Amazing service! I am SO impressed! We ve had great experiences with routine maintenance, and this week our alternator went out. After hours on Friday we had the car towed to Point S, hoping they d be able to work on it within the next week. Imagine my surprise when they had it replaced and ready to be back on the road by 1pm on Saturday. Extremely great service, fair price, and an incredible willingness to get the work done even on short notice.

People are nice and free brake checks and tire pressure checks are great. However, everything else is super overpriced. They misdiagnosed my car, charged me $80 for the diagnostic, and then tried to tell me it would be $1100 to fix the problem. Needless to say I went elsewhere, where I was told it would only be $650 to fix the same problem

I've never had a bad experience calling or doing business with any Big O location . The change over of ownership in Heber from The Point to Big O has been impressive. Great staff from the previous ownership .

This goes out to Will,in the Heber utah store. I met him this morning shortly after 7am. I had blown a trailer tire on my boat trailer. I told that man ,I had left my son and grandson in a parking lot to keep an eye on the boat. Without hesitation, will took my info, and walked to the shop and put a new tire on. Thanks to that man I was in and out under 30 minutes. That was the ##%$ing best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for everything.

if you re looking for simple part replacers point s is your place, but don t waste your time here for deeper car troubles and more complex issues. i took my car here three separate times for identical problems, and every time they just replaced the same $300 part and sent me home. my car is WORSE than it was before taking it to point s. (after 2 times dealing with the same issue in the same car, you d think they d looker further than the same part they d already replaced.) igave detailed descriptions and did research of my own, but the only difference in service was the time it took to get work done. my car was at least able to drive and only struggled with occasional stalling before, but now can t last 5 minutes before the engine gives up. my problem was not solved and cost me hundreds, i will be towing my car to get work done elsewhere.

Face tattoos and no brains. I bought a set of tires and these morons dumped them in an oil spill. The guy o ordered from never thanked me or even told me it was him I was talking with, he was probably pissed working with the two tatted morons. Go elsewhere

Long story short I trusted them to put a new set of wheels on my brand new truck. I had the premium 20 inch wheels in PERFECT untouched condition that were the factory wheels I was replacing and are worth quite a lot to sell. From the day I bought the truck I made sure to keep them in perfect condition, cleaning them often, steering clear of curbs, etc. so I could sell them for the maximum amount that they are worth (truck only had 4K miles too). Well Point S did a great job of mounting my new wheels, transferring TPMS, etc. Unfortunately they also did a great job of totally ruining my flawless factory wheels. This isn't the first time I've had wheels replaced, but it is the first (and last) time that I've had it done by Point S. The other places I've been have always put the old wheels in the boxes that the new ones came in, to protect them. Not these guys! I get back to pick up the truck, and my shiny tediously-cared-for wheels are sitting in a pile in the bed of the truck, WITH THE EMPTY BOXES JUST SITTING IN A PILE IN THE BED TOO. They literally just took everything they weren't putting ON the truck and hucked it into the truck bed. I put the old wheels back in their boxes myself, hoping that the marks on them was just dirt and not scratches, but upon getting home and cleaning them off, sure enough, all four of them have scratches all around the wheel. This all really sucks, because I love supporting local companies, and am fiercely loyal to the ones that treat me right, but the only thing these guys did a good job of is pissing me off...If you're getting other work done they might be fine. And if you don't care about your old wheels then this is your place, because these guys won't either. But for the love of Pete if you care about the condition of your stuff learn from my loss here and go somewhere that actually cares about your property.

Their staff changed the oil I'm my truck. The spilled so much oil that it got on my driveway. Their staff was rude when I brought it back in to have them fix what I thought was a leak from not tightening the plug or filter. They dont understand that it costs me money when I have to bring my truck back in to them to fix a mistake they made. There are plenty of other tire and repair shops that have better service.

I called to make an appointment. The girl wasn't friendly. And Point S doesn't install RockAuto parts. So I had to replace my own parts. That's the treatment you get as a senior citizen and a veteran.

From out of town. Came to Point S for slight vibration in front end. Truck came out worse then before.Tires that are 80 psi were set to 90 psi in rear. The front- one was 67 psi and the other was 74 psi. Was told to come back next day and to see what we can do. Not a place to take your vehicle to. Save yourself the hassle. Wasted over a $100 just to have it done right somewhere else.

These guys were great!Thought I was going to need a new tire that was going to be expensive. They were able to remove the screw and determined a patch would work even though it was close the the sidewall of the tire.Great customer service!

The team at Point S is amazing, today I got a flat tire and turns out I didn't have a jack in the trunk (my fault). I called in, Will said he'd send someone out. Nate changed the tire, I got into the shop shortly thereafter and they patched my bad tire and then mounted it back on the car. They were super busy today, but still found time to take care of me, turning a really rough day into a moment I was truly grateful for. Appreciate you guys!

