I took my car there and got it back finished in one day. My fenders have been falling apart for so long I started to hate my car and even neglected the interior. All my repairs were done beautifully and it cost exactly what was estimated. I was so happy to have my car back looking like new I couldn t wait to clean the neglected interior but when I opened the door to get in THEY ALREADY DETAILED IT LIKE NEW! I m so happy with my entire experience here. My car is in better condition than when I bought it. Thank you all so much.

In the last 3 months I was backed into, rear ended AND a deer ran out in front of me on my way to Colorado (everyone is completely safe but my car obviously took the worst of it). Perks is absolutely amazing and they fixed everything right away upon two separate occasions, and my car looks as good as new! Two of the accidents were paid for in cash, and the other was covered with insurance and all three transactions were super smooth. They got the parts in and car fixed in such a reasonable time. Perks was the only body shop that would give me an estimate without an appointment. The estimate was about what the insurance estimated for the repairs to the hood of my car. The finish work was perfect. It looks like it was never damaged.

Walked in to the office asking for an estimate and the only smiling employee was a female.The man who seemed reluctant to help me was aloof, no introduction. After following him out the door, again, no word, and showing him my vehicle he walks around it to inspect it for estimate: "$8,000.00"I could've given him the estimate I had and asked him to match it which included the replacement of the bumper and some minor work but in my mind he wasn't worth the effort. I thanked him for the estimates and let him know that.As I got into my car and drove out of the parking lot I said inside the car, "Hell no. Not here. Not ever. And you're gonna get a 1-star rating."

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND- I was in a car accident on January 13th my car was towed to a different shop. I had perks tow it to them because of the good things I had heard about this shop. I finally got my car back after 3 � months. When I picked up my car (Friday) half of the things that they billed for and charged my insurance were not completed. I spoke with Kelly and he said bring back on Monday and we will fix it. Monday (3/27) I went to drop off my car, said I wanted to speak to the owner Chris. Chris came out of his office and told me he does not want my car and cannot get parts to fix it at this time. No apology. When I asked why did you not call me and update me before I drove here, got a ride to take me home? He stated "I did not see a reason". Again, No apology, no " this is how I am going to make it right" and then walked away from me.The total bill charged for the damage was $12, 617.64. Items wrong on my car that they billed for- $1770 to fix the ABS light- they just zip tied the wire in place. $137.50 to fix my front wheel that was hit by the other vehicle. They just moved it to the back hoping I would not notice. Multiple clips missing. The front grill that was replaced did not get clipped in or placed correctly and it is just hanging. The interior detail I requested because food I just bought and a large drink flew all over the front seat was performed poorly and stains are all over. My front mat is hard as a rock from the Dr. Pepper drink that spilled. I have attached images of all the damagesI paid cash for my $500 deductible so they did not have to pay credit card process fees that Chris had complained to me before about. Chris is a great guy. Gave me am estimate on my corvette damage. He even took the time to tour me around his shop and answer questions about thier works in progress. I recommend them.

We've had two cars fixed here. They did a wonderful job on both. They are all good to work with and know their business. Because of their previous work we have now taken a third job to them. I know it will turn out great. Thanks perks employees for all your help.

I'm a car guy, we take our Perk's painted Chevelle to car shows and collect awards. I can spot other shops' bad bodywork/paint a mile away, it would drive me insane to have bad work on one of our vehicles. Perks has exclusively done work for me for 45 years, including: repaint 74 Duster, rust fix on 79 Accord, custom paint on 88 Accord, shipping damage repair on brand new 92 F250, complete paint on 68 Chevelle, sideswipe repair on 97 Infiniti, and head-on crash (drunk driver) repair on 2004 Volvo that I still drive 15 years later because it was repaired like new. Most recent was a bumper repair (I bumped a pole, my fault, d'oh!) on a 2015 Infiniti. My insurance company only listed "their" shops (kickbacks?) but I told them no way, Perk's only. The repair work was flawless just as I expected Perk's to do.

I recommend Perk's. We have taken two of our cars there for body repairs. Neither time did we use insurance, and we were pleased with the price quoted. Perk's stuck to the price and did a good job. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quickly the repairs were done on both occasions. On the last one, they even detailed the inside of my car, when there repair was for the bumper. I was incredibly surprised and happy they did that at no extra charge.

We had our fan stolen and when it was recovered it was totally trashed. I was really overwhelmed thinking about how I had to go about dealing with the insurance and repair and whatnot. Thankfully my insurance agent told me that they work with Perks and I should take it there. It is only 5 minutes from my house so I thought great. Chris met with me and took the time to walk around the entire vehicle with me and talk about everything that needed to be repaired on it. I asked him what he needed me to do on my part for the insurance and he said he would handle everything from then on. You guys, as if doing $8,000 of repair on a vehicle is hard enough, imagine trying to do it during COVID when so many of your suppliers and factories are shut down for weeks at a time. Even though things took longer than any of us had hoped for, when I got my van back it was in better condition then when I had it stolen. The body work on it was prestine and everything works great on it. The customer service is impressive! They were so kind to quickly write an estimate for my vehicle that was crashed into, while parked. The estimate was explained and compared with one from the insurance company, just to make sure I wasn t taken advantage of. Very grateful for their kindness and honesty. Thank you Perks!

