My car badly needed a headlight respiration so asked finding out Walmart had a service for it I went by to ask questions about it. Depending on how bad it might take a few hours, can t get wet within the first 24 hours after, and is less than $30 per vehicle. With how bad mine were I expected to be waiting for three hours but waited for about half that and got to get some work done on my phone while waiting. Only thing I will say was weird was when I got the text that my car was ready and went to pay. The man at the counter couldn t find my keys or paper work. After some time one employee from the bay finally dropped my keys in the office and he found my paperwork under a name no where close to mine. He did get it quickly sorted about and made it to where from now on my correct name should be used. I highly recommend getting your headlight restored at Walmart. It was a fair price, quicker than I though and well worth it.

Pulled up to the auto care center on Sunday. We were the only car there that was getting a tire change. There's one other doing an oil change. They have 5 staff walk around bumping into each other. We waited for 3 hours after picking out the tires and doing a little bit of shopping then the associate came in and decided to tell us that they were trying to get a contact with us which is a lie. We ever got notifications, they had my phone number. Nothing ever happened of it. And she consistently said that she was trying to reach out over the intercom. Or try through text message After 3 hours of waiting for our car to be done and waiting in the waiting room for a good hour and a 1/2. Not a single thing came about it. They haven't even started the job and they nothing but excuses about not quoting us the right tire price and left Ius high and dry with out reaching out to us and we waiting in there waiting room of the auto service only 5 feet from the service desk. This place is full of liars, cheats and kids that don't know what they are doing. And the managers just say( sorry I was not here so I can't help you) Walmart your a joke

We called in to see if we could get our oil changed and our tires rotated, they told us they were not busy and they could do that. We got there about 5 and there was one other vehicle in the bay, the guy checking us in told me they were short handed and could only do the oil change. They got done a little after 6. When we went to pick up the vehicle, there was only one vehicle in the bay with no other vehicles waiting for service. There was one guy working on the vehicle and 3 other guys standing around talking in the bay, plus one guy outside the bay taking on his phone. I'm super annoyed that they were obviously not short handed or busy and they could have gotten my tires rotated. Now I have to go back on another day to get it done, which is a pain in the butt.

Richard C was super helpful, he had already clocked out before I asked if we could have a new car battery installed in less than an hour and they said no until Richard was like, I m already clocked out. I ll just go out and do it before I go. Super nice guy!! They tested to see if it was indeed our battery that needed replacing and put the new one in for free. Give Richard a raise!

Every time we call, the woman on the phone is always very short and a little rude. We ve tried to get snow tires put on one of our cars but she says that they re booked out with appointments. We ve asked if we could schedule an appointment and she says no? They don t take appointments? It just doesn t make any sense. We ve had this conversation three times now.

Worst tire shop in the history of tire shops. First time we came here we made an appointment. We got in line and waited about 20 minutes only for them to tell us because we bought the tires somewhere else we had to go to the back of the line. This time we call they say come in before 5:30 and we will take care of you. I got there and went inside the very nice lady behind the counter told me that they just had two people cancel and that they would definitely have time before they closed due my truck. I went outside and talked to the technician and he told me that he could do only two tires and not four. He was going to literally do two tires and then make me come back the next day to do the other two. That literally makes zero sense. I went back inside to speak to the young lady behind the counter to get my tires and take them with me and I look outside and the guys checking in someone driving a car to have their tires changed. Stay away from this place. Especially the guy in The mask

If I could give zero stars I would, but I can t so one star it is. I called a day in advance to make an appointment and to double check that they had my size in tires. The lady confirmed that they had them and the number matched exactly to my current tires. I live out of town 3 hours so it was quite a drive to get them done. When I arrived I told them had an appointment and they said that my tires were not in stock and that they couldn t replace them. Overall that s just disrespectful, rude and a waste of my time. I hope that other customers get treated better than I did.

Service writers definitely the worst, you can wait over half an hour outside waiting for someone to come talk to you. If you go inside you can still wait up to half an hour to talk to you even if there is no one else in line

Absolutely terrible service. Made an appointment the day before to have a spare swapped with a new Wal-Mart tire that was supposedly in stock. Upon arrival the next day the lethargic service writer says my appointment is canceled because I'm not purchasing a Wal-Mart tire... which actually I am ?? I proceed to wait and after an hour and taking several walk in's before me I decide to just buy the tire and have it mounted somewhere else. At that point they tell me it's not in stock despite telling it was the day before and scheduling an appointment. Complete waste of time, and Absolutely No service from the lethargic staff. I cannot emplor you enough to avoid this service center!

My wife made an appointment to change tires at 11am today. She showed up on time and they did not honor that time slot. They were being rude to her about it. They are currently just standing around the car talking instead of working on it after she has been waiting for an hour and a half pass the original appointment. No discount or compensation is being offered for the inconvenience. We are never bringing our cars back to this place.

