Had to 911 down from Logan to get a part that I absolutely needed that Sunday, and these guys worked with me and hung out past closing time so I could pick up what I needed. They all seemed super chill and happy to help me out too. I have always had good experiences at NAPA, but this one is my new favorite.

First of all I was told the light bulbs that I put in my SUV were the bright they had but my wife is always telling me that she can't see her lights on the road. 2016, no LEDs then. I was told when I bought them, they have a 5 year warranty. So I went in and asked them about it and they said that their longest warranty is 3 years. And I bought the good ones back then. Well, I had to get her the brightest lights they had so I shelled out almost $80 with a 3 year warranty because either they lied or wouldn't honor what I was told. Next I had to make a second trip into the store because he gave me the wrong ones. He went out of his way to tell me not to touch the bulbs with my hands and for some reason, it may have been a question I asked him or something, he opened the box and while he was trying to get one out of the box, one of his fingers touched the other bulb. What can you do? It is, what it is people. (Auto Zone doesn't offer any warranty on their lights at all)

I bought an engine mount from here that made the whole car vibrate. I swapped it out with an oem one and the car was great again. I asked if I could return the bad mount or at least get store credit. They told me they wouldn t take it back without the original cardboard box which they had left in the rain instead of under the roof of my porch. I shouldn t have thrown away the soggy box it came in and shouldn t have assumed the part was good. I normally have had a great experience with this location but was very disappointed this time around.

Bought a very expensive battery from them that only made it about 2 years before a cell failed. Went back to test/exchange it, but they won t do anything without a receipt. Every other parts chain keeps their own records, but apparently not Napa. Zero customer service whatsoever. Took the battery with me and I won t give them another penny.

There is only a few I like, I make sure I go to those people. There's a lady who has been working there for a long time, don't know her name, but she knows what she's talking about. Thank you!

I love my local Clearfield NAPA. The staff is awesome. They re always friendly and very patient. I feel their prices are very reasonable. Even if they were a little higher priced, I d shop there due to such excellent customer service.

I needed new wiper blades on my Dodge Durango. It was storming and I stopped by NAPA in Clearfield. I asked for help and Mike came out and changed them for me! What great service! He was soaked when he finished and still was pleasant and so helpful. Clearfield NAPA IS the best!

Brought in a dead battery. It died early so they were going to give me a discount on a new one. Because the system had an error they gave me the replacement for free rather than waist both our time. I would highly recommend this auto parts place due to their excellent customer service!

Went to buy a battery specifically because of sale they were having. Price of battery online and in store was 139.99, yet when I checked out I was charged 170.00 for the battery. When I questioned the lady she said the price posted was MSRP and she just charged what comes up in the computer. I told her with the sale my price should have been around 106+ tax and core charge yet I was charged 155$. She said well would you like a refund for the difference . She did refund /charge the correct price but be ware of what you are charged if you shop at the store

I "bought" an awning online to be picked up the next morning at Napa Clearfield Utah. I called the next day to make sure it was ready for pick-up, because it was getting late and I hadn't received an email saying it was ready. Well, they said their inventory was off and that it was needing to be brought in from another store, she (Brittany) told me it would be here Wednesday for sure. Again, no email saying it's ready. So I call, Doug answers and is trying to rush me off of the phone. I explain the situation, reluctantly telling me he would find out where it is. Well, Brittany told the other store that her store would pick it up, it never got picked up. Well, somehow in his head, Doug understood that I wanted to cancel my order as per Mike on the phone later that afternoon. Well, its still not canceled, I don't have an awning and I received an email saying it's ready for pick-up, so I call and they still haven't seen it at all. Not once was I offered a good solution, all I heard was excuses from Mike and Doug about how it wouldn't fit on their delivery vehicle. I will never recommend this store to anyone.

Not my main choice of auto parts store but they Carry some hard to find items but you will pay more than AutoZone or O'Reilly's.