I got into an accident...someone rear ended me... not my fault...but we took it her for repair and it was so easy and no problems what so ever... my car looks brand new..sound and drives great since they fixed it. Walked in,handed them my keys, sign a piece of paper and 2 weeks later...because of covid... my part came in and it was fixed. Went and picked up key and all is well. Nice friendly service with no hassle. Thank you so much!

Recently I was recipient of someone else's grill on my car's rear bumper. I obtained two bids for the repair. Perk's was the best price and quoted a day shorter time frame for the repair, so I chose them (even though the owner of the grill's insurance was paying for it). I was so happy with their service. They completed the work on time, and more importantly, did an excellent job. To my surprise, they also cleaned my car inside and out!! Wonderful customer service. I have already recommended them to my friends.

I can t rave enough about Perks! I got quotes from 4+ companies and not only was perks the best priced but their customer service from day one was outstanding! The finish job looked brand new - great quality of work. We had zero problems with Perks :-) Totally recommend!!

Chris and his staff are great to work with! They go above and beyond and do some of the best work I have ever seen. Pay no attention to the negative reviews. With something like a paint job, I have no problem waiting for quality work like this and they delivered just as promised. They have gained a customer for life!

We had our car stolen and when found it had damage on the outside and inside. Took it to Perks and they were upfront and honest about everything. They walked around the car with me and they were willing to answer all of my questions even when asking multiple times.Great shop and great people, I'll be taking my car there again if any work is required.

These guys were quick . I walked in on a bumper issue the guy there came out and looked at my vehicle. Gave me a fair price and scheduled me an appointment. I highly recommend these guys if you need a quick quote and fair price!! Recommended from my dealership which I thought was humorous ,But ok.lol

I don't usually review businesses, but I had such a great experience that I have to say something. The owner was flexible and worked with me on some special requests. When I came to pick up my truck it was washed, inside and out, even though I just needed minor exterior work. Quality was great. Service was great. Worth the wait if their schedule is full.

My first impression of this place wasn't good. Every time I walk in, the receptionist is unfriendly. It's a little off-putting at first, but I guess that's the way she is. Anyway, this was just the precursor to the poor customer service I received from this place. My vehicle was hit while parked and needed some repairs to the rear bumper and trunk. While they did a decent job at the actual body and paint work, there was overspray all over my rear windshield. In addition, my traction control light was on. No one made mention of it when I picked up my vehicle. I had to bring it up. I was naive enough to listen to the suggestion that driving for a few days will turn the light off. No, it never turned off and now I'm stuck with a pesky traction control light. It was obviously not related to the accident or the repair, but I strongly feel that Perk's was responsible for the light and they simply refuse to make good on this. When I called them, they told me I had to get an inspection to determine whether the light was related to the repair. I'm not paying money to do that! I gave up because the car seems to drive fine. To make matters worse, they wiped down my head unit and left this residue that was very difficult to clean off. I appreciate the thought of wiping it down to keep it clean, but it seemed more of a hassle than a considerate action.So, in light of the unfriendly staff, the residue, the overspray, and their unwillingness to fix the light issue on principle, I would not go to Perk's again or recommend them. It's clear they don't value integrity or workmanship. Take your business elsewhere.

Great, friendly service. The wheel well on my Corolla broke, and needed to be replaced. They square me in for the next week. Said to plan on a 4 hour wait, and it only took them 2 hours. Also, one of the parts they'd thought was broken wasn't, so I paid $100 less than estimated. The only dislike of this whole experience was my car smelled like a guy for a few minutes afterwarda. No biggie. Very satisfied.

I ve never had to file an insurance claim for an accident before. They took the claim information, did the repairs in under a day, and then updated the appraisal directly with my insurance for the updated cost. They made a relatively frustrating experience painless and they handled everything for me. Very grateful for their hard work!

My truck was in an accident, 100% the other guys fault. I was told that it would be in on a certain date and it did not get into the shop for weeks after wards. Then I was told repeatedly that it would be done and when I called to confirm it was done I was informed it would be another week, twice. They did not replace the fog lights. The head light wasn't adjusted once they installed the new one, had to do that myself. The ball joints, tie rods, and left hub were shot and they said that since they are wearable parts they cannot replace them. Since those parts were bad they could not align it. When they took it to get aligned they ran it out of fuel. So I got my truck back and had to put almost 1000 dollars into it and finish fixing it myself, then go get it aligned. I would not recommend perks and I will never take any of my vehicles back. It was a waste of my time and money. Unless you prefer to get your vehicle back and have to work on it to finish fixing everything they didnt.