I have taken my vehicles to Point S for 14 years. They are honest straight forward and do excellent work.As long as they are are owned by their current owners I will continue my relationship.

Terrible customer service. Spoke to an incredibly rude woman who I told my car was feeling unsafe was unable to help me with anything. Went to Les Shwab and they handled it right away . I will not recommend you to anyone I know. And I have a very big mouth period

Point S to the rescue! We experienced severe "Wobble of Death" on our F-350 on the way to Heber for a horse show and limped into town. We started with the Ford Dealer who was not helpful and said they were 6-weeks out on repairs. We went across the street to Point S to get a second opinion. We met with Bryce who said to bring the truck back in the morning. I was there at 6:30am to be the first in line when they opened at 7am. They got it diagnosed as a bulging rear-passenger side tire, which was lucky for me in that it wasn't something mechanical. I bought new tires and Point S got them installed for me.I appreciate the Point S was willing to fit me into their busy schedule when the Ford Dealer was not, especially since I was from out of town and needed a repair that weekend.

We picked up a nail on the way to Heber City and couldn't drive home without getting it fixed. We went to another tire place, but they couldn't get us in so we went to Point S. They were incredible! They got us in immediately and had us on the road super fast. We are so grateful we found them. The customer service was excellent, the work affordable, and the experience invaluable. This is the place to go.

Point S charged me $100 dollars for an oil change the last two times I went ($200 total), stating they were out of the usual filters so they had to use the more expensive one without telling me. I guess that s what I get for going in there without my husband. They also sold me brand new tires with a warranty and when the tires only lasted just over a year and a fraction of the guaranties miles, they had a bunch of reasons they couldn t honor the warranty, even though I d had regular rotations. If you have to go to Point S, at least make sure a man is with you. Maybe they won t be as quick to take advantage of you like they were with me.

Awesome service! Got a screw in a tire while bringing some boys back from a campout. They were awesome to work with. Helped us get back on the road quick. Great prices. I'll be making the half hour drive from Provo next time I need a set of tires. Thanks for the amazing service!

Great service! We stopped by with a flat tire and even though they were busy they made time to service our car. Not only did they fix the tire in a timely matter, but they went above and beyond to double check our tires were filled properly, that our brakes were in good condition for an up coming road trip, and topped off the oil. I will definitely back for all our tire needs.

Brought in our Suburban back tire had a razor blade in it. Workers pulled the tyre and looked/check through it and found no real damage to replaced! Their honesty doesn't go unnoticed and truly grateful! I HIGHLY recommend this good tyre shop for local and newcomers to the area like me! The customer service are highly skill and top notch. The waiting area and bathroom are very very clean. This place is beyond 5 ..

Had a tire go flat on the highway and changed to the spare. Went to this shop in my town of Heber with the flat tire off the car and they were quite busy. A worker took the tire right away and put it in the water tank and quickly found the leak. He showed me the bubbles and where the leak was. They fixed the tire quickly and when I was ready to go they asked if I wanted them to put the tire back on the car. I had already paid so this was at no additional charge. Another couple of workers went to my car with a jack and promptly put on the tire and rim. They even put the spare back in where it belonged and fastened it in. All this for just over $20! Good people with extraordinary service. They certainly earned my trust and future business. Thanks guys!

Let me tell you, these guys at point s are fantastic, I recently popped a tire on my truck and searched online for a good set of tires, ended up on Goodyear s website where they advertise you can pay for the full set and pay the installation fee and they send everything to point s to be installed. Not only is that a lie, but the tires were 3 days late from when they were scheduled to arrive, Goodyear has never been affiliated with point s in that regards, and after dealing with their customer support over the phone it was obvious they only wanted to rip me off. The guys at point s were very patient with me and figuring what all the hell was happening and ended up doing my tires for me when they finally arrived! Super helpful team, very knowledgeable!

Our Scion had 240k miles and wouldn t go more than 50 feet without stalling. I brought it in with little hope. Miraculously the boys at Point S revived it. It runs better than ever and cost less than $300 to fix! Very grateful.

Friendly staff! Nice shop and waiting area. Good experience checking in and out with Jeremy. It goes a long way when someone gives you a smile and tells you good morning. I don t have any complaints. They fixed the issue my vehicle was having and the price seemed fair. I recommend Point S in Heber City for oil change, tire rotation, alignment work. They also replaced my tie rod which resolved chattering issues while turning my 03 Ford Expedition.

Excellent customer service. We were passing through and towing a 26 foot trailer. We began to have some brake issues. A few other shops turned us away because it was later in the day on a Saturday, but Point S had us come in. Randy was our tech, and he did great work. He checked out the brakes and got us on our way relatively quickly. If I was local to Heber, I'd give these guys all of my business. For tires, brakes, and everything else!
