It sucks to walk out and see your car was hit and run while parked. But Unique Auto Body did an excellent job to get our car back to pristine shape! They were also great to work and communicate with.

I m very impressed with the work, the customer service, and the speed in which they got it done. It was still almost 3 weeks but they finished it before the estimated date and considering a part they ordered came broken the first time I m very happy with it overall. Thanks Unique Auto Body!

Your car getting hit sucks. Working with this team made it better.First off, it was far closer than some of the body shops in SLC that I was referred to (Tesla service center, for example).Secondly, their text update system and service was TOP NOTCH. I was a little snotty about the price of the repairs they sent, and the person communicating with me was very patient, understanding, and professional about the whole thing.Finally, they took care of the little things. My car was washed, they gave me a charge so that I had some juice to get home, and really the whole thing felt very personable.Simple repair on the car, and it took about a week. Seems relatively standard, when you have to order in parts. The repair looks indistinguishable from a new car.Being next to a car rental place is extremely convenient, and not to be overlooked.They took care of the whole thing through insurance, which was one less thing to worry about.I would definitely recommend this shop!

They absolutely killed it, great customer service, got it done exactly when they said they would, worked with my insurance and overall a great experience. I could not recommend them enough. Extremely impressed with the service and quality here. Jeremy was great to work with. They replaced the whole roof in less than 48 hours, it looks brand new and they even detailed the car inside and out for free. We went through our insurance claim and paid the deductible at pickup, couldn t have been a more smooth process. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly as well. Definitely going to this location going forward!

I don t have much experience with auto body shops; which is a good thing! I chose Unique Auto Body in American Fork because they are approved for Tesla repair. I had a good experience with the tech assigned to my car; Randy! He texted me and kept me updated on how everything was coming because I seemed an overly anxious Tesla owner!I m happy with the repairs and grateful it was completed in record time according to Randy! Thank you

The first auto body shop that I ve ever had a good experience with! These guys do awesome work, I ve been to them twice now and they are fast and the quality is amazing. Jeremy is always been good to work with and I ll keep coming to these guys with any work that I need done!

I had brought my car in after another mechanic, who was useless, tried to rip me off. Unique took care of me and had my car repaired within the week. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using them again.

Brought my Tesla in and within days they had the fender, side camera and wheel replaced...and it looked brand new. I was so impressed with Randy and how great he was communicating throughout the process. Unique Auto Body ended up charging about 1/2 of the original estimate.I highly recommend doing business with Unique Auto Body!

Ran over some road debris and my State Farm insurance covered the undercarriage repairs. Randy at Unique was pleasant to work with, went the extra mile and his team even caught some uncompleted engine work that another shop had overlooked. The shop is clean, professional and certified. It s also nice having Enterprise car rental in the same building.

I couldn t recommend this shop any more! Had a dent in my trunk and had it fixed next day. Beautiful location and excellent service. Certainly the nicest body shop in Utah county, prices are very reasonable as well.

Had a great experience with this shop. Quite a few parts from Subaru were back-ordered which made the repair take quite some time but Kaysen was super helpful and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I had my 2019 Honda Civic Si fixed here a couple of weeks ago, minor damage to the front bumper & left fender.They had the car about a week, which is totally fine, but I didn t receive any calls with updates- I had to reach out to them to get any updates..not a big deal to me but I know some customers wouldn t be happy about that.I am pleasantly surprised at how close the paint color matches, it s a white pearl which I know is a difficult color to match, so that s awesome- Although it s obvious that the bumper was painted improperly, with the trim pieces still in it, as I found several trim pieces with overspray on them. I m not the pickiest person so I m not going to take it back to them for that.. I can get it off myself with some overspray remover-But some people are very particular!Overall I m very happy with it, I would recommend this shop to friends & familyServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm so pleased with this company! I brought my car here when the first auto body shop I went to didn't fix my car properly, leaving a large scratch across my door. Not only did Unique do a fantastic job fixing the scratch, they redid what the previous auto body shop had done incorrectly. They even cleaned the interior of my car. My car was finished in a timely manner, and their customer service was great. I would 100/10 recommend this company, and I will be going here for any future repairs!

My dads car needed some repairs. Unique came, got the car, repaired the damage, and then took the car back. He is too old to drive the car and I live in the East. I had a repair on my Tesla model X, and this company was amazing to work with. Although they were delays in ordering parts, the communication was excellent.When I finally picked up my car, they pointed out a very small misalignment in the hood against the bumper that I would have never noticed. They ordered the new clip in and to fix the unnoticeable misalignment and when I brought my car back in, they cleaned my car again and left it spotless:Those are the small details that make the difference. 10/10 recommended!

Randy was awesome!! He kept me up to date on the progress of my truck and took excellent care of both me & my vehicle. To my surprise he even straightened a bent fender plus a portion of paint free of charge. Please keep in mind my truck was nearly totaled and getting painted already. I would hate for this to become a haggling point. His calm demeanor and customer service is amazing. I highly recommend Unique Auto Body in AF and will return with any future needs. They do quality work, fast, friendly and keep you informed.

Jeremy did an amazing job handling my repairs. He did the job faster than I expected and he did it really well. They also cleaned my car inside and out which I didn't expect at all! Amazing repair work and customer service! Definitely recommend this place!

They got me in the same day I called and my car was ready middle of the following week. They even detailed my car and made it smell amazing! They communicated with me every day on the status via text. Only thing that was miscommunicated was a tire coverage issue so we opted out of new tires but other than that everything was great! Hopefully we never have to take our car to a body shop again but if we do we will definitely being taking it here!

Fantastic experience with this place. They took care of a pretty good "ding" on my Tesla Model 3 and things look great now. They are an approved Tesla body shop. The location is great. Ended up getting my bumper ripped off and scheduled at the wrong shop somehow. The AF location got me in same day when I realized my mistake. Communication was rough as the person who was helping me got laid off and they were training several people. But they worked quick and I had my car back in 10 days. They even cleaned her up inside which was a chore I have been avoiding as I have a white dog and black seats. So I m extremely grateful for that! 10/10 will use these guys if ever needed again.

Really nice new facility and friendly staff. They got me in right away when everyone else said a month out and finished the job in less than 2 weeks!! A deer smashed the right side and it looks new as ever.