I love these guys. Been coming here since I was in high school when it was Tom's Autoparts. They know me and they take care 9f me. Very knowledgeable and they always ask questions to make sure they get you the right parts.

Tried these guys after seeing a sale price on oil I needed. Not only did I get what I needed (and more) but got phenomenal customer service with a knowledgeable staff. Great selection and prices. Much, much better than the "usual" auto parts store.

Store has posted hours (online and physically on the door) that it closes at 6pm on Saturday. I arrived at 5:50pm and the store was already closed. Call ahead so you don't make an unnecessary trip.

Summary: Slow/Poor service and was surprised when employee kind of racially stereotyped the customer he was helping in front of me.My Story: I really wanted to find a place I can call my shop to buy parts. I really hoped it would be this Napa. Google reviews were good and it sounds like they are independently owned. But on my first visit I realize their service to non-professional mechanics is not what people say it is.I came in 7 mins after opening and one guy was at the counter helping someone (A professional mechanic) with four parts. As I stood there holding a 3 impact extension and wanting to also buy one pair of brake pads I spent the next 14 minutes as this guy shoots the breeze with this customer instead of getting the job done.Joking with the customer about how he needs to learn and speak English (Customer was Hispanic and spoke very clear English with a slight accent ) and how he was dirty. Customer looked well groomed and clean clothing. Not sure if that was meant as a racial joke (dirty M.) but after the previous one it was hard not to think it. I m not Hispanic and I ve worked construction and heard all the jokes. I wasn t offended and I bet they were good friends and there is no hard feelings. I m just surprised it was said in front of customers. I was more unhappy they spent the time joking instead of getting to business. He occasionally type something on the computer but obviously was not in a mood to getting the job done. After that wait and even though I already heard another guy in the back, the first guy finally gets the other guy to come to the front counter. Then I spend the next 10 minutes with this guy who was not competent enough to follow the number system and find a pair of common brake pads. Without getting angry I politely said I needed to leave. I then put the impact extension back on the shelf myself. I walked out without buying anything. Drove to O Reillys and five minutes later had my parts.I think I will try Auto Value Auto Parts in Clearfield next. See if they value non-professional customers.

I like this Napa the gentleman that work here are very knowledgeable they're all older gentleman so they know a lot of old-school tricks when it comes to mechanics work as well and different tools that will get the same job done plus you don't have to spend an arm and a leg in pricing because they have different solutions for the same idea to get the job done but she's very nice he just don't find that anymore will definitely recommend and definitely I will be back

I've always enjoyed the quality of their parts, however their customer service has gone downhill, they rely too much on their program which I can tell you is not 100% accurate. My advice to them is listen to the customers that know their stuff, chances are they know more about their car than you do.By the way The Plymouth Duster (and the Dart sport) DID came optioned with a 360 in 1974, it replaced the 340. Talk to any Mopar muscle enthusiast and they will tell you.***Update***On 4/13/2015:I went back there recently, their service has improved greatly. They're now willing to answer your questions better without the surly response and are willing to work with you.

Doug is my man. He's super helpful and will, most likey, answer the phone if you call. He knows what's up and will do what he can to find whatever you need. There's also a handful of other awesome employees there who really know their stuff.

We came in close to closing to get a belt and it wasn't on stock. The store called to the Layton store, made sure they had it and let them know we were coming. Thank you

This was Tom's Auto Parts at one time. They merged with Napa Auto Parts. Their parts are better quality than many other large corporate past companies. You get the feel of a local company with the backing of the larger corporate world. Staff have been working there for many years and offer experience which those other companies cannot offer, since there is always someone new at other companies.

I've never been to this NAPA and I probably won't be back. I called 10 minutes before I went in and I received different answers once I got there. Wasn't impressed with my purchasing experience either. I didn't enjoy the customer service at this store. I found myself feeling frustrated after the experience.

I think of this location as my good old boy auto part store. This is my too for everyday and tough to find parts. Napa parts and great friendly service. Doug is always a huge help.
