They always supercede expectations! Consistently excellent customer service from Jose, and anyone else in the store I've had to speak with. Jose always makes sure I understand the bill and works to find a good value however he's able. Everyone is nice and helpful!And the quality of workmanship from the techs is unmatchable!

We stopped here about 6 months ago to get two tires for my wife's Jeep Cherokee. We were blown away at how friendly and honest they were. By far the best price on the tires. My wife had been using her spare tire for a while and they didn't like how low the tread was on it so they gave her a spare tire for free. It was a used tire but had much more tread on it than the one she had. This act of generosity has won our business for life. This week one of the tires that we didn't change last time went flat because of wear. We didn't even discuss where to go to get the other two tires changed out. We just headed straight over to Triangle. My car will need new tires here within a few months so we will be heading back soon. Oh, I also wanted to mention how impressed I was with the guy there (not sure if he is the owner or manager) but we loved how everyone who came in knew him by name and he knew them by name. You can tell that people love and respect this guy.

I seldom leave reviews but feel like Wade, Colby, and the guys deserve a shout out. I've been going to Triangle Tire for a number of years now. From day one, they've always been upfront and honest with me. They'll be the first to tell me a given repair is needed or can be put off for a while. My wife dropped off her car for an oil change yesterday before a road trip we're taking this weekend. While rotating the tires, they found a bad inside edge on one tire. Rather than pressuring my wife to make an impulse decision (and Wade knowing I usually handle these things), Wade had my wife text me to call him. Wade also took my wife out to see the tire so she could see first hand how bad of shape it was in. We talked through what he was seeing and what he recommended and although I hate paying for things like that, I feel like the right decision was made. I appreciate the thoroughness of their mechanics catching this bad tire that was obviously missed during a safety inspection elsewhere back in Nov. I recommend Triangle Tire anytime I can and my experience yesterday just adds to it. As a side note, Wade and I spoke around 1:30PM and he was able to get our tires ordered in and installed before they closed at 6PM. All-around great guys, great service, and I highly recommend.

Seriously. I LOVE this place. They're so fair, honest, and helpful! When I call, they are responsive, knowledgeable, and consistent. Their prices don't change from one visit to the next; if there's a sale, they'll tell me so I can get the sale price the following week! I have only lived in Bountiful for 2 years, and I will always take my cars here. My uncle happens to be in engine repairs, and he recommended this shop to me, based on their honesty and good quality work. I am highly satisfied!

We live in Arizona, but we were traveling through Utah on a road trip when one of our new tires (purchased less than a month before in Arizona) went flat due to a manufacturing defect. We called more than a dozen tire stores and Triangle Tire was one of the only shops willing to help us out with a factory warranty replacement. Most shops told us that if we hadn't purchased it from them, they wouldn't help us. After we arrived at the shop, they examined the tire to see if it was truly a factory defect. They could have easily told us it was damage due to a road hazard and charged us for the tire, but they didn't. They honestly evaluated the damage as a factory defect and gave us a free replacement tire to honor the warranty. Triangle Tire had nothing to gain by helping out transient travelers like us, but they acted with integrity and we received outstanding service to boot. If we lived near Salt Lake City, this is where we would go for all our tires. Special thanks to Colby at the desk for going above and beyond in helping to get us back on the road quickly.

The guys at Triangle Tires offered me great service and were very honest, fair priced and friendly! Very pleased with their work on my Subaru. Never taking my car anywhere else!

Good deal on snow tires. I am starting with a 3 star rating due to the 90 minute wait for snow tires. But it is my first visit and so far it looks like I will probably return. If it is swings up or down I will revisit my rating.

Tyler was straight forward with excellent communication. If I lived here i would be back. I am on my way to Alaska, with the tires they sold me will get home safely! Thank you for your excellent service.

Refused to intall customers own part!We came in first thing on a Saturday 7:45 am & because we were smart enough to do our homework & purchase the part (something we know they don't have in stock) they flat out refused to service my car! Turning away a paying customer is not the way to grow your business - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I was really surprised by the service. Honest inspection and showed me a defect in one of my tires, which I knew was going bad. Sold me a tire for super cheap. Pet the boxer dog that hangs out in the shop.

These guys are always pleasant, super helpful, have on occasion done a little extra without charge, and the prices are always reasonable. They know my employees and are so easy to work with. They service my entire fleet. I won't go to anyone else.

They were very helpful even though I came in close to closing hours. I have a Nissan leaf and they found low rolling resistance tires for me, which are nice on an electric vehicle to maximize driving range.
