the first call don't wait till I go somewhere else and say oh we could have beat that price! And when I call and order a new 60k dollar Ranger have the decency to return my calls when it's 3 months later than you said to give me an update on when it will be delivered. And don't string me along on my trade in from Aug to now and still haven't gave me a dollar amount! That baffles me why Karl Malone can give me a trade in over the phone and the dealership up the road has been 4 months with no clue as to what they will do! I had to buy the new 1,500 up the road from heber, because heber had already sold their 2 4 doors by time I called them. And I am being reminded each time I call them why I switched to Karl Malone.I know this is long, but from a guy that has spent well over $600,000 on Polaris and Indian products in the last 10 years the Karl Malone guys have my business for a long long time. Thanks for the great service Dave Wilson.

Very friendly and helpful people. They worked with me to get me the best bike for my needs. It's nice to work with a dealer network that cares about the customer and is not obsessed with up-selling you on every little detail. They listened to what I wanted and got it for me. Mike, Marin, Garrett, and Eli are great. I recommend them.

The best dealership i have ever dealt with. If your looking for a new sled or sxs give Michael Kelly call. Well worth the drive. Parts department will take care of anything you need for your new ride. I cant forget the financial department Marin Andersen has her stuff together i was in and out quick just amazing.Thanks again Karl Malone crew you rocked it.

My girlfriend recently bought a new Polaris Rzr from here last week and I pre-ordered a Polaris snowmobile for next season. Our sales rep Nate took us through the entire process and made sure we were taken care of through every step of the way. I highly recommend these guys!!

Very easy to work with Mike (KM Heber) over the phone + texting. The used SxS was just as described and all paperwork was ready when I arrived after a long drive. They were able to finalize everything quickly & after going over the units FAQ & Features got me loaded and back on the road.
