I have been taking my vehicles to Cutting Edge for a few years now for oil changes, engine repairs and services and tires. They do an awesome job keeping me informed on what my cars need. The crew they have there are friendly and amazing. They answer my questions without talking in circles or pressuring me into buying products or services I don't need. I highly recommend this shop!

We have used Cutting Edge for a few years and have not been disappointed. They give suggestions on work that needs to be done, but are not pushy about it. They also have great prices!I do wish they were open on Saturdays, it makes scheduling appointments difficult when we work during the week

Staff is super friendly. I feel like they are efficient and quick at ordering parts that needed for the repairs. They used to have a kid table with some toys but since their remodel, it looks like they got rid of it, just an FYI with parents that have young kids. There is a a lot of seating in the waiting area though with comfortable chairs and it is clean and well organized so that young kids can't get into anything they shouldn't. Highly recommend them!

Thank you for ALWAYS treating me with respect when I come in!!! My experience with other mechanic shops I ve been talked down to and never wanted to go back. I have always been treated with RESPECT at Cutting Edge Auto!!! I APPRECIATE that every time I ve come in with a problem Rubin has greeted me with so much genuine friendliness and THE BEST customer service!!! Also I APPRECIATE the mechanics taking to my Jeep & explaining to me everything they did & what they suggest!!!I appreciate everyone at Cutting Edge Auto so much! They go the extra mile!!! Thanks guys!!!

We used to love Cutting Edge and took all our cars there. But for some reason either management or ownership has changed. The employees have as well. They overcharged us on checking out our car. As well as acting shady about repairs and using terms no auto shop worth their salt would ever say. They attempted to bully my wife into additional repairs that our car didn't need. I will never go back here again.

My dad had a car with 100k miles on it that was 20 years old. It started having a few problems so he took the car to several repair shops. Nobody could fix his car but they took his money over and over again. Finally my dad got frustrated and bought another car. My dad then sold the original car to my son. We worked on the car for 6 months but couldn't find the problem. We finally took the car to Cutting Edge. We've had a few medical bills recently and didn't have much to sink into this car. Travis was great! They diagnosed the problem and several others. We were given a list and a bid for each item. We asked which items needed immediate attention and which items could wait for a few months until we can save up to fix them as well. I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of how we were treated. We were able to make an informed decision that didn't break the bank. We will definitely take all our cars to Cutting Edge for any of our car needs. That means maintenance and not just repairs. Thank you so much !!!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I would highly recommend them for any and all of the regular maintenance needs of your vehicle. The shop is very clean and and modern. They only perform the work you authorize them to but will do a full inspection and make suggestions regarding minor repairs needing attention. Your choice to have them done now or schedule for another day. Thank you guys for taking good care of my truck and I will absolutely use again. 5 stars!

Cleanest shop in town. This shop has always been on the up and up with me when it comes to car repairs. I ve done everything from oil changes to new tires and a few things in between. I was a little concerned when I heard the shop had a new owner but after my visit the other day I feel like the honesty and integrity are going to remain in place. Jason and Caymon are well skilled mechanics and are always keeping up on anything new when it comes to keeping our cars on the road. Thanks guys and keep up the great work. (Scott)

I have never had a bad experience here. The inspections are always very detailed with videos/pictures regarding what is happening and why they're recommending the repair. They've never demanded repairs that weren't necessary and have always provided options. Costs of labor and parts are always shocking at any shop, and there is no difference here - but anyone who has been helping me (literally the whole crew) has always called around and got the best bang for your buck price that they can still guarantee by their warranty. And honestly, that has always been worth the extra money by itself.100% thank you guys for your service for the last few years. I've sent people your way, and I absolutely hope you get more.

My wife and I have had great experiences with Cutting Edge since 2018 both personally and through our business. The customer service is great, everyone is super helpful, our vehicles are done within a couple of days if not the day of, and repairs are reasonably priced. We recommend Cuttjng Edge to all our friends and family looking for an auto shop!

They were beyond excellent. My father owned his own auto shop Moto s Car Care in Ogden. He used to work on my cars, but age and vision loss has prevented him from working on my cars anymore. This has left me without a reliable mechanic for years. I bought my car to Cutting Edge Auto Care and I have not felt as much trust in the quality of the workmanship since my father was working on my cars. I would recommend them to everyone. It feels as though quality work is a matter of honor to them.

Just had Cutting Edge Auto Care service the transmission and replace a leaking transmission coolant line on my pickup truck. They did a great job. The cost was OK. I m happy with the service I get from Cutting Edge.

Thank you for taking care of my vehicle! Ruben and Travis were thorough in finding the root issues and were quick to fix the problems.Side note: As a woman, I rarely find shops that credit the fact that I work on my own cars and motorcycles and I know what I am talking about and most will just out right ask to talk to my husband to explain things. That being said, I didn't feel talked down to or disrespected and carried on mechanical conversation with both of them. I will happily recommend these guys and will continue to come back. Thank you. It genuinely means a lot to me.

10/10 would recommend taking your vehicle to Cutting Edge Auto Care. I started taking my truck to them last year and haven't gone anywhere else since.. and don't plan to. They are professional, efficient and provide great customer service.

As always Cutting Edge Auto Care does a wonderful job on repairs. I can't speak more loudly about this place. If your looking for a honest repair shop that won't find things that don't need repairing or charge you for something you dont need when you think something should be repaired but doesn't need to be. Then this is the place to bring your auto or truck. It's hard to find a repair shop that honest. The staff there are great. I have come to.this place when they started out.This place has boomed with business and the reason is they are honest, do great repairs and stand by their work. Kudos to Jason, Ruben, Kanon. Justin and the rest of the great staff.

Got an oil change everyone was great..professional and kept me up to date on progress. Clean and very attractive waiting room. 48$ synthetic oil change with coupon from local ad magazine. I was very happy so far with their service

Used to come here regular to get emissions done. One of the cars is 1998 and has been there several times for emissions. Today I ve been advise they can only do 1999 and newer but the suggestion given was to take it to any other place to have emissions done because they will be able to help me.

The guys are great friendly and very knowledgeable. I trust their opinion and will keep them as my mechanics in the future. They have always done good work, and have warrantied it. Their shop and waiting area is the cleanest and friendliest around.

I went in for an oil change, not only did they take care of that for me but they also pointed out other issues that I should take care of. They gave me written estimates of what needed to be done and gave me the option to schedule an appointment to have them taken care of, great customer service.

The entire staff was great! I dealt with Bryson directly and he was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The service was fast and prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!

This is a great honest shop! I m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to working on cars and I trust Jason with any of my cars after the work he did for me. I bought a trailblazer but was having some type of electrical issue with it. I ve done hours of research and diagnosing myself but I had no choice but to hand it off to a shop. I hardly use anyone to work on my cars because I ve had bad experiences or they just rack up hours hoping to find the issue.Jason was working on my car and man was he great! He took the time to describe what his thoughts were on it and some different ideas to try. With him talking on the phone with me and discussing all the details he was doing I knew he was being truthful with his diagnosis. He did find the solution and quoted me a great price.I appreciate the communication that you had with me and I ll be recommending your shop to anyone that has issues and needs a quick fix.
