I think they do a great job and don't feel over charged like most everyone else. They showed me the pieces they replaced and you could tell it was required. Our car has been running great.

Fixed Auto wins on customer service, price and speed. After moving here, I took my car in that needed work estimated at other places for $700+ , Fixed Automotive was able to fix it for hundreds less. A few weeks later I couldn t open my trunk and took it back. It was a simple fix that they did for free. Mike treats everyone right. Great place. Went in thinking it was my brakes that were the issue, and once they took my wheels off they invited me to come check it out and showed me what the real issue with my truck was. They were super flexible and honest with the price and what was needed for my truck. They even got my truck done in ~90 minutes! Very refreshing experience and will definitely be going to Fixed Automotive for my auto care needs.

We were on our way to Bear Lake for a family vacation when our car started losing oil. These guys got us right in, even close to closing, and diagnosed the leak quickly. They fixed it by the next day and in the mean time recommended a rental place and drove us there! Feeling so grateful we came to Fixed.

The guys here are awesome! I was in from out of state and was doing a repair to my vehicle but did not have access to an impact gun to get some very rusted bolts off my muffler (attaching to my catalytic converter). I walked into Fixed Automotive and they were willing to help me out and within just a few mins they had the bolts off for me and didn t even charge to do it. They really helped to get me out of a bind so I could get my car back up and running. I m so thankful for their kindness!

Fixed Auto was absolutely outstanding to work with for our AC repair. They went above and beyond to help us. They were very personable and took the time to explain the issues to me. I am not a mechanic so having someone who is patient to explain the issues and show me was extremely helpful. We will for sure recommend them to anyone we know and we will be back as well. Best automotive service in town. They do great work at affordable prices, never have to worry about getting taken here. We bring all our cars here, the only bad thing I can say is sometimes they are so busy that it might take a while to get your car in.

Took an old car in and asked them to evaluate and tell us the most important repairs. They did exactly that and then carried out the repairs promptly, telling us some non-critical things to keep our eyes on. Mike was easy to work with.

I am using my second account to make this review since I've already given them a five star before. Mike and the team at fixed are extremely ethical and professional. They are timely and when I have a problem that they can't fix or is not worth fixing they never have charged me. When my timing belt died they called me and told me it was going to be fixed under warranty when I had no idea it was under warranty. Extremely honest Buisness. I have had nothing but great experience with them.

Fixed Automotive has left us very impressed. We had car problems that left us stuck in Brigham City. We had family recommend stopping in at Fixed Automative because of the high reviews. They were very friendly when we got there and ready to help out and squeeze us in. They gave us quick service and it turned out to be such a easy fix (i had previously had work done on my sway bar links at another mechanic, but the bolt just wasn t tightened enough and that can be very dangerous especially at the freeway speeds we were about to drive at.) they got us a new bolt and fixed it so quick and free of charge. We are so grateful for their help and kindness!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Was traveling from california when my check engine turned on. Got recommended by someone that got good service by them. They told me it wasn t urgent and they were actually able to fix the problem with check engine light without needing to replace anything. They said it was optional whether or not I wanted to go through with the repair because the issue may not happen again. Could have easily charged me $350+ but they were honest. We had to make an emergency stop when our Toyota broke down, they were so willing to help us and since it was an easy fix for them, they were able to quickly service our car and get us back on the road. They didn't even charge us for their work! Thank you so much for getting us taken care of when the previous repair shop in Idaho had caused the incident with our vehicle.

I had a check engine light come on in my car and had issues with it starting properly. Called later on Thursday afternoon to schedule a time and was expecting not being able to get in until later the next week, but they had me drop off my car that next Monday morning. I dropped it off and heard back from them within an hour of what was wrong with a price to fix it.Mike was professional and kind and told me he'd call me back once it was done.Went and picked up my car and everything was great.I would recommend this mechanic to anyone needing help. I work across the street from them and see them constantly busy, so I figured they had to be good.They will continue to get my business! Thanks Mike and the team at Fixed.

This is a really good place! Being a woman who knows little about cars, I ve had problems with other mechanics in the past who have tried to take advantage and charge me hundreds of dollars for quick fixes. I ve gone to fixed automotive a few times and they always try to give me the cheapest option, even things I could do on my own with no charge to them. They also are really good at getting you in quickly. When you make an appointment they usually see you right away, unlike other places that make you wait hours before they look at your car and tell you to come pick it up days later. Really great place, I definitely recommend them.

They were helpful and polite. They even looked at my vehicle for free and told me what out would cost to fix what was broken, and when I've saved up the money I'll have them do the repair. The job is a little more expensive than I expected.

I work in Brigham and live in Logan, my car broke down right after I left work today, I wasn t sure who to go to as my regular mechanic is in Logan. I gave these guys a call, he knew exactly what the problem was when I explained it to him, they got me right in, fixed the problem quickly, and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this shop!

I needed my 98 Camry fixed quickly to pass State Inspection. My exhaust system had a leak and was quite loud. They repaired the system exactly as per their estimate. I also asked them to fix my A/C which seemed low on Freon. They again quoted me a price for labor, leak dye and new Freon per ounce. They are quick, accurate, priced right and friendly. What more could you ask for? Thanks Mike.

My car broke down in Brigham. I called Fixed Automotive, they recommended Hansen Motors to tow my car. Hansen's towed it within the hour. ($75). Then Fixed Automotive called me soon after to tell me it was the alternator. They gave me a price. (Just over $350). I gave the go ahead and it was fixed in less than an hour. From first call at 1:30 pm to last call at 4 pm, my car was ready to go.

Very helpful staff - my car broke down and we had to leave it in the parking lot for a while as we figured out a plan. They were generous and helpful every step of the way, even though we didn't pay for any services!

Fixed is always great! They are fast, friendly and honest! Fair pricing. They will not tell you something needs to be fixed if it doesn't. They will give you options and let you decide what's best.

I have used Fixed four (4) times over the last 10 years with excellent results. All their work for me has involved installing accessories which I bought and provided to them such as a catback system for an Armada, a trailer hitch for a Sonata Hybrid, and tow bar base plates and lighting wiring packages for a Fusion Hybrid and Colorado which we tow behind our MotorCoach.All of their work has evidenced meticulous attention to detail, fair pricing and quality results. Travis and Mike are honest, ethical and customer service oriented. I wholeheartedly reccomend them!
