This place rocks! We were just starting our drive back home from an out-of-state trip and had an ignition coil go out on our family van. Besides being the only place open on a Sunday morning, Nick was super helpful in getting us the parts we needed and even loaning us some tools to complete the repair. I don't know how Napa does it, but they always seem to have friendly, knowledgeable people. Thanks guys!

Has whatever I need and gives Veteran Discounts. Good business!Update: Went in today (3 years later) and associate Nicholas was very helpful in assisting me with buying new windshield wiper blades. He even helped put them on. Above and beyond service keeps me coming back to NAPA. Keep up the GREAT work guys!

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The service was good. If you need specific information about how to do a particular job they will make sure you have everything you need. The employees are great at suggesting things that you might need but haven't thought about. If they don't know how they will find out for you.

Love Tink's Napa they have a little bit of everything, including RV goods and small engine repair items. Parts are better quality than the big chain stores. This is my go to for parts in town.

We love using NAPA auto parts - they have a super helpful staff that is always willing to work through any and all issues we have had. Their deliveries are always timely and we get updates if they are going to be delayed. 10/10 recommend

If you dont go here on a normal basis and you cant find a part, always try this place. 9 out of 10 times these guys will have it or can find it for you. Kewl staff.

I explained my problem to Jim at the counter and he immediately said he knew what part had gone out. Within a minute he left to get it and was soon back with the part. Great to talk to someone who is so familiar with cars he can diagnose the problem and have the part or parts on minutes. You guys are great

The most reliable auto parts store I ve seen in 34 years of auto repair. They adjust hours seasonally to serve their customers even better; they deliver; they have everything I have ever needed; the counter area is spacious and comfortable; their employees are knowledgeable and courteous; and the owner stands up against bullies in the community. Five-stars from me!

I shop there for all my Auto parts and there always friendly and helpful !And they have 9 mm ammunition in stockYou truly should have a 5 star rating but I have returned home twice in two years with the wrong parts in hand I think if the clerk had asked a couple of questions about make and model they would have nailed it . Even so I'm very satisfied with service and quality .And the panguitch store is also great .

I had a very odd lug stud to replace that stripped from a wheel spacer I had. After getting the runaround from unnamed local "Parts Store Experts" I was sent here. [I know I know should've came here first] Laura helped me and found the stud no problem in a matter of minutes. I appreciate people who don't give up and do everything they can. Thanks Laura and your knowledge! From now on, I'll be coming here not OReally or AutoAlone ever again.

awesome awesome awesome great place to shop. I shop for all my parts there. Girlfriends battery died they went out if there way to drive over to Lynn's and install a new one for her. They have a ton of 7.3 parts. Love the small town attention. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I ve been going to Tinks for over 15 years. I love that I can walk in and find a variety of products without having to order online and wait. I have always been impressed by their friendly staff, service, and knowledge. Stop by today you won t be disappointed.

Came in here because I had some issues with my battery and came down to pick up some tools, check the battery, and go home and struggle through getting the thing replaced myself. I ended up having the whole thing done there with no extra charge! Everyone there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Got a new battery usually the will help you put it in bit, it was a Saturday and they did not have enough employees. But they let me use their tools so I changed it myself. It was the best price I found in Cedar City Utah.

I have shopped at Tinks my entire life from a little boy going there with my grandpas and dad. It is the best down home shop I have ever been too. It is clean and organized and has the best employee's around. Tinks has also been a huge community supporter from school activities to all of our local athletics. Thanks Gary and Stefanie for always standing up for what is right and being such great friends.
