I'm always the DYI kind of guy. When I need part's or information, I always call. They have all the answers and suggestions. I would highly recommend giving them a call.

The work horse rides again with the help of the people at Napa Castle Dale .. 82 Custom Scottsdale still runs great .. 2016 150 also runs like a dream with the 250,000 miles on the Camery passed with the help of these fine people ... all you need is all they do.

This place is amazing. The people working here are extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance department is also not looking to rip you off either. They are actually honest mechanics which is rare. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs auto parts to fix your own car, or even bring your car in to get maintenance done professionally. Thank you for the great job you guys did on my truck! I will be back for future maintenance when it's required.March 2 update, still amazing job and honest people. These guys really are amazing! Prices are fair as well. Searched car parts online and these guys usually beat or match those prices without even having to ask them. Just amazing people.

Pricey, but when in a pinch they are there for you. Young lady there was very helpful, good attitude and professional. The guy working there with her not very approachable felt like we were bothering him. I'm glad she was there. Would have gave 4 stars but dude gave a real negative vibe

Jason, Baxter and Chandler are my go to guys at Napa. Always either have what I'm looking for or can get it to me in a few days. Even been able to help me find extremely obscure parts and get them ordered. Great team always have a suggestion or input on projects I'm working on.

The staff at J & D auto are very helpful and will go out of their way to help people find parts. Even the hard to find parts.They are always upfront and honest.

Had the best customer service a few weeks ago. Holiday weekend, troubles with a tire on the camper, running into the store 30 minutes before closing time and received nothing but the best. Thank you so much for being patient and working so hard to get us everything we needed!

You cannot find better people then the jewkes family! They run an excellent business excellent customer service excellent workmanship and their mechanics. Rarely do I ever find that they have to special order a part. Most of the parts they stock and I have always had great luck with the parts that they stock.I would recommend J&D auto to anyone at anytime for anything auto related!

Lost a bearing on our camper and Baxter stayed after hours to make sure we had what we needed, he went above and beyond and was extremly helpful. This guy deserves a raise and we definately reccomend this napa!

I broke the shifter linkage in my motorcycle which reduced me to shifting with my Macgyver set up with zip ties and paracord.I stopped here to see if I could use the facilities and honestly the guys here went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me back on the road. Honestly I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was there just recently with a friend and she bought a few products and spray paint when my friend opened the spray paint she broke off the spray tip and omg it started spraying full blast in-between 2 cars luckily there was no damages to the cars paint,,I walked in and asked for assistance and they came right out and helped plus gave a free replacement can !!! That's right on !!Great customer service good products I highly recommend NAPA in castle dale ut

It is where I usually go to get parts. Even that I don't go often they remember my name! And usually have what I need on hand if not it's there the next day! They are so helpful and will tell you how to fix anything!

Came in for a flat tire after a day out in the forest. Had them plugged and fixed in less than 15 minutes! They were already closed when we came in -- thanks guys for saving the day!!

Local store. Missing some stuff I was looking for but I know space is limited and any business will stock to the local community. Plenty other "parts" stores within reasonable distance for "my" needs.
