These guys came out and fixed my travel trailer and did amazing job. I am a truck driver, so I know a thing or two about towing and I could have fixed the issues with my travel trailer, but did not have the time. I have a recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again in the future.

My husband and I broke down in cedar city on a Sunday. Everything was closed we were afraid we were going to be stuck there until Monday, but solo came to our rescue. They changed our fuel pump on the side of a road at a fair price on a Sunday! I highly recommend this business!!

Scott was great to work with! Super friendly and knew what he was doing! Answered the phone on the first ring and was actually passing by our RV and stopped with his family to give us assistance. We are on day 11 of an 18 day cross country trip headed to Yellowstone tomorrow and he had us ready to go in no time. Considering we are over 1550 miles from home, he made me feel secure in knowing our issues were fixed. He also gave us some pointers about using the gen and the fridge in the high altitudes. We had no idea that was even an issue! Very reasonably priced, fast and friendly and I would recommend him for your RV service needs! 5+ Stars!!

We hit a deer on a night drive through Panguitch. Our car was in bad shape, and we had to leave for CA the very next day. Called up Scott who picked up right away, and scheduled a time to look at our car Sunday morning. Scott and his brother Ray were life savers!!! They could tell exactly what was wrong the with car even though it was pretty banged up. They knew how to fix it so it'd be stable for a long drive, and do it well and quickly. We're so grateful Scott was so willing to help last minute, and was exactly whom we needed for this auto accident emergency. Got us on our way in less than an hour, and we've been driving hundreds of miles since with no problems. Highly recommended!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys were incredible! Not only in their knowledge of how to do the repair, they were very creative, and above all, they were HONEST!!One thing I really appreciated was, they didn t rush, and they did it right!They realized we were broken down and not having a great day, once we got to the shop, both Scott and Shane made the entire day fun. If there was down time, waiting on parts, they shot the breeze with us and made the entire day much more relaxing and fun!Afterward, several hours later, they called to make sure we were still up and running and that they bus was doing well! They re genuinely concerned about your vehicle, and strive to do it RIGHT!Don t ever cal anyone else! They took care of us, and took the time to make sure everything was done right, and we re very honest about what did and didn t need to be repaired, and didn t charge for downtime throughout the day, they literally only charged for the time they were actually working, and were off the clock if we were waiting on parts, or a call back about something! We really enjoyed our time with these guys, and hope to use them again in the future for non- emergency repairs Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

This morning, Saturday 6/19/21, we contacted Scott but unfortunately we kept disconnecting as we were going through the mountains. But we finally connected and I explained to Scott we need our coach batteries in our RV replaced and we had purchased them. Scott said ok and we arrived shortly thereafter.Scott was very professional and friendly; we explained the problem in detail and he immediately got to work and within half an hour everything was satisfactorily completed in a professional manner!Solo Mobile RV RepairService is definitely recommended 10 times over. Scott and Ray do high quality work at a great price! They were very friendly and helpful. Our grey water tank fell off our RV van and they were able to get us in for a repair the next day. Saturday night at 9:30 pm of a holiday weekend, we bent our electric tongue jack in Cedar City, Utah pulling into our motel. Googled RV repair and saw good reviews for Solo Repair. Called them, messages full so texted them with picture of our blunder. Scott texted back and said to bring it to his shop in town Sunday at 11 am. He actually got there earlier and so did we. He and his friend Shane had us on the road with a new electric lift and 4 in tall hitch lift within 2 hours. Can t believe our good fortune to find them! They do a lot of roadside repair for those unable to get in. They gave us a range of options for repair and very reasonable rates. They even found the electric replacement part and were able to weld it in place making it stronger and safer. Scott tells me that he has access to all kinds of resources and can even repair a bent trailer frame. Thank you Scott and Shane for saving our vacation.

Scott is extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. He took care of our issue timely and didn't overcharge us. We appreciated his honesty, as he didn't do work that was unnecessary. He knew right away what the issue was, with our water heater. We're from Vegas and needed someone to come asap, he came without hesitation!

Called Solo auto and RV when my RV was having issues. He knew right away what the issue was and took care of me the very next morning. Service was fast, well done, And at a very reasonable price. Scott fixed the fuel pump in my RV and my generator and got me back on the road in no time! Highly recommend this company. He even went above and beyond and gave me a ride to my hotel down the road. Called and provided my issue with my RV. Within 30 minutes they started the job and finished in less than 30 minutes. Had door that wouldn't lock, cabinet door broke, and needed a shorter black water drain hose built. Price for parts were over the top so received a break on labor fees. Couldn't be happier with the speed, quality of work and fair price. Scott was even kind enough to show me how to do the fixes in case it happens again! We called in our way out of Zion to Moab. Our 30 amp plug had melted down at the RV park. We met at the local Walmart and he was able to replace our plug and get us back on the road in no time. Professional and friendly. Very happy with our service!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

This was an amazing experience. Our friend in the next RV space was having a serious water leak just as she was setting up. I called many of the shops and their was no answer or an answering machine with no call back. I finally looked for help on Google, and SOLO AUTO & RV REPAIR came up and after reading the great 5 star reviews, I gave a call. First ring it was answered, with a friendly voice and after explaining to problem he was on his way. When he arrive it took about five minutes and he located the problem and actually had the repair part with him.He is so kind and understanding. He taught us exactly what had happened and why. Now the best part he is coming back to help her get the generator going. As far as price, very reasonable and fair. He is just an amazing good person. If you need help with your rig call them, you won't be disappointed.

