Not first time. but usually have a huge backlog of line. I have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours. Can t blame the workers they are running to get to finish the orders. Pathetically managed. If short staffed make sure Don t give the time slot. Make sure you have a managed set of people as and when the backlog increases.

Great selection. It almost always has all the products I need and a lot of the products are at great prices. I give 4 stars because there are a few items that I've had to buy that were either out of stock or pricy (also because the store doesn't accept Google Pay/mobile payment options). Overall I've had an amazing experience.

Great Walmart! This Walmart is huge with pretty much everything you will need. The layout is easy to figure out. Employees were nice and helpful.

Always clean and associates very friendly. Love the spaciousness and many numerous products. Prices at Walmart have MANY items cheaper than I could get at a military commissary or exchange. Biggest upset was buying a bike helmet at Travis AFB, California for $46.50 then finding the exact same helmet at Walmart for $38-. Even the $1.98 avocado was $.84 @ Walmart.

I love the associates at this Walmart. Even those shopping for pick-up orders take the time to help you find something.

The crowd sucks and the parking sucks but all in all it's really not that bad of a Walmart the one and only complaint I have living in a place that gets as moist as it does around here and as many basement apartments as there is including mine it would be nice to have more dehumidifiers that I don't have to order on Amazon or spend 300.00 at Ace's hardware for it , so I guess the only complaint would be more product available.

I purchased a Shark Steam Mop, the only box of this product on the shelf but looked like it hadn't been opened.Got it home and when I pulled everything out it was CLEARLY used, the tank was full of vinegar, the cord was just jammed in next to the unit, one of the pads was full of someone else's gross floor scum.Needless to say, I was upset that I even had to take this back, but I did.What is going on here? Someone didn't do their job in checking the contents of the box when the last person brought back this used product. And then someone put it right back on a shelf for sale.These are the reasons why I consciously choose not to go to Walmart very often, looks like I should try to go there even less.

Walmart Cedar City has really improved. More products are in stock. Checkout is much faster due to some innovative rearragements. Produce department remains well stocked and managed with fresh fruits and vegetables. Still a vast selection of products and still lower prices! Best of all a friendly and helpful staff. Management has really stepped up to make a better shopping experience in the past few months!

Very clean, organized and proper Walmart I ve been to in a while. Great job with the upkeep of the store. Sadly, a few workers face looked downcast and that can affect the atmosphere of the place, but they were still helpful. Otherwise, good experience.

Perfect but crowdedddd..... everything 99% of what I need was available!!! Nice!!! Organized!!! Stop micro managing me at the check out...I'm no thief just because of my race!!! Stop that!!! Other than that keep up the good work only!!!

My shopping experience was good but I went to checkout and Seth at the front is the RUDEST employee I have ever seen. I was talking to one of the associates and Seth came up to her and literally YELLED at her and she looks GENUINELY scared. She was being so kind to me but he almost left her in tears. Never want to see Seth again while at Walmart.

Avoid the tire shop like the plague. Asked employees where to park our trailer so we can get a tire fixed on the truck only for them to pull the truck out to move the trailer. It would take long to hitch the truck back then it would be to just fix the tire. Asked Richard to speak to a store director and his only response was not to speak to him like that then he told the guys in the shop to pull in the truck in and work to get it fix.. we really appreciated the extra hour sitting in the parking lot.

I don't mind more self checkouts, but the new setup it kinda disorienting. I hope they build another store soon cuz it's always so crowded and they are out of items often.

Made an on-line grocery order. I checked in and waited for 45 minutes for my order, watching 3 cars on each side of me come and go with their order. After 5 phone calls, I finally got a manager to talk to me. I told him how long I had been there waiting and he said his computer showed I had just barely checked in. No apologies from them, nothing. This place is a complete joke. Nothing will change.

This store has gone downhill considerably in the past couple of years. Nobody ever is around to help, this new insanity they call a check-out was not thought out well AT ALL, the shelves are rarely stocked, and the personal shopper people are rude and make shopping difficult.I dread having ro go there. I try hard to get my stuff at Smith's and other stores first.

Clean and well stocked. Fairly helpful staff. This location is usually somewhat busy so allow a little extra time. Good freeway access.

If you love feeling like an animal. No customer service. 30 minute wait in lines.They jam as many people into the store as possible. This is the place for you!!! And if you do the pickup orders, plan on missing items or getting the wrong items. This walmart sux. Too bad they don't have to compete with anyone.

So i left mobetahas from my friends car and went through the sheep tunnels so my friends would be like what the heck how did he get to Walmart so fast, long story short i ended up walking (and part running) 5 miles cause they just abandoned me

This walmart is usually pretty clean. I've never had a problem with workers and often they are stocked when I'm there. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner though.

Its really gross and the checkout lines are HUGE if you are there during rush hour. Just dirty and you can tell that some of the workers don't want to be there.

Usually have what I need but I m not a fan of the long lines caused by no more cashiers.Not a fan of doing their jobIt should be an option whether I want to bag my own groceries and play cashier

I don t normally go to Walmart and certainly don t post about it when I do, the customers were so smiley at this one and I think part of it may be the banging check out lanes. Haven t seen anything like it, ever.

Nobody can effectively help you without asking 5 others how to do it an customer service is the worst. Almost 90% don't even speak english or is extremely limited in english.

They have changed the checkouts so that there a billion self checkout registers and two regular checkouts at best. I don't work there yet they are making me an involuntary unpaid employee.

My husband is disabled and there was 8 broken scooters. A manager told him the person that fixes them is out of town. How can 8 be broken at the same time? It is a big disservice to someone with a disability trying to shop there.

Just redid check out stations. Took a bit to get use to but seems to flow better.

It's busy but it's Walmart can't complain, it's a shopping center, I don't like how you now have to check yourself out when you shop, they have maybe 3 cashier's there other then that you have to go through self checkout
