Thanks Dearden Motor for the wonderful service! Jared was a very kind and helpful tow man, he deserves a raise! Everyone else in the shop was very pleasant and hospitable while we camped out there with our broken down car. We loved the comfy couches and the great waiting area! They diagnosed the issue quickly and were willing to help in anyway. Thanks again!Ps: We loved the Utah State capitol museum down the street. Definitely check it out if you have time!

Top quality people and incredible customer service!Honestly, working with Dearden Towing has been one of the best overall experiences I've ever had. Their tow truck driver was quick and super kind. They diagnosed our issue and helped us work out all the details of our situation. They went above and beyond the expectation that I had for customer service and made a tough situation seem far better because of it.I would recommend then to anyone in need of service or towing without question. Great experience!

I am grateful for Dearden Towing and Auto Repair. Late yesterday my mother broke down in I-15. She was in a panic and didn t know what to do. Richard and Nate helped her get off road and kept her safe. They diagnosed her car today for free. They were extremely nice and honest. Dearden is 15/10 recommended if you need help in Fillmore. Thank You!

This place was beyond wonderful. My car broke down as I was traveling through with my three young girls and they were so helpful and kind. They even drove us to get my kids food and helped us get a car to rent so that we could continue on our way. I am so grateful to them for their excellent service.

I'm going to try to keep this short, but leaving a 5 star review is the least I can do for this company. It's Christmas Eve, and alternator goes out on my drive from Cedar to Sandy. Just me and my 3 kids. I called a couple places that couldn't help me. When I reached Dearden, Richard sent out a tow and tried to find the part for me... No luck being Sunday/Christmas Eve. Jared picked us up and together Jared and Richard worked on problem solving to get kids and I home. Despite the holiday, Richard towed us all the way home where we had a happy puppers and grateful husband to greet us. The generosity was unreal. The gratitude for Richard and Jared is huge. 100% they would be my go to mechanic if I lived near Fillmore. Good people.

Absolutely wonderful service. Our campervan had transmission problems at night and they towed us to their lot, let us camp there overnight then diagnosed and repaired the van the next morning so we could continue on our camping trip.

AAA sent Dearden towing out to bring us fuel when we ran out 2 miles from a gas station in Meadow tonight. Nathan got there quicker than expected. He made sure to keep us all safe with his lights and where he parked as we worked together to get our diesel started then he followed us in to Fillmore to make sure we got there without any more problems so we could fill up. Thanks Nathan!!

Dearden automotive did a great job on installing airbags on my truck! We had limited time as we were passing through and they got us in quickly gave us a ride to our rv and picked us up later that day. Excellent customer service, affordable pricing and if we ever pass back through Fillmore and have any auto or rv needs, this is our place! Thank you Richard, James and staff for taking such good care of us

Chris was such a huge help, he was happy to take every second he had with us to check out our car in every aspect, absolutely incredible. While they weren t able to solve the problem (albeit a weird one so no harm lol) but they gave us great advice and made sure to send us on our way with good information and a nice tune up. They even fixed our PSI light without us asking! CHRIS YOU NEED A RAISE!!!

Dearden went above and beyond to save our road trip to AZ. We sheared a cam bolt off our independent suspension travel trailer without knowing it. Someone on the highway flagged us down, luckily near Filmore. Ian (and other staff) prioritized us, personally ran down parts they didn't have on hand, and got us on the road again. Can't thank Ian and Dearden Auto Repair enough for helping us! Highly recommend their services.

Our suburban broke down about 30 miles from their shop. They were very timely and getting us to the shop. If you get stuck in the mud at the hotpots - call Deaden Towing, they had a flat rate to get him out ... while some people might be able to get out with a Truck and tow straps - My son needed something else as he was stuck good - friendly, professional, and good at setting his mind at ease

I broke down on the way home around Cedar City and had a AAA tow to Dearden a AAA shop in Fillmore. I called the shop and told the girl that answered the phone that I had my car towed there by AAA 2x. I asked the shop to diagnose a problem that caused the tow. The clerk called me back but i could not understand what she was saying was the problem was so i asked her to email me the work order with the problem. The car was not road worthy and should be towed back was the only thing I understood. I got the invoice from the clerk with no diagnosis and just the labor listed. I emailed a second time to list the problem and didn't get it. I paid 60 for a diagnosis with no diagnosis. I also should have gotten a 10 % AAA discount which i did not. She told me to call AAA too tow it back to me an hour away (Dearden a AAA Tow shop as well) . Now we both know that I am a AAA member for the third time. The tow was pretty fast. When I received the car back, I could see my license plate was missing. The tow driver, Tony himself, said he didn't know what happened but told me to check the front seat. There it was! Someone ripped the plate and frame out mounts and all while in the care of Dearden Auto and Tow. The responsible and professional thing to do would be to put the frame and plate back on. I spent $6.88 to buy new plastic mounts with screws. You owe me $12.88 (the mounts and 10% AAA discount) as well as what your diagnosis found about about the specified problem. A little more care should be taken with peoples cars.Services: Transmission, Car towing

