We were camping headed back north called with a trailer issue. Needed some welding done. Matt and his crew were so willing to help us out. So kind and thoughtful! 10 minutes max. Honest and trust worthy made our commute at ease! They went the extra mile when they didn t have to on our trailer. Defiantly would use them again! Recommend them 100%

Need to give props where it's due:These guys took care of our service van when the transmission gave out on the interstate. They had the transmission ordered and installed in two days flat.Just picked it up for its 1000 mile checkup to ensure everything is running well and to keep the warranty valid on the new transmission and our van hasn't run this smoothly ever. Thank you guys!Highly recommend this shop for all your service needs.

A friend and I were in Cedar City during a long streak of cold, snowy, wet, windy, weather and were in a campground that had electricity so we could use the electric heater in my small trailer. But we were headed out to BLM land so I thought that I should re-test the gas furnace. It didn t work. I found burned out fuse, but that wasn t it. I called Matt s RV Repair and they said to come on over.They got right to my furnace and had to remove it to diagnose it. They were able to diagnose it and repair it for a good price, I thought. Then, to add to my problems, we took the trailer back to the campground, hooked it up to electricity, and the 120 circuit wouldn t work. I have been RV camping for 15 years but I was out disconnecting and reconnecting, fiddling with the off/on switch with no luck. I called Matt and he sent a tech right out. I m embarrassed to admit that I had turned the outside power on-off-on-and back off. (I don t know why it didn t work the first time.). The tech flipped the switch and all is well except my pride.Thank you Matt and crew!

They were efficient and made repairs as requested. Work was very reasonably priced. My only minor complaint is the screens were not put back on after work on the windows was done.

I had an unexpected repair on my RV and had a great experience with Matt and Richard. Turned out, my solve was simple and they only charged me for a half hour of labor time. A shadier place could have easily gouged me.

Been coming to Matt s since 2014. Matt and his team has done a range of work from putting a new motor in my motorhome. To putting a transmission in my car. To putting a rear differential in my truck. To putting new window motors in my truck. To doing maintenances on my vehicles. I don t let any other shops do any work on my vehicles besides Matt s. I recommend everyone use this shop. Good pricing and honest, experienced mechanics.

What do you do when you are travelling and far from home, and your transmission in your motorhome starts acting up? Fortunately for us, we were in Cedar City, Utah and found Matts RV repair shop. He used his code reader to determine the cause, and found a bulletin fromFord saying it was a known issue. He ordered the part, it was there the next day, and 3 hours later we were on our way! Had an issue with the heater in our new 5th wheel, instead of taking it to the dealer and having them keep it for a month or two "till they can get to it" we decided to try Matt's Mobile RV service. Our tech Richard was phenomenal and kept me informed on what he was doing and why. For a mobile service, the key word is SERVICE and we were not disappointed at all. I can't thank Richard enough and the rates were well worth the service we received. We are visiting the area and enjoying the treks and hikes the through the mountains. Unfortunately we were having problems with our 5th wheel hitch. We booked an appointment with Matts service and they were able to help us out in very short order. All it needed was a few burrs ground off and the linkage lubricated. Ten minutes later we were on our way. Much applause and koodoos for Matt and his crew. They were the best.

We were in a pinch with our rental RV running out of house battery power due to negligence from the rental company. We were traveling from Zion to Bryce where we needed house battery for basic function. Called Matt last minute and he picked up the phone at 9pm, told his team to prepare for us next day. Got to his shop and Richard helped us out and gave us a few laughs while we waited. The entire team got us up and running in less than an hour and we no longer had any complications for the rest of our trip.This is a great team and really personable. Would highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a pinch or needs well educated mechanics and technicians.Thank you Matt, Richard and the whole team.

Called the shop told them what was going on with my furnace in my rv very nice very pricey $475 dollars tries to charge me more labor time than what they were actually there for about 1 month later called them again same issue when they came out the first time told me it was a different issue and wanted $700 plus more dollar's ended up paying another 150 dollars didn t solve my issue with furnace

Matt s shop is the best in Cedar city or even all of southern ut. I would recommend this team of professionals to work on any of my friends, parents or anyone in need of car repair. These are hard working men that are honest and go out of their way to serve their customer the best they can. After a few other contacts that didn't work out, my daughter reached out on FB and got a responce from Matt at Matt's Auto and RV Repair. They talked about the issues with my RV then he ask my daughter to have me call Tues. after Labor day weekend. I live about 10 minutes from their shop so I just drove over Tues morning, spoke with Matt, he scheduled me for that Friday. He told me his RV guy will call me Friday morning and sure enough he called this morning. His name is Richard and what a fine young man he is. I had multiple issues with my fridge, a new furnace motor and fan install, leak in the bthrm sink hose, some wiring inside and 12 V wiring for the fridge. It's all fixed and running perfect. The professionalism, kindness and real caring in what they do is awesome, and the peace of mind as a senior citizen is priceless. Richard ask me before he left today if I was happy; I told him I am so happy, It feels like a new RV, and I have people I totally trust now if I have any other issues. They deserve 5 stars all day long. Thank you so much Dawn Navarre, truely a Happy Camper.

Our Roadtrek's fuel pump started failing during a roadtrip and luckily we found Matt from great google reviews. He diagnosed it over the phone and was able to repair it and get us back on our way in a few hours. Could not be happier with Matt and his team. I wish we lived 300 miles closer to Cedar City, a good mechanic is hard to find.

My trailer dropped off the ball just outside this place. Matt sent one of his guys out to help. Very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend. I'll certainly go there, when I need one of my trucks worked on.

Richard at Matt s Auto & RV Repair looked at and diagnosed a problem with the fridge in my RV today in a matter of minutes. Matt's has done a great job on many of our vehicle's over the years but today Matt and Richard both went above and beyond to help in our time of need!

Matt replied extremely quickly to my initial text with bring it in, we ll check it out! One of his mechanics, Brandon, took my truck on a test drive within five minutes of me showing up, and the truck was on the rack a few minutes after that. Matt gave me what turned out to be both an accurate diagnosis and an accurate cost estimate, and they got to work. I was back on my road trip a few hours later, problem solved. Brandon recognized that I was curious and interested in how my truck worked, and went out of his way to explain and show me the broken parts and problems. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. When you re on a road trip far from home, vehicle problems are extra stressful, and Matt s quick response and can-do attitude really helped make it easier. This is how you take care of customers and do business.
