Recently moved to Cedar City and needed to get my 2018 GMC Sierra tuned up and some noises checked on. Brian and his guys were super friendly and took great care of my truck. All issues were found and solved so it s now as good as new and ready for another 100K miles. Definitely know my truck is in good hands if there are any other issues in the future. Thanks again to the guys there.

These guys are awesome! No pressure, no gimmicks, just good old-fashioned business. We worked with Traci and she was super friendly, helpful, and delightful. We live in Salt Lake so Traci offered to drive the Yukon 2 hrs to help us out.Thank you for a wonderful car-buying experience.Would strongly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing buying experience. We're trying more and more to buy local to keep the local economy healthy as well as hold tight to our small town, simple, and friendly way of life. We're so glad that Tri State is here, still offering the amazing service that they've given to this town for decades. For those who don't think car buying should be a day-long production or like a trip to a cheap circus, give Tri State a shot. Great people, small town feel and values, and really great cars and trucks at a very fair price! Thanks Guys!

I ordered a new truck and the process could not have been easier. They kept me informed on when it would be delivered and I got exactly what I wanted. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been using Tri State for many years and wouldn t go anywhere else.

On a road trip from California to Canada, we found ourselves with severe trouble late on a Friday afternoon. With thoughts of having to stay in a motel for three days waiting, we asked the folks at two-state to help. Without hesitation and in record time they had us back on the road. Thank you Tri-state. That was a huge relief for us!

I cannot rave enough about my experience with Tri State motors. Very relaxed buying experience and without a doubt the best customer service I ve ever experienced. Dave went above and beyond going above and beyond and made the entire experience simple. He even has kept contact with me to check on us and ensure all was well. Loved working with these guys and will absolutely be back in the near future.

We came from out of town so you can imagine how sad and frustrating it was to have transmission problems. Of course having car issues is always inconvenient, however Tri State did their best to take the sting away from the ordeal. They were very speedy and efficient with their repair, and most importantly, they were honest. The original price we were quoted was wrong because the wrong transmission was in stock, but they honored their quote to us. During this time of stress, that was very much appreciated. We also were grateful for their time and friendliness!!

Tri-State Motors worked around my busy schedule, allowing for early drop off. They were prompt in sourcing parts and diagnosing issues with my vehicle. Competitive pricing for labor. I look forward to using their services again.

Everyone was very helpful when I had vehicle troubles 2,000 miles from home. They got me right in to look at my truck, sadly out of thier control they couldn't get it fixed before Thanksgiving and I needed to get the vehicle home. Justin recommended a transport company and pointed us to a place to get a rental. They even stayed late for us to get everything sorted out. Was truly Thankful for them this Thanksgiving .

Couldn t have asked for a better experience! Nice and explained my repairs that I could understand. Speedy response on the repairs. Didn t feel that I was having repairs done that weren t necessary. Highly recommend

Couldn t have been more pleased with the service department. Had a part that was no longer made go bad in my car and 2 days after I had already left they called saying they had maybe found it. Will definitely go back happily if needed.

I cant recommend David Morris @ Tri State Motors enough. He made buying a new car a much more peaceful experience than i anticipated it to be. If you re looking for a new car and a nice, honest salesman go to him!

Chad was fabulous to work with. No pressure. Made everything simple by having it all ready, all we had to do was sign. Even offered to cover a warranty issue that may, or may not, become an issue. Overall a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend them!

Excellent we were in a jam and needed an oil change an appointment at 2 o clock. They were able to fit us in early to allow us to continue on with our trip with with us not losing precious time.

Had major car trouble in the middle of the road trip with no where to stay. The employees let us and our dog hang out inside while they squeezed in our car. Cant recommend this place enough!
