This is a nice place, centrally located to a lot of outdoor activities! The campground was quiet, with a few trees for shade. We were in a camper but walked through the tent area that was nicely shaded with trees. There is a living room area for groups to hang out in.The laundry facilities had 3 washers, 4 dryers and a kitchen sink for dishes. The restrooms are older but were clean with 2 shower rooms for men, 2 shower rooms for women. The customer service was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The sites are close together but if you are there as a home base and out adventuring during the day, it s fine. Our neighbors were friendly and polite :)Nearby activities: Zion and Bryce National Parks.

Absolutely loved our stay at Bauers. To be honest, I was quite sick and it was the perfect place to rest along our big journey from Oregon to Oklahoma. The bathrooms are super nice with really HOT water. We picked a spot right next to the bathrooms when we arrived late, so it was nice to be able to get up and shower each day when I was recovering from a pretty bad cold. The wifi works great, the laundry is super nice and open 24/7, and the hosts are really kind and laid back. Super honor system here so it's nice to camp with good people. Also! It's in an apple orchard and they'll tell you which ones are yummiest to eat! It's beautiful in the fall and the day we left we were waived off with a beautiful stressless snow! It's a great location for visiting Zion and Bryce! 45 minutes to Zion and 55 minutes to Bryce. Loved this homey spot!

We are staying here this week. With the cold and snow it was nice the bathrooms and laundry room were heated. I saw the negative review of the non white people and was concerned, but there was no reason to worry. They have been kind and welcoming. It is in a great location to use as a base and see everything in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this park to friends.

For us this was a great place to stay that allowed us to visit Zion NP, Bryce NP and Red Rock Canyon. The lady that checked us in and her awesome daughter "B" were super friendly and helpful. Glendale is a small mountain town with a small town feel. When we checked in we were given a card with the location of the nearest grocery store, tv channels and wifi info. They have a nice laundry area as well as restroom/ shower area. Everything is clean, tidy and well manicured. Great place, nice folks.

I recently stayed there, had a reservation for two nights and only stayed one. Nothing bad to say about the campsite itself. The big drawback for me is that it was remote and I didn't have provisions for dinner for us, so it was ham and cheese sandwiches for dinner. The other drawback for me is that it was very muddy. They had recently had a lot of snow that melted and it was nothing but mud. I don't mind the mud, the campsite was level, but I had to return a clean RV on Friday monring and the mud, for the bit we were there was all over. I couldn't continue to be there and clean it spotless. Just beware, it is remote and the town of Glendale is super tiny.

Spent 3 nights here at the end of July 2022. Visited Zion National Park, which was less than an hour away, the first day and Bryce Canyon National Park the second. Great location to easily do both parks. The utilities worked well, the sites were clean and well-maintainef. The campground was less than half occupied so we had a very quiet and pleasant stay. However, had it been full, the sites are large enough and far apart enough to have privacy. The owner and staff are the real jewels of the park. They are friendly and helpful, but quickly recede into the background to ensure your privacy. We found a stray dog several minutes before departing and the owner and staff were extremely helpful in corralling the dog and finding its owner. We look forward to staying here anytime we are remotely near.

Very nice park in the small town of Glendale. It's within walking distance to everything in town. Don't get excited, there's not much. LOL! The park was nice and clean. Staff friendly. We did not use the laundry or the restrooms, so can't speak to that. The best part is it is about halfway between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park so it's very convenient to stay here and visit both places. Highly recommend.

Convenient place to camp when visiting the area. We spent a few nights here while visiting Bryce and Kanab. It s not fancy, but the bathroom s were clean and the showers were hot. They also had a laundry room and hot water sink to do dishes.

It's always been rather rustic, which we like. But it has deteriorated and not well kept up. But to their credit I heard the owner was in poor health, so it's understandable. Sites aren't super cared for and they are a bit on the crowded. That said, it's very peaceful. We've stayed two prior times and this was sadly more disappointing.

Nice halfway point camp for Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. We have a 35ft class A and while tight we fit and stayed here for 4 days to see the area. It s facilities are a little rundown and the showers had not been cleaned while we were there. However the gounds overall were clean and relatively tidy it could use some TLC.

Great location to explore Zion, Bryce, Grand Staircase Escalante and many other area attractions. Very clean, right off the main road but minimal road noise at night slept with all windows open with no noise problems. Good laundry room. Carlia at the office is very helpful and kind. Only suggestion would be to add fire pits at all sites.

Had a great stay here! Staff is friendly, park is clean and it s centrally located to the National Parks! Only downside of the RV Park was the hookups ..too close to your neighbors Other than that .it s a great place to stay!

Small, family owned and operated. The bathrooms and showers are pretty good. They have a small but nice looking laundry area. The mountain view is nice. They have a small grass area for each RV. That is nice. The tent camp sections are superb. Even though we came with our RV, we walked over to the tent section and checked it out. They are well divided and best of all, FLAT, with grass section for each tent tables, garbage cans and drinking water supplies. Love this place.

This place was awesome!!! The owners are a fantastic family, very welcoming! The facility was super quiet! Full hook ups, perfect! Fires are allowed if you have a free standing fire pit! Bathrooms, showers and laundry was an added bonus. Tons of stuff to do close by, hikes, ATV trails, etc. 25 minutes to Kanab. Will be back in the future for sure!!

Our family visited here in 2016 and again this summer. Beautiful spot not far from Zion or Bryce but off the beaten path a bit. A beautiful tent area that we loved both trips. Nice showers and friendly staff.Thank you!

I have children that are not white. They were playing spike ball in an empty shaded lot and the management made them leave, told them they were bothering people and can only play in an adjacent field. They were not playing loudly, just giggling. My kids felt unsafe the rest of our stay and we did our best to avoid being anywhere but inside the camper.

Awesome RV Campground with full hookups, laundry room, men's and women's bathrooms/showers! Easy check in process! When the temperature was dropping below zero in Bryce Canyon, and their campgrounds were closing, Bauer's RV was a safe place to stay the night! Very hospitable and kind service when we called for information! If you're in the area and need a place to stop for the night, or even several nights, Bauer's won't disappoint!

Green oasis among the mountains and sand. We had full hookups and didn't need to use the shower room but it was available along with laundry room. Situated between Zion and Brice with coral pink sand dune park close by as well. The town of Glenddale is walking distance away.

We had a fantastic stay here. We were here four weeks and were able to visit Vermillion Cliffs, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef and Grand Staircase. All day trips. The park is small but we had plenty of space. Very quiet. Bathrooms and laundry were clean. Gravel park. Grass at every site. Lots of trees with partial shade. Owners and staff extremely friendly and go out of way to accommodate. Wifi was best during day when less people were around. Highly recommend. We stayed in a 40 ft class A MH.

An incredibly comfortable stay. No TV, but you re supposed to be out seeing things anyway, right? With a full park, WiFi was jammed much of the day, but usable enough to get by. No AT&T service, but there is strong cell service up the hill across the street in a pinch. The key to Bauers is a quiet, clean environment, they re easy to work with, and you have great access to Zion s east entrance and Bryce Canyon. Both are less than an hour to a parking spot. There is also a great little creek with a small waterfall and swimming hole that the kids loved.Laundry and showers on site. You re 7 minutes to a grocery store and gas station. If you need a grill, you can grab one at the office. Tent camping looked like a great setup too.

Awesome! This place rescued us from our busy journey. The couple that runs it is fantastic and accommodating. Showers were clean and hot. Nice views. Smaller park. Epic tent camping. Make sure to visit but leave things better than you found them. Great jumping off point for znp.