We went there to get a tire fixed after it went flat while we were traveling to st George. They accepted the tire and told us to expect a text from them after a two hour wait. They never sent the text and went home without giving us any update of any kind. Wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.

Having issues with tires I got from Walmart, kept losing air. No reason for the leak was found. I asked if they would reseat the bead. The only place it could be leaking from. They wanted to charge me. I asked if they warranty they work. I was told "NO, Walmart does NOT warranty their work." Mechanic were nice but seem to not really know what was going on....Would not recommend. NOW knowing, if they do something wrong that they will not fix.Service: Tires

I waited for 3.5 hours for a flat tire repair and finally gave up and left when they still hadn't started the service. They were so incompetent they didn't know the wheel lock key is kept with the spare tire. Also rude when I asked for status updates.Service: TiresService: Tires

I wish less than one star was an option. Took my car in for a last minute oil change (my fault for waiting until the last minute and having to use Walmart). When they finished, they told me my skid plate was falling off and missing bolts. As I drove away i could hear the aluminum plate dragging in the ground. My car is BRAND NEW, and I have never heard any noises. They denied that it was them that messed it up. Upon taking it to another shop the next day it was confirmed that instead of appropriately removing the part of the plate needed to change the oil, they ripped it off with force and tore the aluminum off the body making it very difficult to fix. DO NOT USE WALMART. pay a few more $$ and go to a better shop.Services: Tires, Oil change

The shop closes at 7 on Fridays, so I call at 530 to ask how busy they are and when they stop taking vehicles. I'm told they're not busy and if I'm there by 630 they can get me in. I'm there at 545. I can see why he told me to come down because there's only one car in the whole shop. There's an employee wandering around outside. He approaches my truck to tell me they can't take it in. I say, "I just called, they told me to come down," and he says "Well, we can't take it." I go inside to talk to the kid that I just spoke to on the phone, but he just deferred to the first kid. I ask for the shop manager, he also says no, even after I explained that I called. It had something about having tires to do on the other car. I ask for the store manager, he also had the wrong answer. Nobody cared that I had just called and was told to come down. It takes 15 minutes for one person to change oil. It took 30 minutes for 4 employees to argue with me about why they won't do it. So I left, 45 minutes before the shop closed. As I drove away, the kid I first spoke to was still standing around outside chit-chatting with a couple of his buddies. Talk about @$$h0le$!

Dishonest as sin. Went in for a patch and they took the screw out and put duct tape over the hole. Don t waste you time with them. Plus there s a tire shop going up across from them so that ll be a better option.

Accomadating when thet knew i was stranded and no other tire shop had a better price. Im happy they told me what time the last order couls be taken before end of business day.

Oil changes seem fine. Convenient since you can shop too. Although last time they didn't even shut my hood when they finished, so make sure you double check things

They were awesome!! specially Stephen.,he accompany me inside Waltma and help me identify what I needed to put in my car. They were the best!! Highly recommend to come for their service.

Got my oil changed here. Had some car issues about a week and a half later and the shop I took it to informed me that I only had 1 quart of oil and my filter was about to fall off.. never going to get my oil changed here again, would rather spend more money with a different business.

Call ahead, although they don't take appointments they can give an estimate on wait times. The tire services is good if you can get in, they have honored both road Hazzard and wear warranties on my vehicals.

A rock punched a hole in my tire (on a dirt road) and I took my car in to have the tire replaced. I've had roadside assistance on all tires, have had it for years. This time they decided to deny any discount from the road hazard warranty, because my car is out of alignment, and they wrote the damage off as mechanical. I will not be using Walmart auto service again. They've stripped my lug nuts on multiple occasions. The customer service is terrible. But I kept utilizing them for the road hazard warranty. There are so many better auto places in Cedar. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Tried helping out a small business by scheduling an oil change. I scheduled two days out and when it came to my appointment time I had to text the guy to see where he was. The answer was out of town. He decided not to notify me even though I had a scheduled appointment. I called Wal-Mart frantically because I refuse to use Big O anymore. They got me in immediately and took less than 30 minutes! They saved me before a road trip I had to take and I'll come here more often because of it.Service: Oil change

Got an oil change here while passing through town. Wait was over 3 hours. They didn't call to let me know the car was done, I had to check. And when I got the car back the battery was dead. Had never happened before and has not happened again since. Of course they tried to convince me that I needed a new battery. And since this oil change, something has been wrong with the gas gauge. After filling the tank, it does not always show up as full. Would not return no matter how desperate I am.

Try not to go here if you can. We got a travel trailer and arrived late in the evening. The tires on the trailer were too old and cracked to use. We asked for the cheapest tires available and they were kind to us in making their suggestions. However it turns out that to balance each tire they charge $12. This added up to $48 extra for 4 tires. Even though balancing tires is a basic safety measure, and free everywhere else you go, we were forced to tell them not to do it.
