I brought in a Tundra for a transmission replacement with no major rush on time and was disappointed as they didn t reattach my 4 wheel drive connection and left a major crossbars unscrewed and not bolted down.I couldn t figure out why my 4x4 was not working so this was an added expense, easy but neglected and when I brought all of this to there attention they denied it and said the bulls could have loosened up in drive home (maybe but not. Likely to have all 4 at the exact same hand tightened gap). I am Disappointed in quality and nervous about what other steps they neglected

What an honest company... Above and beyond to make sure everything is good... They did our clutch thinking needing a new one on our Toyota but found out the bracket to the pedal and the master cylinder was all that was wrong when having over 300000 miles on it.. What am honest company thank you

I had a P0170 code, air fuel mix issue, knew it could be many many different things decided it would be better they diagnose it for me! Ended up being a leaky intake which was throwing codes, they included it in the hourly check engine price! Couldn t be more thankful, honest and fair folks!

Our van started leaking coolant into the cab and on a Sunday when everything was closed. Not only did Leo s open at 7am which meant we could get in sooner, but they were understanding, and so quick to help. We were lucky enough that the part we needed could be delivered same day from SLC and thanks to Leo s crew (& Chad!) we got back on the road by 3pm. I would beyond recommend this company.

I had never been to Leo s before, but I m glad I came to them. I had several things I needed help with with my car and the check engine light was on, so I was worried it would also be expensive. My whole experience with was great. Communication was great, they were quick, and everything with my car was taken care of at a very fair price. Will be back the next time I have car issues.

I broke down on the freeway just past Brigham City. Had the van towed to Leo's, and they did an amazing job. Chad kept me informed throughout the process and even showed me the broken part and explained the repair. He gave me good information about the state of the other parts in the affected system so I can be aware of possible problems in the future. Fair pricing, excellent work, and above and beyond customer service. Olivia is a fantastic receptionist, too. Thanks Leo's!

You know? I have to say, i live in brigham city, my car blew up. My first thought was not to go to brigham city but to take my subaru to the dealership and overpay them to fix it. I got lazy and busy at work and had a deadline so I just towed the car to my house. Leos is the closest shop to me so i said "what the hell" and dropped it off there. Honestly, im glad i did. They were considerate and answered every single one of my calls, they charged me a lot less than i was expecting, had it done in no time and im pretty sure they fixed one of my tires just for fun. Car drives great and i was happy. Go to leos if you like being treated well. Otherwise dont, if you just hate yourself and enjoy misery go to anywhere in ogden.Service: Transmission

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Found and corrected missing cylinder/check engine light in my Kia in two hours, that the dealer could not fix in 5 weeks. Dealer could not work my Kia into their schedule for a month, but still could not correct the issue in week 5 when they actually got it into the shop. From my experience, I would highly reommend Leo's Auto Service.

We re glad we happened upon these guys. We were on the first day of a long road trip with our RV when we lost our alternator and ac compressor. Leo s made room in their schedule for us and did their best to get us back on the road as soon as possible. (Our old RV was not an easy one to find parts for). They were fair and honest and competent. (And kind to fit us in). I recommend them for sure. Thanks guys!

This is honestly the most amazing shop I have ever been to! When I called them, they immediately assured me they could help me figure out the problem. The issue with my car is not worth what it would cost to fix it. And they were very honest with me about it. So they let me store my car at their shop for a few days til I could figure out what to do with it. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. I am a single mom and having a difficult time and these folks have been absolutely incredible to me!!!I would absolutely strongly recommend you go to Leo's for any mechanical work you need done on your car. They are honest and real with people. Thank you, all of you at Leo's!

I have to give Leo's Auto Service the HIGHEST recommendation! 2 big dealerships told me my Jeep Wrangler needed a new engine, charged me $650 & $180 to diagnose and fix a sensor that didn't need fixing and told me I couldn't drive it. Leo's (George, Chad and Kevin) diagnosed a line bleed and fixed it and a new thermostat for $377!!! They also brought me back to my RV and picked me up the next day when it was done. They did all this after they squeezed me in last minute since I am in a different state every week. They are ethical, trustworthy, COMPETENT AS ALL GET OUT and just awesome people. I had a super experience with Leo's after I mistakingly put Diesel Exhaust Fluid intoto my fuel tank. I was traveling through one state to another. I was about 4 hours from home. They fixed the issue very quickly and got me into the road with no worries. Highly skilled, and VERY trustworthy!!! 5 stars is not enough for these guys...I give them 10 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Our car's engine broke down on the freeway near Brigham City. The towing service took it to Leo's, and this was my first experience with Leo's. They were friendly and professional with me, even though I was 76 miles away when I called them for service. They did the repairs on schedule and within budget. That was in September 2017. We have had no troubles with that car since then. I can see why Leo's has a high rating. They are a good shop and they treat their customers well.

I live in Idaho and found them to be Fast and efficient. Super friendly. definitely would use them again if I find myself in a bind again in Utah!!

After stopping in Trementon we noticed our truck sounded like it was running rough. Heather at Hampton Inn recommended we stop at Leo's. Everyone at Leo's was amazing, they squeezed us in even with a full schedule. Not only were they able to figure out what the issue was (low oil and valve cover) they took the time to explain what was wrong and what we could do to prevent it. The cost was fair and they had us fixed up within a few hours even waiting for a part. Bonus horses next door!

These guys helped me with a muffler/exhaust issue on my truck and did a fantastic job. They had my truck back to me quickly and at a fair price. This was my first time doing business with Leo's but I'm so happy to find a mechanic I can trust that I'll be coming back for sure the next time I have any issues with one of my vehicles.

We were on a family trip when the air conditioner compressor bearing went out. We pulled in right before closing. They quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that day. We were back on the road the next day for a reasonable price and still are very grateful to them for getting us going so quickly.

We had vehicle problems and Chad helped us out first thing. They did an outstanding job. The mechanics are top notch. And they have a wonderful attitude which should never be overlooked. Honest service with a smile and I was back on the road. I want to thank you for making the rest of my trip problem free and so enjoyable. I scheduled services with Leo s and had consulted with them several times , in advance to get a quote on what would need to be done to repair my car. I scheduled an appointment for a time that accommodated my working single mom scheduled and budget. Between the consultation and my appointment I had a new issue come up with my car and asked them to give me an idea on what the new issue would cost to fix. I asked them NOT do anything that would cost me money without talking to me first. Instead they fixed my original issue AND did work without my approval on the new issue and are keeping my car until I can pay for the work they did without my approval due to a miscommunication on their end. So now my family is left without a car until I can afford to pay for work I never asked to have done and the new issue was only diagnosed not repaired for the bill want payment on.

I consider myself incredibly lucky for breaking down right in front of Leo's Auto Service. I was almost exactly half way through my drive from Colorado to Oregon when I started loosing power. Kevin and Chad were very friendly and even though they were very busy, they took the time to drive in the car with me and then diagnosed a failing fuel pump. They quickly quoted a reasonable estimate, called to get a new fuel pump overnighted to the shop and then had me back on the road well before noon the very next day. They really went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for their kindness and hard work!!
