What an awesome experience! My son s van needed the muffler fixed. He uses a wheelchair to get around so if the van can t drive he is grounded. The amazing men at Master Muffler gave us a quote and fixed it right then. I m so grateful for the fast efforts to help us. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Master Muffler for all of your muffler needs. The staff is friendly and so helpful. Thanks again for saving us. You guys are amazing.

I have been taking my cars to this location for 10 years. Even though I moved from the direct area. This is still my go to for any Mechanical work. The entire Staff and Owner are friendly, honest, and very knowlegable. Pricing is fair and I have never had to return because of the same issue wasn't fixed.

Absolutely a joke. Took a week after my appointment to even get it looked at. I had to parts shop because they wanted 4800 for a 2000$ turbo. 2 days after return right below the turbo I had a cut trans line. Called 10 minutes before closing to ask a question and kept getting hung up on. Wouldn't touch these clowns again with a 10' pole. Save your time and money and puck a real shop.

Service writer was very polite and knowledgeable. Mechanic did a good job on my repair very satisfied with the work performed. Sadly I must have two problems we fixed one and still have another however I will for sure take it back and we will figure out what is wrong with this old buggy. Would highly recommend

Was just a standard pull change and replacement of a stripped oil pan bolt/ but I take me car there regularly for any other issues I come across, they've done the transmission on my other truck as well. Love Jared, he's a great guy!!

My initial visit was a 1 star deal. I needed tires mounted and balanced and the balancing was not correctHOWEVER, I called back to report the issue and they were very apologetic and quick to schedule another apt to get it corrected free of charge. It was a fast and easy turn around and they were very professional and polite about making sure I was taken care of.Will continue to do business here.

This is a continuing issue. I took my car in for a fuel injector replacement as I had a misfire (no leaks or other issues!). They replaced the fuel injector and by their own admission first replaced the wrong one, they caught it and then replaced the right one. They called and said it was done. I picked the car up and didn't even get 2 blocks before my car started to leak large amounts of fuel. I called them and they came to look saying yep its leaking bring it back and we'll make it right. Second trip in and they "fixed" it. Here I am 2 days later and my car is once agine dumping fuel, I will be calling them tomorrow and we will see if on the THIRD attempt they can get this finished. I will update this review later and possibly raise the level should they fix the issue completely.

Had my car fixed after a fender bender. They got it looked at the same day I took it in. They are great at communicating what was wrong and what needed fixed. It was repaired quickly and costs are affordable. I'll be taking my cars here for now on.

Took my car in for them to fix a tail light. Cost me 70$ It took all day and I had to fix it myself when I got my car back. Because they legit put the bad bulb on and didn t check to see if it s working.

This was my second visit here having been pleased with the first experience earlier in the year. I figured I had found my new mechanic going forward after my previous excellent mechanic closed his business.At this visit I had a small repair, an oil pressure sensor replacement, after noting an oil leak. I considered doing the job myself, but was told I would only be charged for the 20 minutes it would take to do the job. So I went with the offer. Much to my disappointment ,I was charged for over an hours work while I waited the 15 minutes in the waiting area. Upon discovering the charge when I arrived home I caled Jared, the manager, to question the charge. I was given a standard rehearst line of not being charged extra if it had taken longer than the standard allotted time.I trust the mechanics and found Jared to be very personable and a new business on the right foot to succeed.My error. Unfortunately it's time to move on...

Had an alignment done the other day by the new guy Chase. The old chevy never rolled smoother or straighter.. extremely pleased w the way my truck rides now. Had a balance issue w one of the tires and needed a tire rotation. Chase had it all done in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Master Auto Tech for all your automotive needs. They do great work at a fair price. Thanks guys.

I went in for transmission fluid flush, oil change, and brake fluid flush. They were friendly, great price, and got it done in a very reasonable time frame. First time going and I highly recommend.

I paid $530 for an a/c recharge! I was charged $275 for 22 ounces of refrigerant that has a market price of $60, a ridiculous mark up in my opinion (Google Honeywell 1234yf to verify market price).

I took my Tacoma 4x4 front hub in for a bearing pressed on and off. They did not press it on all the way, it wouldn't go back together and they had no idea why. They finally said to bring the truck in and they forced the hub on. I got home and jacked it up and the wheel was ready to fall off. This was verified by another local mechanic.Master autotech will never touch another vehicle of mine.

Our service was performed by Jared who was honest, friendly, timely and went beyond expectations. He eliminated the vibration and noise under our van as promised and honored the warranty. I would highly recommend Jared to service my vehicle in the future.
