Zack the roadside technician really saved my bacon. He was concerned about my comfort and safety and had me wait in my vehicle. He had a quick plan on how to recover me from the ditch And did so without any damage to my vehicle. He also gave me clear directions on what he needed me to do from the inside of the vehicle. He was way more help than a state police that stopped and told me the road was slick As I laid in the ditch. If needed I would definitely use again.

I wanted to share with everyone how awesome and what a great job Andrew from Hansen GMC Towing did for my daughter and two year old granddaughter and myself. My daughter was driving me to the Salt Lake Airport from Pocatello and we broke down about 55 miles away from Salt Lake. Luckily I have AAA so I made the call, but I had no address to give them. I also have a block on my phone that doesn t let numbers call through if they are not in my contacts. After I made the call we waited about twenty minutes and a tow truck pulled up behind us. Andrew introduced himself to us and said that they had been calling us with no luck because of the block on my phone. Instead of waiting until they got a hold of us Andrew started driving around looking for us and found us. He drove my daughter and her family home. He got me to a gas station so I could get an Uber to the airport. And of course he delivered the vehicle to the shop of my choice! I was crying saying goodbye to my daughter and two year old granddaughter and Andrew was so patient throughout it all. Thank you so very much Andrew for being the person that saved us.Dottie A

Dylan arrived in a timely manner. Quickly and very professionally loaded my van on his truck. Took great precautions to make sure it was secure. The truck was clean and we had an enjoyable conversation in the 120 mile drive to my home. I highly recommend Dylan. He is an excellent representation for the company. Hansen GMC Towing was great! I got a flat tire 30 miles out of town and they were great with communication and making sure I was able to get off the side of the highway to a tire shop ASAP. Randy was quickly on-site, communicating en route and accurately forecasting arrival. Once at my vehicle he quickly removed, replaced and got me back on the road. Randy was friendly and helped ease the stress of having my car towed.He walked me through the steps, answered all my questions and was patient through the whole process. As AAA service, Justin and his companion working for Hansen GMC Towing were awesome. Justin contacted us immediately after our request to the main AAA office for roadside service. They came and expertly anchored our car and towed it. They really went the extra mile! He and his companion were at all times courteous, efficient, and kind. Once we contacted AAA service, they set us up with Hansen GMC Towing. Dylan contacted us and immediately, I felt calm and knowing he would be saving the day and taking care of us. He was very polite and knowledgeable in his job. We had a blow out on our 5th wheel on the interstate and he was able to educate us that the 3 ton jack was not sufficient enough with what we was towing. I really appreciated that knowledge and will be purchasing a 35 ton. Lol It took Dylan less than 10 minutes to take care of us and get us back on the road! He also stated, I will wait for you guys to pull out and he would be behind us to make sure we was safe! I thought that was awesome! Thank you Dylan, you're the Best!!Service: Tire change

Randy was fantastic. He went above and beyond in helping our family. We were stranded with little kids and a dog with a blown out tire. Randy came out and expertly fixed our RV tire and checked out the rest to make sure we were safe to finish our drive home. Company vehicle broke down in Sardine Canyon in Brigham City. Called several companies that my company uses only to receive automated voice messages with the first available coming from Salt Lake City in about 2 to 3 hours, I called my controller and stated that we do have towing companies in Brigham City. She stated to go ahead and give them a call. Hansen was one of the first I contacted and were able to handle my needs and had my vehicle towed to Big O tires within an hour of receiving my call. Andrew was an expert at handling and towing my disabled RV. He was attuned to safety checks and details ensuring our safe haul down steep, narrow and curving mountain roads. Even at arrival at the repair site, staff commented on how expert he was at parking my big rig into a small parking space in a crowded lot. They d never seen anything like it! Had a tire snap off on I15. Super Scary! Dispatcher Jeff answered quickly and gave great service. Driver was Randy, we was there in less than 30 minutes from the initial call. He explained everything, was super friendly and did a great job! Traveling from Mississippi to Washington state we had a tire/ front end issue and pulled over in Snowville, UT. Randy with Hansen towing drove 2 hours north to rescue us! He was very professional and attentive to what my family needed. Once loaded he then drove us 3 hours to Boise ID putting him further from his normal area. Randy was super helpful when our car broke down and we needed a tow. He communicated expected arrival time and was very efficient in getting our car up on the truck. With it being a hot day and broken down with 3 kids, it made our day that Randy was able to bring the larger truck to help transport us to the shop (which was about an hour or so away). He was even kind enough to allow us to make a pit stop on the way! Definitely recommend Randy and Hansen GMC towing!

Our driver Andrew was Truly our knight in shinning armor. We re not familiar with the area and we re over an hour outside of salt lake but Andrew both worked with us on changing where we were towing our car to be the safest in the middle of the night.
