The staff was very helpful when picking up our car from the nearby towing company. We couldn't reach the towing company but the auto body staff was so helpful when we were needing help after a holiday. They each went out of their way to try to help reach the tow company and helped us through the process to get our vehicle. The tow company could learn a few things about running a business and I hope they pay the auto body employees for doing the tow company's job. If I need auto body work, I'd return to this place based on how helpful they were when they didn't need to be. Thank you for your great service and kindness.

Tomorrow day 8 my husbands car will have sat at Dewaal & sons body shop. First it s the battery then today, day seven it s something else. Mechanic was supposed to call him Friday, then Saturday, nothing. This is the worst mechanic shop we ve ever had to deal worth in our lives. It s so unprofessional. I will never use them again.Just communicate. You told my husband you were staying late to fix it last Friday and that you would have it delivered to our house Saturday. But we didn't hear anything. We just want to know what's going on. text, phone call, email.You were so quick to respond on Google, why not just pick up the phone?Services: Electrical, Battery

Been a great experience so far, easy to work with, quick to do a bid and he was very responsive with my insurance to get it all done fast. Pricing was very fair, I had several different quotes and his was very competitive

Called to get a tow on a vehicle. Asked where they were based out of to try to help with timelines and scheduling of other people. Guy chewed me out for asking and told me to go elsewhere and hung up.Lots of tow companies. I d recommend using someone else - like they recommended.

Matt and his crew are at the top of their game. They repainted my Cadillac's hood and trunk where there had been damage, and also repaired the driver door handle. Their attention to detail was remarkable and the finished product was excellent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Our car was there for MONTHS with no action being taken on it at all. We would call every one to two weeks to hear excuse after excuse about why work wasn't being done, or lie after lie of what "work" was being done. Finally went out to demand to see action on the vehicle. He wasn't able to show me accurate parts for the vehicle for the repair that wasn't getting done. He told me that our steering column was being "soaked" for removal. I had my hands in the engine compartment, asking where I should be feeling this "soaking" happen. He was still trying to lie to my face as I reached through cobwebs to feel around our completely dry as a bone engine compartment. Once he realized he couldn't lie his way through it, he just walked inside and didn't come back out. Ended up having our vehicle towed off his property as it wouldn't even start again after sitting for months. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Dewaal and sons did the paint correction on my 2022 GMC Sierra AT4 after a car wash scratched both sides. They were detailed and thorough and did what needed to be done to bring the shine back to my truck. Check these guys out for your body work needs.

Great service and quality of work. They were fabric to work with, how ever due to shortage of parts the repair took longer than anticipated. Also, highly recommend calling frequently to get updates as well as they are busy.

Extremely unprofessional! First off, I went in a couple weeks ago to get a bid on a dent that a neighbor made in our car. The man there wrote me up a quote. Said it wouldn t cost much because it could be a paintless repair and wouldn t take long. Took the quote to my neighbor who offered to pay for the damages. After settling with them I went back into to have the dent repaired and they wouldnt honor the quote! The man there said that the guy who wrote me up the quote didn t know what he was doing because he was just his helper and shouldn t have done it. What?! I explained my situation about having already collected the money from my neighbor based on that quote and he just said, yeah, that s too bad. I m sorry. He went on to say that it would actually cost about $300 MORE than what I was quoted to have it fixed right because he actually doesn t do paintless repairs and would need to sand it down and repaint to make it look good. With no intension to help make it right or cut me some kind of deal to have it done right, I left. What a joke!
