Want to thank Josh For ordering my 2024 Jeep wrangler 392 , was such a peaceful experience . Myself being military vet would recommend anyone here especially my military friends and family . I live 700 miles away and with no doubt will be passing many jeep stores just to get to Cedar City CDJR . Thank you Mike and Josh for everything , cant wait to see itBrian HAddition to ReviewI just picked it up and as you can see by the truck that picked it up I am not from the area . This is customer service when you drive this far away to get the dream jeep you always wanted . The whole time was just awesome I recommend everyone to stop in and see the General manager Josh & Owner Michael . Also wanted to thank Tyler in Finance that went above and beyond to get this done . I want to thank Jarica Hunt for her outstanding professionalism each time I visited the dealership. I ve purchased 3 vehicles within the past 12 months. 2 new, 1 used. Each experience was low pressure and very laid back. She answered each of my questions accurately. What I really appreciated is that if she didn t know, she did the research to find out. She didn t just make something up that might sound good at the moment. Her follow up is outstanding. Each call or text is replied to in a timely manner. Personally, I would be proud to take anyone I know down to the dealership and do a personal introduction for her. I don t lend my reputation lightly. I know she ll do a great job! In closing, I ll add that everyone that I ve interacted with has been awesome. When it comes to buying, Jarica is my go to person!

I was on a long trip from Montana to So Cal and my Ram s transfer case started making some noise. The staff(Kary)at the dealership were upfront with me and gave me timeline that they stuck to. They were very professional and I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done on my truck.

In August 2023 we purchased a new Pacifica, which was delivered to us in Tucson, AZ. The entire team at Cedar City Chrysler was professional, accommodating and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their price was several thousand dollars less expensive than dealers in Arizona and we will definitely consider purchasing another vehicle through them in the future.

I've bought several new trucks in the past from other dealers but Cedar City Motor Company has been the best buying experience yet. My salesman, Jeremy Broadwell, provided a friendly, stress free experience, fair trade value and a great no haggle price.I love my new 2020 Ram 2500 Bighorn Cummins Turbo Diesel.Traded in the 2020 and now have a 2021 Ram 3500 HO/AisinThanks againUpdateHad to get some warranty recalls completed in the Service Department. Jeremy (A-Z guy) was amazing to work with. They call him that for a reason. We had a limited amount of time to spend at the dealership. He had everything ready to go and we were in and out in under an hour. If you are in the market for any of the brands they carry, I highly recommend giving them a try.

This is the only dealership I will ever buy vehicles from! They are Responsive and attentive to all of my Vehicle needs. If they don t have the vehicle you want they will find It for you. Purchasing from this dealership is like having a personal concierge that handles the deal with white glove service. They even delivered the vehicle to my home.

We had such an amazing experience! We live 10 hours from Cedar City but fell in love with a Lincoln they had on their website. Tyson was fantastic on contacting us and getting what extra information, pictures, and videos we needed for the vehicle as we weren't able to drive there just to look and test drive. After we decided on purchasing, he had numbers for us in a timely manner. Jeremy in financing contacted us and everything was smooth sailing! The vehicle was priced VERY well and we got an exceptional price for our trade in as well! They had a driver meet us about half way to exchange vehicles and sign paperwork. It was the easiest car buying process I've ever experienced! It's safe to say when we are ready to buy again, it will be through them! Very thankful for all their help and patience with our long distance sale!

Braxton, from the service department, went out of his way to help us. They did a great job and got us on our way. We will be back for both service and sales.This was our second visit to the service department, Braxton once again was really helpful in getting our truck repaired. We have one Ram and two Jeep products and will definitely be back for both service and will be here when we need to replace the ones we have. Thanks Jim Manhire

Kari is great! For the rest of the staff, getting information out of them is like pulling teeth. We called about something that no longer works after they changed a part (that took 2 months to get) and he told us if we did the survey he would get it fixed.

These guys are phenomenal. The entire staff from Josh, Derek, and Andy. Everyone was very helpful and it was nice to experience a customer first awarded dealership first hand as a fellow Chrysler employee.My trx had broken down. And was towed in. Having been stressed about getting back to work on time and nearly 400 miles away from home. I was reassured by them that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road in a timely manner. (I can t quite remember the name of the gal that had originally helped me over the phone but she was also very helpful).I received exceptional service and I would highly recommend the team at cedar city CDJR whether for service or purchasing a new/used vehicle.Thanks for the amazing hospitality. I purchased my 2023 RAM 1500 here and am 100% satisfied with the Purchase. However, the Service Department is even Better. Scheduling is a snap and Don the service coordinator put the frosting on the cake. Don s skills made the entire service experience 5-stars plus.

Fantastic experience! Don Brown was great and helped make everything smooth and easy, from ordering our Ram 1500 to being patient with our impatience and helping us get a different 1500 on their lot before our order could arrive. Very accommodating with their courtesy delivery as we sold our old truck privately and they took care of all the paperwork. Chris was great with the financing and helped explain everything clearly without being pushy to sell extra products. Plus, got a great deal with the truck we ended up buying being well under sticker. Highly recommend!

I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I found Don Kerr to be very knowledgeable and just plan fun to be around! I met Josh the manager and several great conversations with him. His diversity of experiences gives him a great deal of wisdom when conversing with customers. It makes the customers feel comfortable and not just a buyer to make money from.

I have worked with Kary twice now: both times were dealing with repairs that weren't the fault of this shop. Kary was patient and professional in her handling of the situation and is a big reason I will continue to use this shop.

Sales staff is very good. They work to satisfy my needs and expectations. The dealership is always clean and the shuttle driver is friendly. The waiting room is very comfortable and has drinks and snacks are available. The restroom is clean and private.

My elderly parents had there dodge ram 3500 serviced. Super nice truck. It's also where they purchased it. About 400 miles before the next service date. The motor blew up. They had it towed into a mechanic which told us that there was not any oil in it. So it must not have gotten topped off on the last service. So my mother proceeded to call and talk to this lady which was very rude. She also called the mechanic where the truck was at and also was very rude to him as well. So that being said they have no truck and an $18,000.00 dollar bill at the other shop in order to get their truck back. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and how they treated my mother. With all the documents we have from the other mechanic I think we are going to hire an attorney. My parents or for that matter all my have have bought vehicles there over the last 15 years and we will NEVER go back. I'm not one to complain but what person has that kind of money laying around, not us that's for sure. I hope that they are working on new customer service cause that is ridiculous and as a business owner ourself, I would never tolerate that. Super disappointed. Hopefully they will make it right.
