James went above and beyond. Upon my purchase, I sent an email to his business asking about shipping information. He responded within 30 minutes by giving me a call, leaving a voice-mail, AND responding to my email as well with detailed information. He then told me about a similar weapon he has in-store for a lower price. Saved me both money and 2 weeks of waiting. In a world where quality is tanking and service is taken for granted, give James your business. He has your best interest in mind and is a gunsmith by trade. He's honest, told me EXACTLY what he would do, EXACTLY what it would cost, and did it punctually and professionally. Usually you have to balance quality, price, and service. But that wasn't my experience here. James gave me quality, a great price and excellent service. Truly a pleasure and I will be going to him with any future business in this field.

This is a good place for everything, from memorabilia to cleanings. They also have sales all the time. James is very well educated when it comes to artillery as well as just basic weaponry. He's passionate and reliable.

Customer service was excellent. I accidentally purchased the wrong optic for my pistol through the online store. After contacting customer service with my issue, I received a quick reply and my issue was resolved promptly.