Scott was SO nice to meet us on a Sunday afternoon after our camper van suffered water damage from a frozen pipe. He s straight forward with great pricing and a great personality. I d highly recommend his services if you need any consultation or camper repairs!!

I had called him on a Thursday afternoon to get my daughter's car serviced in cedar City while I lived in St George and we had agreed for the following Friday for him to go out and fix her car at 10 am Friday and as we speak it is 4:00 on Friday and he is yet to get my daughter's car I do not recommend this person he chooses walk-ins over people he had set with appointments. Highly recommend to avoid this repair shop. And based on his reviews he's so willing to help people that need help right then in there but ignore his customers that have set appointments

We were dead in the water after the leveling and slide hydraulics went out on our 5th wheel. Scott(?) arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and returned within the hour with the correct part. He walks you through the problem and explains how to fix it yourself if it occurs again.The great part about his service is that his rates are VERY reasonable. I highly recommend this company if your in the Cedar City Utah area.Service: Electrical

I am not from Cedar City but Scott ensured that he would be able to get my car fixed. Money was sent in advance and, as of June 2nd, 2021, not only is the work not done still, but he will not answer my calls or texts. I am from Canada and he has had my car since before the border closed March 21st, 2020. This means it has taken over a year to fix my car, and he wont answer calls, texts, or facebook messages. I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for service, especially if your not from the area.

My car broke down in Cedar City on the Sunday of Labor Day. I was on my way home to Colorado and was in panic mode because I absolutely had to get back to close on a new house. I had an amazing experience with Solo Auto! At first everyone thought it was the starter (very expensive) but after a short time Solo Auto diagnosed it as simply a very bad battery. He had me up and on my way in a very short time. I highly recommend this company, very honest, professional and fast! Tha k you so much!

Called them on our way traveling home and we were passing through Cedar City when our a/c went out. It was a holiday and he still came in from home and met us there to look at our car. He was very informative and helpful and made it so we could get back on the road home. Scott was fantastic, personable and friendly. Would go out of my way to have him work on our vintage motorhome again. He was patient, informative and fair. Couldn't have asked for more, much better than visiting a chain.He even recommended a couple wonderful places to wat while we were around.

Brakes on one wheel of our 5th wheel failed as we pulled into the campground. Shane came first thing the morning after we called, with all of the parts, and we were ready to roll in a couple of hours. Great experience!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I contacted them to come fix the heat and water pump in my 5th wheel trailer. The propane heater stopped working and a family with a 2 year old boy is living in the trailer. I was told they would go look at it later in the afternoon. No response, text again, no response. I call and receive a text saying to text. Well I text them and get no response. another hour later I text again asking if they were going to show up and then they say that theyve been in the hospital for the last hour.... Well at that time is was almost 9 pm and I had been trying to get ahold of them since about noon. That poor family had to freeze in the cold trailer with a plug in heater until I could reach someone else the next day.Im sympathetic towards the hospital visit, but there was no communication for the several hours before going to the hospital. But it seems that they like to respond to bad reviews saying that they were in the hospital...Service: Steering & suspension repair

We got a check engine light about 7pm on Saturday night and everything else was closed till Monday. We called Solo and Scott met us and ran diagnostics. Looks like it was just a error (hopefully) and we are back on our way. He had a more than fair price and was a pleasant guy. Thanks again!

Our RV awning broke on Labor Day weekend. I left a message and Scott responded back immediately. He came out on Sunday and fixed the awning. He was professional and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using Solo.

Staying at Cedar City KOA. On a Thursday we had no hot water and our bays were flooded and water running out. Called the other guy that office had card for. He couldn t come out until next week and he had no referrals for us either. Searched internet and found Solo Auto & RV Repair. Scott answered right away and came out that very hot afternoon, got into the very wet bay and fixed our problem! Reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him.

Scott is amazing!! We have never in our life had someone so patient and informative. I highly recommend this place to anyone. He knows what he is doing 100% and is so kind as well! Our Rv is working perfectly now, every issue was handled.

I was driving from Colorado to Zion when my ABS light went on. I stop at a gas station to check and fill my RV with diesel and to my surprise it wasn't starting anymore. I call coach-net and they couldn't find anyone so i personally started to look and found Scott on a Friday night and he came right away to my help. Within a few minutes he found the problem by disconnecting all batteries which reset the computer onboard and the ABS light went off and my trip to Zion and to California didn't show any ABS light. This guy is a PRO.

I was moving from out of town from Vegas to eagle mountain and my car dumped my coolant. Ended up at the shell station and Onna came out to see whAt was goin in with my car. She called Scott to come out. He was there within half an hour and helped my dad figure out what was wrong with the quickness. I m so thankful he was there to help me during my trip because I m not sure what I would have done on a Sunday with an infant, 7 year old, and 3 animals!! Thank you Scott!!

Very good Services fast and honest. While on vacation the slide on our RV would not extend. Several calls to rv repair shops were fruitless until we contacted Solo.We brought our rv to town expecting a long wait and a big charge. Within one hour we were back on the road with our pocket book in tact. We were shown how to override the circuit until we could return home.Thank you Solo for making our vacation better. I talked up your service at the campground and store.

We were in a pinch as we were traveling through. Found them on google and they came to our rescue. They actually made a breakdown somewhat enjoyable. Extremely professional, friendly, and thought outside the box. They were creative in fixing our problems and helping us get back on the road. And then several hours later reached out to us to make sure everything was still ok!!!! Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone.