Consumer Warning! Beware Lawsuit Pending! Dearden Motor through its gross negligence placed diesel fuel into my brand new vehicle s engine that takes unleaded gasoline only.Refusal to provide basic insurance carrier information, required under Utah law to be provided upon request, has left me without an operational vehicle 3 months+ and counting.Ample opportunity has been provided for Dearden Motor to accept responsibility, yet ignoring the single, disabled female who is unable to run their own business without having a vehicle seems to be their preferred course of action, as proven for months now.Proceed at your own risk! If you ever have any issue with damages incurred to your vehicle, good luck getting Dearden Motor fo accept responsibility for their actions without filing a claim against their insurance company and corresponding lawsuit to recoup legal costs.Shane on Dearden Motor! A client who did nothing to deserve having their vehicle trashed is the one who sufferers, and their only intention is to save their own costs, after having incurred thousands in damages, on top of ruining someone s brand new vehicle.Services: Car towing, Fuel delivery

Had our Alternator go out 30 miles out of Fillmore. Called Deardens and they had us picked up in less than an hour. It was mid day and they were pretty busy so we booked a hotel for the night expecting them to finish the next day. Got a call from them at 5:30 saying they are going to stay late and finish it so we could get back in the road first thing the next morning! Dropped the vehicle off at about 7 (1 hour after closing) which was fantastic. Great service, caring people. Looked up the repair prices and they were reasonable there as well. Would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are unbelievable and gave the best service I ve ever had. They were there in 35 mins and fixed me up so I could make it back to there shop to fix my trailer. Can t say enough good things about these guys and I highly recommend them to anyone who s broken down between st George and utah county. Call these guys first. They are experienced, work Miracles and we re a pleasure to work with. You guys can come use my boat anytime. You rock and thank you for going the extra mile for me.You rock guysJoe

The transmission went out in my car about three miles outside of Fillmore while on the way to Bryce Canyon for the weekend. Not only was Dearden Towing super fast at getting us towed in, but Jared, our driver, found us a place to stay for free when our funds were pretty low. Our trip didn't go as planned, but Jared and the Dearden Towing and Auto Repair crew took such good care of us. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

These guys literally saved our family vacation! They loaded our family up and took us, our truck, and our boat to their repair shop and got us back on the road! We can t thank them enough! They were there to rescue us off of the side of the interstate very quickly and their service was top notch!

Towed our 30' motorhome to Ely Nevada for transmission repairs and gave us great advice for how to get the new transmission delivered. These guys are awesome and ready to help stranded travelers get their vehicles and road trips rolling down the highway again. Thanks for everything James!

Wonderful towing experience. Richard was so kind and helpful when we broke down. Being from out of state and having car problems is so stressful. After calling AAA, Dearden towing was the best. Prompt, friendly and really cared. Highly recommend!

This place was so awesome!! We had some car problems driving camping for the weekend and they worked well together and with us to brainstorm and find the problem. Our little kids (all 6 and under) had fun playing in their nice waiting room the whole time and we were comfortable and they were so friendly! These guys are awesome. My alternator died 10 miles north of Fillmore on my way St. George. They quickly picked up my van and family of six with their nice and clean flatbed. We settled into their lobby for a couple hours as they replaced the alternator to get us back on the road. A very friendly and professional shop with fair prices. If you're going to break down unexpectedly, Fillmore is a great place to do it .

This place is incredible! My car broke down late at night with my family inside. AAA gave me a hard time about the tow situation but Richard came out to the location and smoothed over all concerns associated. My whole family was able to get in the tow truck and we were transported to the nearest hotel location.Richard took time to help diagnose the problem with my truck before leaving. That night he called to let me know I had left a few items in the tow truck such as a car seat. The next day he had a driver stop by our hotel and drop off the items to us.Thanks to his expertise, I was able to diagnose and fix the fuel pump where I was at and get back on the road again.I'd recommend Duerdens Motor for any services. Customer service is second to NONE. These guys really went out of their way to ease the pain of my situation. God bless the people at Duerdens Motor!Service: Long distance hauling

Our a/c had gone out and it was 92 degrees outside the car and rising quickly as we drove south. No idea how hot it was inside the car, but we couldn't open the windows on I-15 and it was miserable. We had driven 1.5 hours without a/c when we got to Fillmore and I decided to check out Dearden Auto Repair. I couldn't believe it but they took us right away, diagnosed the problem, and re-charged our a/c on the spot. They were friendly, kind, and competent, and did not price gouge me for the service. Dearden towing is the best. I was involved in an accident and everyone was very accommodating and thoughtful through the whole situation. Kyle spent some time comforting my dog (who was absolutely terrified) after the accident, and Kami was kind enough to take us to the shop where we waited to be picked up. Do not hesitate to use these guys, you will be in great hands.
